Health › Re: I Started The Saltwater Ebola Cure Rumor I Truely Am Sorry by Afrok(m): 8:25am On Aug 08, 2014
My family members called me this morning when I was about to bath and go for lecture that I should bath with warm and salt water and drink too, I know how much I dislike bathing with warm or hot water. I quickly told my brother that I ain't gonna broadcast this to anyone until I get a confirmation from nairaland, and here it is, it's all a fake news.
Well thanks for coming out op but let's be cautious about things we joke with.

Sooner than later, Ebola is gonna be history and we'll all celebrate WORLD EBOLA DAY.
Sports › Re: FT : Arsenal Vs Monaco ( 0 - 1 ) by Afrok(m): 6:52pm On Aug 03, 2014
Haha... Why Una dey take emirates cup personal? How will arsenal winning or losing emirates cup stop them from winning silver wear(s) or go trophyless? As an arsenal fan, I'll say make Una chill until the season start. With or without trophy, am a gunner so also other TRUE gunners out there. God bless all lovers of sports especially football...
Sports › Re: Take Few Minutes To Read This About CRISTIANO RONALDO by Afrok(m): 9:04pm On Aug 02, 2014
Whatever U like think about him, C. Ronaldo is my favourite footballer, just like watching the guy play. No C.Ronaldo is always a dull Madrid match for me.
Sports › Re: Team Nigeria Wins Silver In 4x400m Women Relay by Afrok(m): 8:57pm On Aug 02, 2014
If team Nigeria can perform like this under poor and late preparations, am sure they'll perform wonders and achieve great success if proper planning and early preparations with many competitions to develop new athletes and keep the old ones in good shape. We all know that after this commonwealth games, all the athletes will scatter but converge again when any competition is close.

We can beat the bests in the world of sports only if we do the right things at the right time. God bless team Nigeria, God bless Federal Republic of Nigeria.
Sports › Re: Theo Walcott Warns Premier League To Watch Out For Him And Alexis Sanchez by Afrok(m): 11:31pm On Aug 01, 2014
As an arsenal fan, I'll only wait for their partnership on the field of play to do the talking. This is one of the seasons where arsenal and Arsene Wenger has proven critics wrong about their transfer policy, waiting for the pre-season games (emirates cup tomorrow and Sunday) and season proper. It's gonna explode in EPL dis season, can't wait. God keep us safe and healthy...
Romance › Re: How Do You Chase Out Someone by Afrok(m): 11:12pm On Aug 01, 2014
I don't know why some guys don't know when to stop or quit, I no dey interested shikena. Find ur level, before the next guy takes the next available girl. Don't worry he'll soon stop, I just hope U are not saying no to him but some of ur actions are saying otherwise which makes him not to wanna take ur "no" for an answer.
Romance › Re: I Am About To Tie Her by Afrok(m): 11:05pm On Aug 01, 2014
okparaugo: I agree with you.

At least I can still rememeber that this very girl who is in 300 level now has a very close friend/coursemate who got married in 100 level. What makes her think she is wiser than her close friend who already has two kids ?
hmmm... That I can't answer, but what I know is that if something will work out, everything will definitely fall into the right spaces. It's simple "eni to Lori ko ni fila, eni to ni fila ko Lori" (person wey get head no get cap, person wey get cap no get head).
Romance › Re: The Guy I Love Dumped Me Yesterday. Weeps by Afrok(m): 11:01pm On Aug 01, 2014
Am very sorry to hear that... Don't worry dear u'll soon get over the heart break, become stronger, change to an asset and start breaking their (guys) hearts too. Not all bad girls were born bad, they were once good girls. So guys beware ooo coz someone might just be ready to pass the "vexology" on U as the next guy.
Some people keep saying "alot of relationships in school ends within the walls of the school", kinda TRUE sha. I stand to be corrected ...

Hehe... Eleyi gidi gan n undecided. I was waiting to read peoples advise but dem never come with their advices, what I'll say is that if U truly meet ur wife nothing can or will stop U from marrying her even ur so-called stringent reasons. I believe there is time for everything, once it is time and U are with the right person, am pretty sure everything will work out just fine even in the midst of strong excuses wink. Sports › Re: Blessing Okagbare Wins 200m Gold by Afrok(m): 10:47pm On Jul 31, 2014
Blessing Okagbare is such a blessing to this blessed nation. Thanks Okagbare for blessing Nigeria with gold medals, we all know it's by personal hunger to succeed that's why our athletes are doing great. If everything was to be based on the poor and late preparations and/or on how "competent" shocked our NSC is, am sure our athletes will be having series of board meetings like NFF in Glasgow while other nations are performing wonders.
God Bless Blessing Okagbare, God bless Federal Republic of Nigeria.
Health › Re: Helpful Or Mere Taking Advantage Of The Situations? by Afrok(op): 9:32pm On Jul 31, 2014
adioolayi: Seriously ....considering the situation of things and how deadly the Virus is, ome would expect such information to be free and for all...atleast for awareness sake.. But Na lie, Mtn wan make cool money ni. Send the code and your airtime is gone undecided
one of my points exactly (awareness), although nothing is free even in Freetown( according to Phyno) but my concern is how the tips are gonna be understood coz it'll be one tip per day and all the preventive measures are to be carefully followed at once.
Sports › Re: Iheanacho May Force Edin Dzeko Out Of Man City by Afrok(m): 5:15pm On Jul 31, 2014
Hmmm... Please we Nigerians should not start hyping our young players like the British do, let's allow the player(s) to ripe, mature and their performances speak for them.
Health › Helpful Or Mere Taking Advantage Of The Situations? by Afrok(op): 5:08pm On Jul 31, 2014
Do you know Ebola kills up to 90% of infected people; There is no vaccination & there is no cure. Send HEALTH to 33388 to get daily health tips on Ebola virus from 22865.

