ChristoBam:Nah I really didn’t get you. Based on the form of Newcastle this season I think we played reasonably well. I saw improvement in the patterns of play and I also think the areas to improve on are obvious so they can addressed in due time. We need our wingers to play with constant aggression. We need our 10 and 8 to take better care of the ball. We need a new CF. Ronaldo is past it. Martial will always flatter to deceive. Rashford is a LWF. |
ChristoBam:You said the above and now said the following. Ezemo is confused. Are you saying that we are playing better or that we are not playing better? ChristoBam: |
The team is playing better than in previous seasons but there is still work to be done. It takes a while to develop the understanding needed to play the intricate and exciting football people are asking for. |
Expert17:It took Antony 30 minutes to realise that the Newcastle LB Burns was slow and on a yellow card. Plus Antony should stay back for half an hour after every training session to practice playing the ball across goal with his right foot. |
Lol they are already turning on ETH. As if Arteta that is now topping the league was playing beautiful football after 3 months. |
LOL. See Rashford. |
Bruno can be frustrating sometimes walahi. |
That was retard.ed by De Gea. Why would he give that ball to Fred in that position. |
Fred is quietly stinking up that midfield. |
No wonder Mainoo was taken off at half time for the Under-21s yesterday. He just might get some minutes today. C'mon Pastor Fred! You can do it. |
If we don't start well we are screwed. ![]() |
Bjteensdes24:Yeah i know. We also have many injured senior players. |
Searchingvictor:No. If that was the case they would be on the bench. Eriksen is unwell. There are no other options. Martial, VDB, AWB, Brandon Williams, Maguire, Tuanzebe are injured and McTominay is suspended. |
No Eriksen. No McTominay. Rashford and youth on the bench. This is very dicey. |
There was audio and pictorial evidence against Greenwood. That was what differentiated it from Partey and Bissouma. |

Segedinho:That is why you have to relocate to the right place. And the people close to me that moved to Canada did not do so on student visa. They got jobs within a brief period of time and for a good number of them they even started with better jobs than they had in Nigeria in terms of prestige and all that. Don't narrow your search to only student visa and you probably need to spend more time in those visa threads than on sports thread and election thread. After all you already know which club you support and who you will vote for ![]() |
Segedinho:That your G.P.A is not something people accidentally come by in engineering. You must be brilliant so i will advise you not to allow Naija to limit your potential. Even though you are living comfortably now you have the potential to do even much better if you relocate to the right place. Then think of your kids because the Nigeria you see now might not be the Nigeria you will see in 15-20 years. |
patrickmuf:We also have to trust ETH also to introduce those players when they are ready. If he is not using Iqbal it might be because he is not yet up to the physical standard required for the EPL. Pre-season tempo is different from EPL tempo. Charlie Savage for instance that i know still has a long way to go physically and might even never be up to standard looked really good in pre-season. And we all remember pre-season Pirlo (Andreas Pereira). |
Pinkyposh:Diclofenac injection is mentioned in the press release from the hospital. Regarding handling severe trauma i do not expect them to have the ultimate in terms of equipment but not having a wheeled bed or even an ordinary stretcher for keeping the patient supine is not good enough. Sitting an unconscious patient upright in a chair is so wrong. It probably did not make a big difference in this specific case but might do so for other patients. Yes they really need to improve not only on the quality of their equipment but also training of staff (doctors and nurses). It is not always by buying expensive equipment. |
Pinkyposh:You are accepting negligence as a standard. An orderly in the hospital knows not to sit a head/neck injury patient upright. Minimum they could have down was keep him supine with his neck in a collar. Why Diclofenac injection is their medication of choice for pain management in a patient with possible internal bleeding is another question they should answer. P.S if his GCS was 3/15 and he was bleeding from his orifices he probably was not going to make it anyway. The hospital still needs to really improve on its emergency care however. |
Amayabor1:E shock you? There are no standards in Nigeria. |
Segedinho:Most of my immediate family (cousins and siblings ) are out of the country in different countries (U.S, U.K, Canada, Aus) and i think the most straight forward route is Canada. Unfortunately i can't give much personal advice cos my route as a doctor is quite different from how most other people will go about it but for those in engineering, finance, IT that Canadian route has been a sure banker for people that i know. Just don't fall into the hands of unscrupulous agents. |
Segedinho:Bruv no be you be chairman of anti-japa crew? You sef wan comot? Your eyes don clear? ![]() |
raumdeuter:You got everything. Only indomie generation will be linking Bola Ige’s death to Tinubu. And Funsho William’s death was an obvious intra-party affair with Adeseye Ogunlewe being the chief suspect. Tinubu was leaving office and PDP chieftains like Koro and Ogunlewe were desperate to seize the opportunity to take over in Lagos. It was years later after Tinubu had colonised the state that people starting linking him to William’s death retrospectively. Linking Tinubu to William’s death is totally erroneous but still makes a little sense. Linking him to Bola Ige’s death is laughable. |
forgiveness:This is not George Best vs Chelsea. It is Man Utd vs Chelsea. Since my very first post i have been asking for a Chelsea Ballon d'Or or World Cup Golden Ball. So nothing nothing for the whole Chelsea? Korofo for the whole Chelsea?
|
forgiveness:Show me a Chelsea Ballon d'Or or a Chelsea World Cup Golden Ball
|
forgiveness:Best has more Ballon d'Or than the whole of Chelsea both as a club and a crew.
|
forgiveness:You didn't see this part? afrodoc2: The greatest player out of any academy in Britain is George Best. The only reasonable people who disagree are those who think the greatest player out of any academy in Britain is either Bobby Charlton or Duncan Edwards. It is a simple sturvs. ![]() Ballon d'Or > England Under-23 caps World Cup Golden Ball > 1 England Cap Greaves is behind Charlton. Charlton is behind Best. Best is the best. But you mean there is still no Ballon d'Or winner or World Cup Golden Ball winner from Chelsea? |
forgiveness:So no World Cup Golden Ball or Ballon d’Or from Chelsea Bobby Charlton: 1966 World Cup Golden Ball Jimmy Greaves: Benched from 1966 World Cup final starting line up World Cup Golden Ball >>>>>>>>> World Cup Bench ![]() |
DumaEmpire:My brother no vex. I am desperately looking for a Chelsea academy graduate with Ballon d'Or or World Cup Golden Ball. |
forgiveness:But did Hollins, Harris, Osgood, Tambling play in the World Cup? Your legends didn't play shingbin at World Cup or even Euros ![]() They didn't play in World Cup. They didn't win World Cup Golden Ball. They didn't win Ballon D'Or. They barely even played international matches. They didn't win Player of the Year. As much use as a waterproof teabag. Chopper Harris could only play 4 games for Under-23! Chelsea legend. Hehehehe. Forgiveness. Please name one Chelsea academy graduate that has won Ballon d'Or or World Cup Golden Ball and i will forgive you. ![]() |
