This is a footage of a warehouse somewhere in festac where covid 19 palliatives that was meant to be distributed to cushion the effect of the novel corona virus on the Nigerian citizens has been discovered and looted freely. The warehouse has the items from sacked garri, beans, rice and a number of canned items. The beans is discovered to be getting spoilt but people don't mind.
