No big deal?
These responses if they are real tells me that some girls already see their future husband as a rival.
I actually don't understand why two people who claim who live together in love will wake up in the morning each to his own. Not even 'did you sleep well' if Good morning is now bringing yourself down.
The reason why Britain is riddled with depression is that they do not have neighbours anymore and I am not surpised that all those 'no bigdeal' replies come from Britain.
BTW my opinion is that it must not be the wife first. If there is love, anyone could say good morning to the other. Umunna nwezuo aku, Udo adi |

JAMB is as hard as you make it or see it.
First: Study hard and be prepared for the questions Two: Know the technique to answer JAMB questions.
In the sciences such as Chemistry and physics, the first few pages are filled with calculations where as the last pages are straight answer questions. If you are not aware, you will start from the begining wasting time on calculation you can solve ordinarily because you are nervous.
But if you answer the straightforward questions first, you would have could down and gained some time before coming to the calc. part. BTW if biology is part of your subjects, run through it before going to chemistry and physics. You will sure get more than half the time saved for chemistry and physics.
JAMB is not hard we make it appear hard.
JAMB ENGLISH - use ISLET technique in the reading and comprehension part which wastes most of the time. Read your questions first before answering.
Finally forget about runs because most of the runs men do not know anything.
I know someone who cannot speak good english and still she does runs for people in JAMB and waec. How do you expect them to pass?
I think in Maths you are graded based on the number of questions you answered correct. If you can answer 30 questions out 50 for instance and get them all correct, you will get a high mark. A friend scored a very high mark that was not commensurate with the number of questions he answered.
I am not sure how they do the math stuff anyway. |

Founding member of the Northern Elders Forum, NEF, the group that alongside others metamorphosed into what is today known as Arewa Consultative Forum, ACF and former confidant and personal adviser to the late Shehu Musa Yar’Adua, Alhaji Mohammed AbdulRahman has described those calling Murtala Yar’Adua, a minister designate, a greedy man, as those who are really greedy.
Speaking in an exclusive telephone interview with Daily Sun at the weekend, AbdulRahman, who is equally a chieftain of the ACF, said that if those calling the younger Yar’Adua are not greedy, they would not have been hiding the ailing President from Nigerians several months after they lied to Nigerians that the President was recuperating.
This is coming on the heels of another blistering attack, launched at 84-year-old elder statesman, Alhaji Tanko Yakassai, by another Kaduna-based social critic, Major Abubakar Umar, who described the former special adviser to former President Shehu Shagari as one lacking in “morals and patriotism,” for making comments that according to Umar shows clearly that the Kano-born politician was serving a personal interest and not a national one.
Daily Sun recalls that following the appointment of Murtala Yar’Adua, nephew of ailing President Yar’Adua and first son of the late Shehu Musa Yar’Adua, there had been some disquiet within the family, with the ailing President’s group referring to him as a greedy man for opting to serve under Acting President Goodluck Jonathan. But in an apparent reaction to that reference, Alhaji AbdulRahman, who claims he is qualified to speak on behalf of the immediate family of the late Chief of Staff, Supreme Headquarters, insisted that in case the President’s group does not know, but for the love and respect that former President Olusegun Obasanjo has for his late deputy, ailing President Yar’Adua would never in the first place have been considered for the plum job, adding that “except if they want us to believe that a call to serve is tantamount to amassing wealth, otherwise why should they call someone who is responding to a national call at this critical time of our political history a greedy man? . . . . Meldrick: I can't believe what I see on National TV. Goshhh, very disgusting Why are these Northereners taking it so personal. They just want to ensure Dora doesn't scale through. I have heard of the Northern clique but today I really believe. Very sentimental in their opinion.
I like the maturity Dora displayed at the Senate she must definetly scale through. She should have been ready for that before coming in. She knew she fetched firewood inhabited by ants. |

Yar'Adua fails to show up at the mosque Ailing President Umaru Yar’Adua failed to appear at the Friday Jumat service in Abuja today, dousing tension in the political and security quarters of the federal capital that he will be ending his four months absence from public space by praying at the National Mosque.
Wide claims that Mr. Yar’Adua will be at the Jumat service caused anxiety among Politicians of the ruling People’s Democratic Party (PDP) last night who heard that loyalists of the President planned to bring him to the Friday service today.
A presidency source who wanted to remain anonymous said the plan triggered an urgent security meeting that went into deep hours of the night, the resolution of which was a stern warning to elements of the Yar’Adua inner circle to tread carefully and restrain from plunging the nation into a crisis.
“Ï think a riot act was basically read out to the Yar’Adua team with a cautionary note that they will be held responsible for any security breach in the city and in the country” said the source who refused to read any meaning to the sudden news that the president and his inner team had prepared to appear in public today.
Last night party officials described it as disturbing that the president’s planned re-entry into public life was coming three days before the Senate begins the screening of ministerial nominees on Monday, and a day after the 2010 budget was passed. They also questioned the choice of a religious occasion for Mr. Yar’Adua’s re-emergence in public.
One source said, “if the President would be coming out four months after his absence, it ought not to be at a religious event because that will send the wrong signal.” Mr. Yar’Adua, a Muslim from Kastina State participated in the weekly Jumat service at the National Mosque located at the Central business district in Abuja until his illness kept him from public view.
The ailing President was flown out of the country on the 23rd of November 2009 to Saudi Arabia for a heart condition and has since been out of public view. The issue of Mr. Ya Adua’s appearance became subject of interest last week when two national dailies claimed that plans were afoot for the ailing president to make a public outing this week.
