Yea it surely will make the biceps firmer. I only advised against over doing it as a lady unless you want to look like an athlete. There is something attractive about a smooth girlie hand though it is better muscular than droopy. The worst that can happen is undue attention from lesbians

Its actually my biceps (its the muscle holding my chest and the shoulder  level), i still feel pain since 3 days now. Do you do that 80 at once, i only do 10 reps before loosing form, rest a bit and continue. I hope to use push ups as my supplements daily maybe for evening sessions. I wish to keep the 'girls' in shape as i progress.

No, I do 40 at a time. As your weight reduce or as you build more muscle, you can do more at a time.

Modath its nice to have you back. 3 mins warm up and my schedule was supposed to be 6mins/1mins x 5 but it was run 6 mins, walked 1 min, run 4 mins and then something grabbed my ribs so i had to stop and walked till it was better then run 7 mins and walked home. Stretched for 5 mins. I suspect i was running too hard cos at time i was light headed too. I ll give another shot tomorrow. Take care all

I don't normally have shoulder aches after. Sometimes, my biceps acknowledge my effort which actually feels good on touch.

You know I don't have baps and depending on your cupsize you may need a very good sport top to avoid the extra weight on your shoulder
