....yes, it ain't fluent but the message is clear.
The important question is why is it not fluent? What is the aetiology of the impaired fluency?
What are the other effects of this aetiology?

.....alright bro. Lets agree Chimaroke Nnamani is a bigger thief, but how can we justify Obi's ₦400m in 2009 budget for personnel cost?! Total budget for health was ₦1.2B, yet Obi budgeted 1/3 of it for personnel cost.

Perhaps his personnel lives matter than the entire State.
Wahala! Wahala! Wahala!

No wonder people were wishing death on him.

....I have watched same clip repeatedly, yet didn't see anything wrong. LOL!
His speech is not fluent. Too many pauses between words like he is taking time to find the words. His pronunciation is also not what it used to be.

All in all it is still understandable but there are neurological forces at play here.

5 billion for your office?

Anyways, he said the priority for that year was infrastructure, and he budgeted 12 billion for it. So maybe, that is why Education and Health suffered that year.[/color]
Government office infrastructure costs more than the combined Health and Education infrastructure for the whole state? 😄

Martial is lazy, everyone already knows that but you can't argue that our press is not effective. Replace Martial with Hojlund and nothing changes.
That is different from saying Martial did no wrong. Several months ago, i complained about our disjointed pressing and noted the following 1) We don't press as a unit 2) We don't press with enough players 3) The defenders and defensive midfielders don't step up with the press which leads to large gaps in midfield.

There is however a big difference between highlighting the tactical mistakes being made and saying Martial did no wrong. He is one of the problems we have in the team and his laziness both in the press and when challenging for 50/50 balls contributes to our struggles. When Hojlund came on the Newcastle defenders became more active as they had been on holiday when Martial was on the pitch. The guy is a wasted talent.

Martial did nothing wrong. How does ETH except him to press when others behind him are not joining him in the press? Isn't that an exercise in futility?

ETH will not have a go at Rashford or Bruno but will quickly trash other players. The favoritism is annoying.

I actually thought ET Uh will get our players playing as a unit, pressing as a unit and high up the pitch but it has not been the case. Worst off is the fact that he has spent some good money on player acquisitions yet he still largely depends on players who have failed in time past.

As eph said, the blames goes to ETH because he at least has the power to effect changes but is not utilizing it.
Martial is lazy as phuck. His effort level in that game was shameful. You can say Rashford was as bad but saying Martial did nothing wrong is a bit of a stretch.

ETH with stupid tactics. I am sure the players are tired. Just suffering for nothing. Imagine the spaces everywhere on the pitch, why is he expecting our front players to press? Our press will never be effective.
Rashford and Martial have been lazy players off the ball for a long time now. Any team will struggle carrying such passengers in attack cos of their lack off the ball effort. 50% of the trouble Newcastle caused us was just from pressure mounted by the constant pressing of Almiro, Gordon, Isak.

ETH is still to blame though because he is the one who keeps picking them and expecting a different result.

I actually agree with your conclusion. It is your calculation that I didn’t agree with. Anyway we cut it, it is more expensive for the Nigeria-based guy.

Correlation is not causation. Newcastle is fatigued from all the constant pressing they did and have dropped off to safeguard their lead.

They should allow Mainoo build more. Enough of the long balls.
No be this kind match. You need players to make movement for you to build from the back. These ones are just standing around like they just finished running marathon. Mainoo will be forced into making errors if he tries it.

Mainoo will start. If they isolate him again Newcastle midfielders and their runners it would be challenging. Amrabat and Mainoo is the right call for this game but i suspect ETH will go with Mainoo and McTominay.

This is the way it usually works. You keep finding a person making posts that resonate with you. Or you find a poster particularly intelligent. Or you find a poster with whom you share some interests. Or you find a poster entertaining.

That is the purpose of following people. By your own admission you follow people because you believe they are alternates and you want to 'expose' them.

The irony is that every one of your 'exposes' are ridiculous and cringe worthy accusations that are easily obviously in your imagination.
You can also follow people if you want to mentor them.

Add insatiable greed. I don’t bet, I have never bet on my entire life but there is nothing wrong with betting if you bet responsibly. I have no sympathy for anyone who doesn’t understand what it means to stay in control.

Only bet amounts you can do without. Irresponsible etting isn’t any different than other addictions. With addiction, your brain has gotten used to the release of dopamine (feel good chemical) and you are almost immune to the genuine feeling of happiness from winning neither would the grief of losing stop you.
Yes. Foolishness, greed, lack of self-control. Those are root causes of the problem, not innocence.

Same here, i don't know how they calculate their odds. I friend sent me betting code for bet9ja in 2015, i play the game in two places and was expecting to win big according to the amount i saw on the ticket. Only one game (Atletico Madrid) spoil the ticket, it was very painful. Looking back now, i just thank God i didn't win.
Hehehe. Blessing in disguise.
