Health › Re: EBOLA: Health Workers Flee At General Hospital In Lagos by Afrok(m): 9:15pm On Aug 13, 2014
Chai... Imagine people wey dey strong dey contract Ebola and within days shows symptoms, if this ogogoro woman come contract am nko?
The situations of Ebola in d country should make her repent and stop her from drinking to stupor.

If health workers are running from Ebola victims, I think people like us who aren't into health related matters should be flying away from them then undecided. I know nobody wants to die but they should know that the first place an infected person will come to is the hospital, our govt should please fortify these hospitals so that they Can protect themselves even if they won't be able to treat or attend to any Ebola patient.
God protect and help us all...
Health › Re: New Treatment May Cure Ebola Even Days After Infection by Afrok(m): 8:59pm On Aug 13, 2014
I think by now all these countries or scientists should've listened to "Bracket ft Psquare" when they sang NO TIME. So please NO TIME for delay, the test for drugs starts from somewhere and since Una (scientists) claim say Africans and monkeys have alot in common, make Una send d drugs to Africa ASAP. I repeat again, NO TIME...
Health › Re: Ebola: Why Patrick Sawyer Travelled To Nigeria – Wife by Afrok(m): 8:52pm On Aug 13, 2014
Haha... This is serious and interesting, how can a blind man look up to his fellow blind man when crossing the road? They'll both be crushed by the incoming vehicle(s). That's just the situation btw Patrick Sawyer (Liberia) and Nigeria, we're both blind to see and prepare for Ebola, so it's presently crushing us (Africa).
Health › Re: Breaking: Ebola Goes Out Of Control As 21 Quarantined In Enugu - Fg by Afrok(m): 7:21pm On Aug 13, 2014
Our president said Patrick Sawyer that brought Ebola to Nigeria was crazy to have travelled with the disease to Nigeria, now this nurse that travelled with overdose of Ebola from Lagos state to Enugu state should be called what? I thought health workers should know better, why escape from quarantine and put the lives of your loved ones and others at risk? I just don't understand how dem dey manage escape self when they're under quarantine, from Sawyer (Liberia to Nigeria) then Nurse (Lagos - Enugu), please people under observations and quarantine should remain where they are and stop sharing Ebola coz Ebola IS NOT A NATIONAL CAKE TO BE SHARED. God please help us as we try to contain and stop this deadly Ebola virus from wiping out Africa.

Meet her or see her face? Well I was in church ( sorry on nairaland) that day when she made the confessions, I've forgiven her sha but the spirit of those that died because of the prank and their loved ones?
I hope she had learnt her lessons and others that might be planning on using something of National importance as joke(s).
Let's just be careful and cautious of what we do and say...

Haha... Op all the pictures of the ladies proposing to guys that U posted are white ladies, does that mean ur post is meant for white ladies? White ladies like the albinos, the skin bleachers and western ladies? Coz I trust my typical black (Nigeria) ladies they'll continue to go for tarry nights, mountains for prayers, fasting, work in church etc and wait for the man than to propose undecided.

All those kneeling wey we guys dey do, all those "will U marry me" actions wey we dey perform, do U think the ladies cannot do dem? I think they (ladies) are just reserving their own kneeling till wedding is over, U kno na all those papa Nkechi, daddy Junior am sorry things cheesy na for bedroom dem sabi propose (kneel) pass tongue

Sports › Re: Folashade Abugan Wins 400m Gold At The African Athletics Championships by Afrok(m): 10:02pm On Aug 12, 2014
Nigeria athletes ruling and making Africa proud since the garden of Eden was spotted on the world map wink. Only if Ebola and boko boys can come out and challenge our athletes on the track and field, Ebola and boko boys would've been history by now although their days are numbered.
Health › Re: 10 Most Unsuspected Ebola Sources To Be Weary About. by Afrok(m): 5:46pm On Aug 11, 2014
My brother ur points (most) are valid especially barbing saloon, my hair (afro) is due for routine trimming but Ebola is putting fear in me to go to saloon. The faster we find cure or stop the fast spread of this disease, the better for all of us, Coz it's like almost everything (if not all) that an infected person comes in contact with is a source of transmission.

God please come to our aid and open our eyes to the necessary things we need to do to contain or cure this epidemic.
Health › Re: USA Rejects Nigeria's Request For Ebola Drug, Gives Spain by Afrok(m): 5:02pm On Aug 11, 2014
China should please start producing drugs too apart from gadgets, am sure if it's china that produced ZMAPP, by now everybody in Nigeria would've gotten the drug coz China products are always readily available.
If you don't know the answers to the questions in the OP, then there's little hope for you too. There's not a single one of them that cannot be answered in 20 seconds of logical reasoning.

