jmaine: [s]Are they guilty? Yes or No? |
jmaine: AshawoMeta, you should be ashamed of yourself.Oponu jamiu, until facts are presented by both sides like they do in civilized jurisdictions, you and your corrupt and compromised INEC jokers are just ranting like the village bingo you clowns really are.. Like I said, we know how to disgrace you clowns with facts..... Some corrupt and unprofessional public official spewed some garbage without conviction and even before trial and this jamiu dullard is sitting on NL jarking offf.. Damn illiterates.. |
jmaine: [s]AshawoMeta, you should be ashamed of yourself.Oponu jamiu. One man's rant doesn't = Guilt... especially a corrupt government official from a crooked, corrupt and compromised agency like INEC even according to INEC itself.. I do understand that you are a villager, that you are ignorant and anti social and you have little or no understanding per how folks reason and function in the kind of civilized world we live in. We call you clowns villagers for a reason.. |
DerideGull: Olodo kobokobo, I refused to be a Nigerian because of useless dullards such as you. I guess in Yoruba, legislative oversight means interpretation of the law. Thank goodness there is Nairaland otherwise who would have known there are many lappers such as you parading with Oluwole certificate.Oponu agbaya... If at your old age you know not the basic functions of a legislative body, you are doomed for life. What's interpreting laws got to do with legislative oversight? The functions of the legislature under our constitution extend to the following key areas: a. lawmaking, b. control over state funds, c. oversights over the other branches of government in areas that are coterminous with the legislative powers, d. receipts and disposal of petitions, e. screening of nominees for executive appointments, f. quasi-judicial functions in indicting and impeaching the executive and g. protecting democracy by emphasising representation as well as open debate of State affairs. This is an expressed power of the legislature that allows for formal charges against a civil officer of government for crimes committed in office. The actual trial on those charges, and subsequent removal of an official on conviction on those charges, is separate from the act of impeachment itself. Sections 143 and 188 of the Constitution make provision for the removal of the President or a Governor, respectively; from office by way of the impeachment process by which the executive could be tried for gross offenses alleged against him and if found guilty by the legislature would be removed from office.I hope you are not the sharpest knife in your village because if so, they are doomed... You are better off sitting under the tree exchanging village stories with your tired old asss village square friends .... Dumb asss old man.. |
jmaine: We know how to handle your kind. Be Still, read and assimilate the quote below . . .Oponu Jamiu... 1. . This is according to the same compromised and incompetent INEC that not only fessed up that they bungled up the election and their officials rigged the election, but also have one of their officials locked up in jail as we speak. 2. The is just talk till the case is examined with facts from both sides. Common sense should tell you this, but knowing all about your village understanding and sense of lowly reasoning, no surprise here... 3. Shebi this Ada obi did the same thing with the Lagos state government before he got disgrace with documented facts and correspondence? 4. Shebi the same federal government did the same thing ith the Lagos state government when they claimed that the state didn't get any permits or approval from them before building the Lekki link bridge, but Lagos state not only secured approval, they paid the dumb and incompetent federal government 10 million for the same approval they claimed the state didn't obtain from them.. We know all about their crooked and incompetent ways and we also know ow to disgrace them, it's just a matter of time... |
Skillbobralph: For ur information I aren't suffering check my profile on FB Inegbedion Ehizokhale Raphael and Instagram "skillbobralph" I challenge u to bring ur pics up or ur FB let's seeI was complementing your burbbery Nna fashion and when it comes to such alaba groove, you go beat me hands down for sure....lmao |
chukwudi44: [s]bros your stupidity is quite amazing!! you think that is how Fashola will become President? kep on dreaming an ethnic jingoist like Fashola who deported fellow Nigerians will never smell that seat. The deportaion scandal will haunt him for the rest of his political life[/s]Must you people bore me with your village cries and sorry stories? |
Skillbobralph: Propaganda Skillbobralph: APC Agbero people. I wonder if Anambra doesn't have APC Executive or Interim Executive rather all news and contribution comes from Lagos State. theshadyexpress: I'm a compound fool and a worthless soul Fixed... |
theshadyexpress: [s]I just love the way GEJ makes his haterz burn in their hatred and allow jealousy eat up their skull that they find it hard to think, talk or act sensibly.....just a matter of time before it kills them.Yes, I'm hating on the clueless dullard because he's a freeking ogogoro master?...You clowns and your dumb utterances sha.....lmao |
patriotic007: God bless GEJ,...this guy knows nigeria's challenges and is solving them pragmatically,...Nigeria is very diverse so the best way to fight corruption is not by chasing all currupt officials from piller to post because people will call it witch hunting, tribal cleansing, religious cleansing, and what have you,....But the best way to fight corruption is by blocking those places that breed corruption and thats what GEJ has done very systematically example remove subsidy, privatise PHCN,biometric for civil servants,GES scheme for fertiliser and seed distribution to farmers, and so on,...thats the only way.He knows our problem alright....lmao Like saying corruption is not our problem and it's only our perception and figment of our imagination? Like appointing crooks and people under EFCC investigation to high level government possitions as if the same crooks are the only worthy Nigerians to run the country? Like spending taxpayers money to go merriment and drunk in in London? Where do I start and stop from sef? |
cyril10: [s]Agbayameta may you and your fellow south west haters for Jonathan change from your un cultured behaviour before it is too late, you don't have the fear of God in you. You only respect your south west leaders and your masters from the north. Evil souls.[/s]Why worry about me? Shouldn't you losers be spending your time worrying about your drunkard dullard president drinking himself to death or damaging his liver? |
oluwashaddow: did u notice d woman was looking at fashola in all d pictures, am sure she was like,so dere are intelligent people from Nigeria? It's all about your intelligence, knowledge and how you carry present and yourself. Just look at the dignified setting and atmosphere with Fashola. The woman obviously looked the other way because she was smelling all the ogogoro fumes emanating from Jonathan's pores... |
DerideGull: Mr. high-school-droupout, where in the post you foolishly responded did you read sentence? Besides, it is idiocy for a house committee to recommend prison term when it is not the expertise of such entity. Prison term or not prison term is a functionality of the court of law after expert’s deliberation.Must you prove to us how dumb and ignorant you really are? There is a stipulation within the Nigerian constitution termed legislative oversight Legislative oversight refers to the power to review, monitor and supervise agencies, programmes, activities and policy implementation of the executive arm of government by the legislature. You are better off sitting under the tree exchanging village stories with your tired old asss village square friends .... |
chidinwachukwu: The house Never convicted Her For Money Laundering or Embezlementit make? Does it really matter what she was sanctioned for? It's like saying they only convicted her for stealing 10 kobo and not 20 kobo... what difference does make? but for authorizing the buying of the car even when the didn't approve of itIt's called contempt of the law/Legislature and it's a punishable offense. [s].But you people were busy shouting Corruption and Embezzlement Of which she was never Convicted Off.but because your tribalistic nature and Animosity against IGBOs all of you forgot about Facts and Called for her Head even when She was still being investigated by the panel.Bunch of Hypocrites that's what all you are.I rest my CaseAnd the rest is the usual silly and ignorant village garbage... |
Ebubemg: plsWhat's my age got to do with your pathetic existence? |

