I got a Bricklayer who is asking for 5,000 naira per 1000 blocks laid but am looking to pay 4,000 both for him and the Laborer.
Someone else tells me I can pay them daily BUT i have heard also that paying daily or contract work may not always work well as the Bricklayer can decide to be slow since the money is fixed.
What I want to know is if paying daily is cheaper. I know how to ensure they aren't too slow because i would be around most times.

sinkhole: Borno State Governor, Babagana Zulum, has called on the Federal Government to deploy the dissolved Special Anti Robbery Squad, SARS, personnel to Borno State, to complement the efforts of the Military’s fight against Boko Haram.
Zulum made the call in Maiduguri when he was receiving the Minister of Interior, Rauf Aregebesola, who led a delegation to the state. This is coming on the heels of a peaceful procession by some youths, in solidarity with the SARS activities in the state.

The dampness is from the ground. I don't think a good Damp proof membrane was used from the onset. You may not find a permanent solution to this problem other than to just keep managing it.

I want to start planting fruit crops and ornamental flowers such as Strawberry (both red and blue), varieties of ornamental flowers, lemon, grapes etc... and mini green house. I have a short term, middle term and long term plan. The short term plan is to have 50 plants of strawberry, grape, lemon and flowers. The medium term is to increase it to 500 plants each, while the long term plan is to have 100,000 plants each. The market have already been identified for the fruit crops, while the ornamental flower will be strategically introduced to the people.
