We should try to keep a clean sheet as well. 45 more minutes of intensity and quality and Champions League is guaranteed. |

BlueRayDick: So people are made to understand all.of these possible health complications and they still go ahead to signed the dotted lies to go under the knife?
Àbí these things are not explained to them in depth like you just did. Methinks a normal rational person would be scared and would get discouraged if he does cost-benefit analysis of BBL with this info. Or are most BBL patients irrational? It would be explained to them that though it could happen it is not likely to happen. The surgeon reassures them that he knows what he is doing and if done right the probability of complications is low. All true but the issue is the surgeon in some cases does not know what he is doing (which is why people need to research the qualifications of their surgeon). The patient might also not diligently follow instructions (one of my skin cancer surgery patients after surgery went to play golf, another was calling the clinic daily asking when he could go and play tennis). Finally, low probability is not zero probability. Some people might just be unlucky. |

So BBL is this bad and ladies save up to still undergo the surgery?
I never heard of fat cells dying till now.
, she is talking about 2 potential complications that should have been discussed before carrying out the procedure.
The first one whereby the fat dies is called fat necrosis. The fat is actually fat cells i.e living tissue. It can die after from poor surgical technique (surgeon not taking care to transfer small amounts each time but transferring in large lumps, being too rough and potentially triggering a major inflammatory reaction, transferring too much of it and causing a pressure effect) OR from post-op infection, trauma, or poor post-operative care by the patient (smoking, sitting on the butt too early, not eating right).
The cells die and it can lead to bumps, scarring and hardening, uneven contour of the buttocks. I had a woman who came to me for a check for something which required lying on her tummy, but she could not do it because of her recent breast implant and had to do it sitting up. All these procedures have post-op care instructions that many patients ignore.
The other complication she mentioned (fat entering the blood vessels) is the life-threatening complication of fat embolism. She made a mistake though as it is the vein not the artery that is the initial culprit in BBL surgery. If a vein is nicked by a careless surgeon or if the patient's veins are anomalous (not in the normal place) and nicked, some of the fat could enter the vein and travel back to the heart and then the artery supplying the lungs where it causes the blockage that can kill in minutes to hours. |

izzou: So the primary criterion of choosing a wife is to cook?
Abeg, no let me drag this man, because your comment fit make me offend people here. I don't think he said once she can cook you should discard several criteria and marry her. Cooking could be just one of the criteria that needs to be fulfilled. There is nothing shocking in that statement. No African parent especially of his generation will want their son to marry a woman who can't cook. |

adebayo201: I hope I'm wrong... I love this version of Mainoo that I'm seeing - the holdup, passes, dribbling, tackling, etc. But something is telling me that it's because of the contract. I just hope I'm wrong and he keeps improving steadily. Mainoo has the natural ability to do all those things. The surprise is that he has not been doing them more NOT that he is now doing them. I also hope he keeps improving. He needs to maintain that hunger and drive within himself when he gets that big salary. |

I also watch videos of how Amotekun dey abuse power too.
State Police go hot for governor's hand. That may be the final nail on the coffin of our security hopes. State Police is a non-starter in Nigeria. People pushing for it want to switch from 1 despot to 36 despots. They are focusing on only one half of the picture and neglecting a potentially more sinister half. |

Leyqute: We’ve also got Sékou Kone on loan in Switzerland. I’m hopeful for him as well.
The amount of midfield talents we’ve had over the last half decade is astonishing. Transitioning the first XI is not easy at all. We always have good midfield talent who have a chance of making the first team. It is at the wing position that we struggle to produce good players. Very strange for the club of Best and Giggs. Like you said transitioning from academy to senior team is incredibly difficult. It requires so many things to go right for you and if only one of those things goes wrong, that is goodbye to making that step up. |

Leyqute: O boy. If not for injuries, Dan Gore would be playing for the first xi by now or at least be a good bench option . He could be a good partner for Mainoo in the next couple of years assuming his development wasn’t derailed.
Proper gidigbo boy The injuries derailed him. The ship has sailed on his United career, but he still has a chance to develop into an EPL player in the next couple of years. Devaney is the one doing well in the SPL now at just 18. That is one of the youngest players to go out on loan at CM at such a high level for us in a long while. While he was here it looked like the club prioritized the Fletcher twins, but he might have a better chance than them. |

Leyqute: And Obi has wasted most of those chances.
Re Kukonki, yeah. I think I was talking about Mantato.
Tyler Fletcher seems to be picking up. Jack is more talented tho. Obi's finishing dropped as his work rate and link up play improved. Jack is the one with the better natural ability, but Tyler has a more straightforward pathway to the senior team. |

Leyqute: I think so. Or more likely LB, RW and wingback for both sides. Afrodoc would know fo sure He was a CB with the lower age groups but sometimes played LB. When he moved to Under-18s he started playing mainly LB because of Mills and Armer partnership. I don't think he can play WB or wing. Musa has been feeding his Naija brother Obi today. |

Lastly you support Man U ,99 percent of your fans shamelessly glaze Madrid for a living ,so you shouldn’t be talking about glazing here This is just a needless and shameless lie. Leyqute: Is he better than Ugarte on the ball? If not he might be an option. We need at least two new midfielders who can go straight into the first team this summer. Everybody is better than Ugarte on the ball. He would be expensive and command a huge salary and would be coming to replace Casemiro though. He is not coming to replace a squad player. I hope we have money to buy 2 starting CMs and a 3rd one as a solid rotation player cos that is what we need (replace Case and Ugarte, get an extra player in). We should have spoken to Garner before he signed his extension at Everton. Every CM we go for now is being valued at 100m. Maybe Wolves and/or West Ham relegation can help us out with Gomes and/or Fernandes on the cheap. That way we can afford the fee of 2 signings at the level of Tchouameni, Anderson etc |
