@rasputinn,all those features you enumerated are d features of military govt.Other military ex presido in PDP did worse eg IBB.     I know d type of persn i'll nt vote for. He that knows dt Nigerian problem is corruptio bt is nt fighting it.He dt wines and dines with convicted men ll nt get my vote.He dt celebrates d return of a convicted criminal/looter/thief/robber of our commonwealth and even sent his ministers to celebrate with d thief.I will nt vote for one who did not fulfill any of hi 7 point agenda bt is good in promises.I';l nt vote for a man who is nt decisive and strong willed.WHOEVER IT IS WILL  NOT GET MY VOTE.
Yea me too.  I will not vote for someone who jailed some guy for corruption and later made him his Campaign DG, someone who said Abacha is a saint, who condemns the PDP for corruption but is being financed by money stolen from the govt. Abba ruma, Marwa etc comes to mind.

7 point Agenda will be delivered in 11 months I guess! Your lovely general delivered nothing in 20 months, rather he left the economy worse off.

And BTW what do you mean by all those are features of military govt? That is the reason why they should give us a chance to govern ourselves because they are not trained for civilian leadership.
Why will he come to govern the institution he derided?

Refused to honour invitation to Oputa panel
Never spoke against Abacha's highhandness
had no problem with prolonged military rule
I can go on.

It  can easily be gleaned from that quote that GEJ is surrounded by election riggers.
Why else would his PDP folk be jittery about losing a free and fair election? See GEJ happily admitting that PDP rigs with ease.

O yea Change indeed with Ruma, Abacha, Marwa, Achike Udenwa straffling things in CPC.

No difference in content my dear!

Agaba,
Please do not enroll in the the school of the uninformed,if you are a student of that school of thought please withdraw, this is a myth and it has been found wanting,it is only useful as a calorie control tool,or if you have difficulty in sleeping if you are full.in the grand scheme of calorie in calorie out it has no bearing.
I lost a lot of weight through exercise and portion control in 2001 when i was in school,i used to eat at 12 midnight on my bed and roll over and doze off but it never had any impact,at the moment there are days i eat at 10 pm if i am genuinely hungry,if it is a craving i do fruit or salad[no dressing].
I
Confession is that I am actually eating my dinner as I post. I eat even at 1 am if there is need but I think there is sense in it.

I do agree with you partially.
modath:
Innocent my foot, you cheeky one!!Though i must tell you that I do absolutely enjoy your banter with the ''General Nut lover''[Why on earth did you zero in on that moniker, even thought its obvious ,e funny die] i smile every time i see you guys posts.
ha ha, how did i know you will say this? anyways, i took a quiz some days back on spark people that told me it matters less, as long as it doesn't inconvenience you in anyway or affect your sleep. Its actually a myth than truth that you add weight by eating after 7pm. I will quote and also post a link below

Question 12 of the quiz says: "Everything you eat after 7 pm is more likely to be stored as fat." Of course the correct answer with explanation is MYTH
May be a myth but I think it is based on people's activity after that time. Some people tend to redundant after 7:30 pm. Everything is metabolized and everything is absorbed. Because what you need at that time is basal energy, the excess is converted into fat. However what is more important is being regular in the time you eat even if it is after 7:30 because the body actually gets used to the time.

The same kind of desire for change which led the UK to vote out labour is raging on among some people but less than a year after, they were up in arms against the govt they voted in.

Nigerians wise up

modath:
@General & Agaba,
BTW i am voting for Buhari too not because he is the love of my life but Jonathan's handlers are the reason we are in such deep s*** and they should be hidden in places where the sun never shines, My 2k.
>80% CPC members were in PDP before the formation of CPC, so he has the same handlers.
He also has the reputation of relagating duties, first to Idiagbon, secondly to Afro consultants in PTF.

he is no better my sis!. His campaign DG is a man he hjailed for corruption in 1984. Abacha is his Kano state governorship candidate, Marwa in Adamawa, Ruma who embezzled all agric fund meant for Silos and dams is his party financier.