That was the message I got this morning from mtn, I really don't know if people have gotten such messages. It's obvious we can't and we shouldn't stop talking about every thing relating to this deadly Ebola virus, in terms of the host animals, preventive measures, signs and symptoms etc. Am just curious if there are people out there who don't have access to radio, tv, newspapers, even internet but will rely on service providers for Informations on Ebola virus. Looking at the fact that it's going to be a tip per day, how's that gonna pass the Informations at once to such people?

My question is, are services like these helpful or mere taking advantage of the situations?
Health › Re: Bitter Kola As Cure For The Deadly Ebola Virus? by Afrok(m): 4:44pm On Jul 31, 2014
Hmmm... If TRUE, I'll be looking forward to the moment where shops, big and small supermarkets will start writing something like " bitter kola is sold here", for ur Ebola virus bitter kola check here. Even the normal bitter kola sellers will become rich overnight.
I pray it's a proven cure to this deadly virus.

Car Talk › Re: Innoson Motors Will Start Exporting Cars To West African Countries by Afrok(m): 9:42pm On Jul 30, 2014
lagcity: Mister, go and find work and stop stereotyping an entire region. Mr Innoson's achievements are his and only his alone (not for his tribe or region). I repeat, go and achieve your own greatness and stop doing attache. Mr Innoson is a human being just like you (i'm assuming you are human grin)
am absolutely sure U read my post very well, I never mentioned any tribe. I just said while one region is doing this, other region is doing that. Either ways, thanks and God bless U for that.
Politics › Re: Suicide Bomber Kills Students In Kano Poly by Afrok(m): 9:38pm On Jul 30, 2014
The suicide bombers lately are mostly females of ages 16 years and above (if am right), does it mean that the Chibok school girls are the ones boko boys are now using to kill people even their relatives? My lips are sealed coz if so, we're talking about over 200 suicide bombers been recruited.
Hmmm... I just hope and pray that the efforts of the military men will yield further positive results and put an end to this insurgents.
It's not palatable hearing about Boko haram (bomb blasts) and Ebola virus at the same time.
Car Talk › Re: Innoson Motors Will Start Exporting Cars To West African Countries by Afrok(m): 9:26pm On Jul 30, 2014
This is good news, I pray nothing will stop Innoson from achieving this and more successes. While some parts of Nigeria are building cars and exporting cash crops, some parts are building bombs and reducing the populations of their young and old who will further develop their region.
#God Bless Nigeria, Long live Federal Republic of Nigeria.

I got ur point, U are right. Thanks...
Health › Re: Man From Nigeria Tested For Ebola In The UK by Afrok(m): 6:59pm On Jul 30, 2014
masonkz: Of course Africans will be quick to call on the US and UK in times like these, yet we claim to be the giant of Africa.

oh well
hmmm... If the cure to the infection can't be found here in Africa or by Africans, asking for help from other continents won't be bad. I think we all know where we normally claim to be the giant of Africa, definitely not where Ebola dey...
Romance › Re: How Do You Feel Wen U See Your Sis Wit A Guy? by Afrok(m):
Hehe... Stop feeling bad just tell her stuffs about the things she needs to know about guys. U know na all those codes wey U dey use for other girls (probably to deceive them), and the convincing words like "if U love me, let's do it" wey some guys dey talk.
Just make her understand the pros and cons of been around guys.
I no get younger sister(s) except my niece who's still trying to talk, my sisters are all older than I am but i do talk to younger ones around me jokingly.

Health › Re: Man From Nigeria Tested For Ebola In The UK by Afrok(m): 5:32pm On Jul 30, 2014
Hmm... This is slowly turning to a worldwide fight, Ebola is slowly turning itself to a global infection. Am sure the end to Ebola is near if it thus reach USA coz America knows everything, their scientists and other scientists from around the world will now wake up to the reality that Ebola is no longer a fight for Africa and Africans.
Health › Re: Prevention For Ebola Virus by Afrok(m): 5:20pm On Jul 30, 2014
Just imagine if we humans can see the reactions of the animals who are feared to be the carriers of this Ebola virus, am sure the animals will be dancing in the forest coz they are some how free now to laugh, walk, and stroll around in front of the hunters cheesy
Definitely, Ebola outbreak is a test and it'll surely pass just like other deadly outbreaks if we follow all the preventive measures.
God protect us all...
If U love me, u'll prepare and eat a fruit bat and a monkey with me wink
Celebrities › Re: Did MBGN 2014 Winner Lie About Her Age???? by Afrok(m): 10:34pm On Jul 29, 2014
If most Nigerians can lie about their ages, how am I sure they didn't lie about how old Nigeria is undecided. I hardly ask people about their ages or get carried away if i come across any document that indicates their age coz everybody is now a sportsman. We've got real age, football age and official age. The more some people grow old, the more their age reduces cheesy
