Its rather uncomfortable tying up ur belly everytime, tying ur belt round the top of the waist line is ok...u don't want to be raising up ur troussers to your abdomen, dat looks funny bro. Not all sag to expose their boxers. when am in a party or beach or strolling around my estates I prefer not tying my belt round my belly cos its rather uncomfortable and gives a funny shape. Sagging is not being naked or gay,the boxers is up there, stop sounding like an idiot and blowing shit out of proportion...u will know gay men by their movements and body language-dressing and sagging are individual differences we have. I sag cos its comfortable and mind you serious Ceo's with blazers and suits don't tie their belts round their bellies you will look like a dummy...its now all around the tip of the waisteline. Every man to his own, sagging is a personal thing/choice, people don't do it every where and place...ur not sagging don't f-king make u better than the next man in any f-king way. Black man started hip-hop...mind u those black men you see in USA are Africans whose grand parents were shipped off as slaves. Hip hop culture and sagging are part of us as blacks, people express themselves in different ways...its not a copying thing bro. When you people say we are copying our fellow blacks its funny, when we are blacks, some of us are bound to have similar tendencies. People have reasons for their actions...maybe cos its comfortable or just on interest basis. |
Jonathan is truly weak and bring a lot of shame to Nigeria...imagine a Government that can not facilitate a simple arms deal. I smelll a rat,our Government officials can not be that dumb, that money ws actually being laundered. Oshiomole will be a better president than this jonathan. |
okechukwu3:Which source gave you the info that 7 APC's are seized are you and your dumb sahara men on the frontline-traitors like you peddling false-hood deserve to be locked in jail. |
God bless our brave soldiers, the political controllers of our revenue should utilise more money on security and less on their lazy selves. Where are our fighter jets? The security of our nation is more important than having a corrupt house of reps,we should dissolve our house of reps and utilise only our senate house-Nigeria can not afford to be spending money on lazy selfish politicians Every Nigeria must be vigilant-attack and kill any terrorists around you-the military are doing their best on the war front-its up to us to support men of integrity into leadership positions not mediocres and money hungry fools otherwise we will not see value. |
I support the brave Nigerian armed forces as they battle agents of evil...God will grant you victory. |
All these nollywood whores... |
Let the ladies stop being phoney and everything will be added unto them. Some of them think they are too good for a young man-till they re getting really old-naive myopic chicken heads. |
Baba this is the time for recompense, the Nation Nigeria has benefited you and your lot greatly...I expect you to start giving back to society, creating employment opportuinities for young Nigerians with the billions of usd you have stashed in foreign bonds, asset management companies. liasing with politicians and still politricking at this age is won't be reasonable at all. |
Tymax:You are Very smart...and I wonder why gullible Nigerians are praising these political hijackers, who wants one Nigeria because of the huge money and contrcts they appropriate to themselves and friends. these politicians are acting drama, when time come they meet to negotiate Nigeria every four years,it has always happened. Dumb Nigerians who don't benefit are praising them...why are we still allowing the same cycle of lazy politicians who do nothing but embezzle the Nation's treasury and wealth to rule us? |
See how these men dey negotiate Nigeria...this always happens and the dumb masses still sweat to polling units, billions spent on elections all for nothing. waste of our collective resources when they already know the results. Tinubu getting paid off...sad. What a zombie followers. |
Some of these tribes occupying these parts-majority of them look like desert men from niger republic-look at the boko fighters from recent videos, those people look like those Niger republic beggars and guards...we must deal decisively with these foreign people trying to seize fertile lands and space from Nigeria. Some of them are fghting to survive, the deserts are arid and dry-force is the only way they can use and have been using-thy only use religious ties to mingle with some core Nigerian muslims who believe in their branch of islam and who befriend them seeking wealth and power. |
Boko haramic cows will be devoured-they can't defeat Nigeria,a million revolutionaries will rise...the Nigerian youth all got allegiance and comrades-when its ripe we will unite as the true crusaders for freedom and justice. Rest in peace Brave-heart...a thousand lives spent in cowardice is a waste compared to one lived in bravery. |
