100 percent sure sir, I can remember back in 400 level when anytime my ninja needs to renew his BIS he starts calling everyone he knows so he can get the airtime needed to subscribe because committing 1k to subscribe is tantamount to committing suicide. Etisalat's free 15mb for recharge of #200 was a saving grace.

I agree students are heavy users of the internet, I'm only trying to clear your assumption of all students being able to afford to shell out 1,500. This is where WiFi and free browsing tricks come in, BTW what's your course of study?

Dear Nairalanders especially Romancelanders, while trying to contribute on one of the threads in this section, I came across rule 22 which says Don't ask Nairaland members for contact details (email, phone, bbpin) or investments.
This raised a couple of questions
1) Is this a new development or it has been on for sometime cos he be like say this my habit of not reading instructions wan dey catch up with me
2) Does it mean the Oga at the top is against offline correspondence cos some of us here like to move our ministries to the permanent site.
3) Will a moniker get banned for violating the rule because all these NL mods too get hot blood.