Now add salt to injury, Buahri has no clue on what to do except his false claim on anti-corruption which he uses like OBJ when he wishes.

He locked Ekwueme the vice president in Kirikiri while Shagari the president was cosy apartment in Ikoyi for eg.

He said Abacha was not corrupt and he did not steal anything from Nigeria!

Modath! Goodluck is slow but he has a plan which is workable and he has been working on Power which OBJ abandoned.
Education has received the best vote for the first time in history and Uni's better funded.
Should I continue?

Please vote GEJ, Vote for fresh air

There are no false claims with the great General -  all his achievements are verifiable in the record books because he has bee n tried and tested unlike the other candidates. grin

So are my submissions. You cannot contest any of them which was why LoveKing was lamenting the creation of those twin threads.

You can agree with me that all the accusation against GEJ cannot be substantiated and each low point for him has a brother from Buhari side. You can only choose to close your eyes to them or choose not to believe grin

babs2011:
ok, back to log my food/exercise:

Exercise: Tae bo - Get Ripped 40 mins (buckets of sweat!)

Food:

AM: Porridge, Milk, Almond flakes, Half teaspoon Honey
Lunch: 2 Bread Rolls with margarine.
Super: Stirfry Noodles with Veg, Prawns & Diced Chicken, loads of dodo ( shocked it all went downhill from there, ), half small avocado!
Snacks: Half Packet Plantain Chips, 1 Cereal bar.
Drinks: Water, Coffee, Ribena

So I admit I've gone overboard with the food today esp the plantain, had to stop eating the plantain chips when I realised how many cals are in a packet(around 250 cals per packet and its not even much in it, ) Found myself feeling very hungry and I know its because I exercised , its just making sure I don't overeat the cals for the day. Also going to avoid bread tmrw, I love bread so much esp white bread but it does me no favours so trying to cut back there.

@GenBuhari, just read your food log for today- it looks like you've hardly eaten much for today, considering your long walk, or have you not yet added your evening meal? I feel like a glutton reading mine back lol!

@Modath: going to do JM dvd tmrw. When I first got the dvd I worked my way up from level 1 to 3 doing it 3/4 times a week, but its been a while I've done it so going to start from level 1 again. I use 3kg weights. My plan is to do level 1 for 2 weeks then move to the next level. How are you doing it?

Feeling mighty bloated here so might go for a short walk later. Laters peeps.
Today na small avocado day grin grin

You do not know your right from left and be assured that this is the last time i will ever attempt to lecture you on the different role of the CBN Governor and the Finance Minister. Even though the CBN is under the Finance Ministry, its autonomy on monetary policies such as the interest rate control and inflation rate control derives from the CBN Act.

The ministry of finance has exclusive responsibility on fiscal policies such as budgets (in general terms) the same way the CBN has exclusive responsibility on monetary policies. Get it? Dumb a*s!!!
buzz moi inside my profile

Bensonite:
I am surprise one of the pro Buharist is saying he knows this is democracy and that he would do things differently. Is it possible to learn to be left handed at old age(69+) or can a leopard change her skins? This man destroyed Nigeria nascent democracy and should have been charged for treason but now comes to claim to be  democratic without apology for all the atrocities. If his intention for the coup were geniune why didn't he handover to civilians after one year. Babangida came and wanted to remain forever(which is what Buhari would have done also) but Nigerians fought till we got back this democracy and he wants to be a beneficiary by contesting for the presidency.
A man who failed woefully at the unpopular NN24 debate- not in consonance to modern realities. In his manifesto probably written by Bakere on the issue of power- claimed he can generate 16,000MW in four years. If only he understands the engineering complexities involve in achieving 1000MW and the timeline in completing same he would not make much nonsense promise. The roadmap to Power as it is currently been implemented will get us to the promiseland of steady power not just saying something without a clue what it entails.
God bless you bensonite