The enemy uses more propaganda than anything else, especially when its effective. Its a pity how majority of Nigerians just believe everything they hear from unverified sources. Propaganda itself is an art of war and its easier and cheaper than gunfire and warfare. Let's know what is important-and that is we all should support the right leader to enable Nigeria harness its potentials,we should not be myopic,we ought to lolook into the future,5yrs-10-20yrs from now.-cos a leader has a huge role to play, especially in managing scarce resources effectively to maximise usage and value. We must be patriotic, and give constructive criticism especially when it comes to our security-the military are playing their role, given the corruption and waste going on among the ruling class in Nigeria. the welfare of the military front-liners should be upgraded, senators, house of reps earn too much. The perks in our governance is too much and these elected politicians that are meant to serve are living like Kings and doing nothing to benefit the people...and all y'all be talking trash blaming those risking their necks for ya. Can y'all be men enough to fight for your freedoms or are just p-ssies that like to rant on keypads. |
The name shekau is irrelevant, what is important is building a strong armed forces to deal decisively with any terrorists elements, choke them out of the system. Nice word from the Army chief. God bless the rugged Nigrin soldiers,Airforce and DSS personel. |

morbid: Ever since the Chibok girls kidnap saga attracted that high level of international local outrage, boko boys don change tactics from wanton killing and destruction to kidnappings. By the way,why always Gwoza??Its easy to hide behind the hills, and the terrain is tough and rocky...this gives a tactical advantage to them cos soldiers would find it hard penetrating them easily up in the hills. The Nigerian military neds to utilise missiles, either wheeled missile launchers or jet fighters. Precision bombardments will take out most of the rocks that shield them in there. With intelligence gathering to know the right spots to target with heavy bombardments they will be flushed out but shrapnels, gas and rocks falling on them and the Nigerian military commandos will fire at the ones running out and our armoured vehicles and battallions will fill out the sorrounding areas. It has to be a heavy operation-minimum of 10,000 men and heavy weapons movement. |
igbsam: Op, so it was your brother that was involved. Chai...........so sorry for your loss. I went to the vicinity a day after the incidence and i heard people talking. Some were even saying your brother was a quiet person who doesn't talk most times, as he seems to be the most quiet one among the 3 securities manning the gate. I pray he finds justice.Don't know the guy, just helped him reposted what he posted,I felt justice needed to be served. |
Yes,thank you mod we made this to front-page,pls people take this to facebook, twitter, blogs, everywhere. Pls let us kep supporting justice, cos without justice peace is an illusion. Thank you nairalanders, its nice to see what we all can achieve together for justice and civility. |
We have our human resource, when the human resources is mobilised, people spend more threby paying more VAT taxes, people earn more thereby paying more income taxes and people can save more-mobilising funds with banks and finance institutions which also creates more funds for investments. Government can also make money through company's profit tax, royalties on raw materials and govt rights and even for use of its lands and waterways. We need to start building processng plants to process cocoa,we need to invest on our oil palm,we need to build machineries to extract our limestone, iron ore, copper and utilise our farmlands to grow crops for exports. We are vibrant,we don't need to depend on oil for 85%,that shows laziness on the creativity of our ministers and politicial leaders or maybe they are spending time in the wrong things. If we boost our manufacturing industry we will import less and have more money here in Nigeria to develop it. |
Nigeria should have testing equipments in all our airports, border routes and sea ports. We should take security seriously and give regard to security personel. We need to give more pay to security employees so they can focus better on their job. |
I think the army should circulate info for local people to evacuate and use maximum force to reclaim these Ngerian lands-Burn up the whole place and everything around-all structures and everything in there-chicken goats and all. sometimes collateral damage especially structural damages can only be reduced but not totally avoided. That is why you can't blame men like Obasanjo and Bush-they had to do the necessary that is what leaders do. Nigerian military we need to get our lands back, exterminate everything. |
niggereyez: just wondering. .. isn't it the place of Defence Headquarters to make this announcement?Under democracy rule, since the finance minister is in charge of funds disbursement-i think it is in order. Military peole don't talk around like news-men,they do when its important cos they all have a lot of internal communication they engage in,busy coordinating with other security arms. |
If South Africa can be filled with so much drunks and drug users making them desolate and empty to be searching for Salvation and healing in the country the love to hate so much, then you can't blame us? If their dumb people can be so gullible to think they have to travel thousands of miles to Nigeria so God intervenes, then they can't blame us for their stupidity. South Africans u guys are the biggest mugus, thank God those whites stuck around with y'all. Their Government should ensure the rights of Nigerians are adequately protected. |