Here, let me help you.

Op questions doesn't really relate to signs and symptoms, preventive measures, mode of transmissions and host animals of Ebola. since there is no cure yet, I think knowing the signs and symptoms, preventive measures, mode of transmissions and host animals of Ebola shows there is hope for me and people out there.

Thanks for ur answers...
Health › Re: Ebola In Abia? by Afrok(m): 11:58am On Aug 10, 2014
Make the news better be FALSE, Coz we all know how Abia state is without Ebola, if Ebola come enter nko? Everything will become worst coz it doesn't look like the state govt is ready to do anything or have plans put in place just like other states In case there is/are reported case(s) of Ebola in d state.
Health › Re: Is Ebola Really In Nigeria??? by Afrok(m): 11:48am On Aug 10, 2014
Hmmm... So many questions craving for answers, even Ebola itself won't be able to answer all even though it's the cause of all the questions. What I know is that Ebola is real just like other diseases, but what I don't know is the answers to op questions and I think there are valid points in his questions too.
Sports › Re: Moses Simon: Nigeria's Cristiano Ronaldo? Watch Out... by Afrok(m): 10:47am On Aug 10, 2014
Even though you tube videos can make Ashley Young play better than C. Ronaldo, I still believe that Nigerian have alot of skills and talents in him if he's properly managed to full maturity, he'll go places.
Sports › Re: Moses Simon: Nigeria's Cristiano Ronaldo? Watch Out... by Afrok(m): 10:38am On Aug 10, 2014
kris: The only problem you guys are forgetting is that most of our Naija born players dey fake their age. This is the right time to use them in the National Team, not when dem turn 30 for real, and we think say dem be 22.

That's why our youngsters always fade fast. The boy is good, so make dem invite am now before him old.
based on ur point, I'll support U by saying make dem invite am now before him get too old undecided
Sports › Re: FIFA U-20 Women : Nigeria Score Fastest Goal by Afrok(m): 10:15am On Aug 10, 2014
Nigeria repping Africa in female football since time immemorial, go Falconets and conquer the world. We've been second before but now it's time to be the first.

Health › Re: Suspected Ebola Cases In Ghana by Afrok(m): 2:12am On Aug 10, 2014
Ebola uniting nations in fear and death. Something urgent must be done in Africa and by Africans with or without help from other continents, if not, a large portion of Africa will become history very soon. God forbid but it's the truth just like Ebola too does truly exist.
Health › Re: Ebola Facts [Timeless Magazine] by Afrok(m): 10:07pm On Aug 09, 2014
Ebola is a celebrity, it's neither a musician, sportsman, world power leader, politician but it has gained popularity than the country it originated from. Ebola ur days are numbered, we'll definitely set aside a day to remember U and add WORLD EBOLA DAY to our calendar.

These facts are definitely helping, God help and protect us all... We'll live to tell our born and unborn children about it.

Health › Re: FG To Arrest Peddlers Of Salt Solution Cure For Ebola As Two New Cases Identifie by Afrok(m): 6:44pm On Aug 08, 2014
FG should work on how to contain and put an end to the virus, I know consuming or bathing salt water has it's own effects but trust me most people didn't care coz we were waiting for the govt to act and say something at least to ease the fear and tensions about Ebola apart from the normal signs, symptoms and mode of transmissions but nothing like that, don't be surprised that more stuffs like salt and water will come up and most people will believe it coz we're all desperate to see an end to Ebola.

Govt plz work and forget about salt and water, the end to Ebola is near and we'll all celebrate WORLD EBOLA DAY.
Health › Re: Fujifilm Drug Eyed As Possible Treatment For Ebola Virus by Afrok(m): 6:31pm On Aug 08, 2014
Well it's a good news compared to the rumours of salt and water, they should test the drug if it'll work on Ebola virus as soon as possible. I know how powerful, developed and influential America is when it comes to science and technology, but in my own opinion I think the governments of the affected countries should be swift to action in conjunction with USA and provide everything that'll be needed for the drugs to be tested in their countries instead of waiting for the whole thing to be done in USA.

Sports › Re: Chika Amalaha Tested Positive Because She Drank ‘Zobo’ - Coach by Afrok(m): 3:14pm On Aug 08, 2014
This world would've been a better place if "excuses" does not exist for failure or wrong doings. Well I've got nothing to say coz the gold medal had been collected from her and I ain't doubting the fact that "zobo" might be the cause either. I just hope she and other athletes will learn from this and avoid taking (zobo if it's TRUE) drugs.
