Not really in support. You need something that is sustainable. Stop your weights and focus on cycling, swimming, running. Ask your doctor to refer you to an exercise physiologist to give you advice on a proper exercise plan. Then you need to work on your diet as well. Since your diet is heavily Aussie you can see a dietitian as well for advice. Generally speaking, you need to cut down on snacks, sodas, eating between meals, late night meals, fast foods, and carbs.

Based on that you have actually passed overweight into obese cos your BMI is above 30. You have to take action now cos this thing is quietly incremental. If you gained 30kg over the past 2 years, there is the likelihood that you will gain another 30kg over the next 2 years until you reach the point of no return.

Yes, bones contribute significantly to weight, but you didn't gain those 30kg into your bones. You should aim for 90kg, and your exercise should be more aerobic and less weights.

Exactly. When i first got here i was playing bball abd soccer once a week each. Now i have cut down to bball only. It is easy to put on weight but hard to lose it.

You gats to watch it o. Unless you are above 7ft tall there is no way you will gain 30kg without being overweight, except maybe you were malnourished before.

And you can't put on 30kg of muscle in a couple of years if you are not in a high-tech PED-aided body building program.

Most of his club goals in his prime are not on tape. The Brazilian TV dubbed telenovelas on them decades ago so they are lost forever.

For example there was a club goal that he scored at the Maracana in which he took the from 18 yrd box to 18 yrd box. There is a plaque to the goal and a newspaper clipping from the next day but no video recording.

Another goal in which he lobbed the last 2 defenders and the keeper. Same thing. Press clipping and eye witness accounts but no tapes.

Imagine in 50 yrs time trying to convince people how great Messi and Ronaldo were and you have only their national team tapes and no club tapes.

Maradona's 86 WILL never be forgotten. That is the best any player has ever played in a single World Cup, and it is not even close. There is a reason the GOAT debate was between him and Pele. I just think Pele's multiple dominant world cup displays, his club success, and his longevity not to forget his goals and assists give him the edge above all other candidates.

At this time CR7 and Messi are just a bit better than Don Alfredo who turned European club football into the Di Stefano invitational but did not have national team success. That guy was probably the greatest threat to Pele's claim (until Maradona) if not for his lack of national team success (which was not purely due to him as well).