Pls the hardened commanders and meanest killers should be killed while the ones that cooperates should be used as prison workers to rebuild the destroyed towns of Bauchi and Borno and for farm lands. |
What types of laws do we have...the President should call this dumb fayose to order. Who the f-ck does he think he is? Such impuniity is the cause of this crisis we re in. This immunity clause is senseless and Nigerians must fight for it to be removed cos it only benefits these unruly and savage politicians, money hungry and useless to the people. |
A fellow Nairalander shared this, pls let's copy, paste and post/share till justice is served. A noble man can not stand to look away when injustice iis being served-do something. The Gruesome murder of my senior brother – Mr odion AIMEYEKAGBON by a Royalty ON THURSDAY 11TH SEPTEMBER, 2014 I want to report the deliberate and gruesome murder of my senior brother - Mr. odion Aimeyekagbon to NairaLanders. He is an employee of REAL STRIKER Security Company based in Oregun road, opposite Alausa bus stop, Ikeja, Lagos. On Thursday 11th September, 2014 at about 6pm, a man (name yet to be confirmed) who is well known in the community of Ikosi, a relation of the Bale of Ikosi ,drove his car to the main gate of Folawiyo GRA in Ikosi road, beside MR. BIG’s restaurant. my brother who is a security guard on duty with one of his colleagues demanded for gate pass from this man, the man did not have a gate pass, and there is a standing order by the Resident Association of Folawiyo GRA that anyone without a gate pass should not be allowed to pass through the gate. This man, the murderer! Was not comfortable with the demand from my brother and his colleague, probably because he is the son or brother of the Bale of Ikosi, or because he is an influential man in the community, he felt my brother has embarrassed and insulted him. After much argument and intervention by passers-by, he was allowed to pass the main gate without proper clearance or presentation of gate pass. Instead of this man to go peacefully, no! He picked his mobile phone and called thugs and “Area Boys”. These hoodlums came with knives and other weapons to beat up my brother and his colleague on duty. the other guard was lucky to had ran away with injuries inflicted on him, but unfortunately, after severe beating and stabbing, my brother died on the spot at the main gate of Folawiyo GRA where is duty post was. the painful part is that, we have not been able to see the corpse of my late brother. the police only showed us the pictures of the mutilated and blood cover corpse taken at the crime scene. When we demanded that they should take us to the mortuary at Ikorodu where the police deposited the corpse, the IPO in charge of the case refuses to take us there, except we give him five thousand naira (N5,000) – CAN YOU IMAGINE THAT! Five thousand naira to see the corpse of our murdered brother! As at the time of writing, the police have not been able to make a single arrest. They only went to arrest innocent members of the community, and later collected money from their relations to bail them. From the information we gathered ourselves from the crime scene, the murderer is a well known man in the community. The police are telling us that they want the murderer to report himself to the police station. The company where my brother worked before he died is not helping matters, all they keep telling us is that they are capable of burying my brother whenever we are ready. They claimed that they have capable lawyers, but they have not done anything as regard arresting this murderer. I earnestly want to plead with Nairalanders to help us in any way they can, especially in sharing and broadcasting this gross injustice that had be perpetrated by a so called ROYALTY of IKOSI. Just like my late brother, I am a law-abiding citizen of this country. I do not want to take law into my hands. Please brethren, the only way to fight this injustice is by crying out to all of you and to God Almighty to hear my plight. YES! our brother is dead, he can not be brought back to life, but we do not want this man to just go free without paying for the innocent blood he has shed. I also want to beg good-spirited Nigerians or lawyers to help us out, because from all indications, the POLICE want to sweep this murder case under the carpet. REAL STRIKER security company is not helping us either, it appeals they are collaborating with the police to cover up this injustice. Below is my email address. Due to security reasons, I did not post my phone numbers, please drop you number here and I will call you back with a PRIVATE NUMBER to discuses further. You can also send me a mail. Thank you all for your anticipated assistance. Regards. ……………………………………………………………………………………………….. my Name: osas Aimeyekagbon Email: jonessara@ymail.com IPO (Ikosi Police Station): Mustapha Rasaq GSM: 08062568584 REAL STRIKER SECURITY SERVICES LIMITED Address: 25 Balogun Street, Off Oregun Road , Alausa, Ikeja-Lagos. This s very bad. I hope #Governor Fashola, #IG of police Lagos state, legal aid,and the attorney general of Nigeria and Lagos state is listening-this is very bad. Nigerian bar ssociation this is what you should assist Nigerians in-to get justice. |
Tell them sir, most of these journalists are compromised with money and dumb Nigerians just believe all they read-they jeorprdise our collective securiity with their unpatriotic reporting. I think there should be a law against spreading false-hood and propanganda for the enemy. God bless Nigerian Army |