Picture 1. Fashola :: The woman look on glowingly with keen interest and admiration. Picture 2. The same woman looked bored and uninterested in whatever the dullard was talking about and even at his presence next to her.... lmao |
homesteady: So what's your point?https://fbcdn-sphotos-d-a.akamaihd.net/hphotos-ak-frc1/901673_648941231793813_1730455512_o.jpg www.nairaland.com/attachments/1429001_london_jpge3ffad0ecf8313440f121b34089b5e11 1. The same woman in the picture welcomed Fashola weeks ago and going by the picture, the woman greated the Aso Rock dullard with the kind of hand shake you give to a school kid while in the Fashola pic, she looked up with joy, excitement, vigor and respect like she was welcoming a world leader. 2. Fashola didn't get drunk on duty, he did not keep people waiting or embarrass Nigeria, it was a dignified visit and he represented Nigeria honorably. 3. Fashola did not waste taxpayers money flying presidential jet with tons of useless pose of redundant public officials, incompetent governors and all end up getting drunk on duty. I hope you do know how to read and comprehend.. |

DerideGull: You are one reason among many reasons I do not want to be a Nigerian. When had an entity primarily instituted to formulate law or legislation become a court of law?The house doesn't need any court of law to throw her in jail for contempt of the parliament which they stated in their report. You are just too old, dumb and clueless to figure the responsibilities of lawmakers and the powers yielded to them by the people. Please shut your ignorant old asss up sometimes... |
DerideGull: It is a pity you do not know detailed meaning of corruption. Ikuforiji and co withdrew public fund for personal usage. Stella Oduah was just a minister of aviation who instructed heads of the agencies under her ministry to do right thing when procuring operational vehicles for the ministry. What is so hard you can not discern from the two scenarios? You thoughtless and ignorant rubbish means nothing since the House of reps have investigated the matter and found her guilty according to the laws of the land and recommended 3 years jail term for her.. http://www.transparencyng.com/index.php/news-categories/35-corruption/8408-corruption-reps-recommend-3-year-jail-term-for-oduah |
ASL33: I wonder why this basic English was not used during Oduah brouhaha.Olodo, you mind showing me exactly what I said about your corrupt and incompetent oduah? Do I even have to recommend what to do to that corrupt public official especially after indicting herself in front of the country and the NASS? Shebi the Nigerian House of Reps don recommend 3 years jail term for her? What do you have to say about that? Dumb dullards... |
The responsible, credible and real leaders are on the job while the worthless and incompetent ones are getting drunk on duty and off the job... smh... |

ASL33: Igbos are matured I swear. Non of them is calling for his hanging/jail term before finding him guilty. During Oduah, just news paper publication was enof for some people to send her to gulag. You must be talking about your village newspaper. And what's so matured about your dumb and rretarded tribal BS about don't touch her because she's one of yours? |
ASL33: did I read "if guilty" ?.That was basic English... |
These clowns with their gestapo and repressive acts sha.. They are playing with fire and popular revolt... |
