I think what the president is reffering to here is an elite commando unit.

The President should do more and let us see,too much talking especially when immediate results will not be seen is not good for a president,I hope plans for it,equipment,training and logistics are already under way...we need to kit our armed forces and arm special units with M15s and modern body armours with proper welfare-feeding and all they need to be in top physical and psycological conditions.

Mr President deal directly with Presidents defence ministers/chiefs of Nations-you should take charge of defence procurements so we are sure of where these trillions are going to.

Nigeria should contribute a minimal quota of troops to the multi-National force,our best troops should be positioned around other areas in Nigeria-East,West,South and in the main cities of the North in order to be prepared for any eventuality.

Serious training of troops should be on-going,reserve troops should also be prepared with serious training on counter guerilla insurgency.

Chad,Cameroun,Niger should produce more troops to patrol the borders and tighten the noose on boko-so they can be sorrounded in particular areas and bombed and smoked out.
