Look, Prophet Isiah, prophet Samuel and host of other prophets were used by God to prophecy whom the kings of Israel will be and they were also used to forewarn them (the leaders e.g Saul) of any imminent dooms. Now I wonder why the fuss about the priest prophecying of the leadership position of his country And from his whole prophecy, you can depict that its a clear voice of God. I am sure God will also be ashamed of you and others who have same mentality this your article bears. For him complaining about the position of his transfer, the man is merely airing his view which is very clear. A man of God of his calibre should have been accorded some privilege in the position of his transfer. He owns many assests and properties which has been a means of blessings to both catholic church leadership and it's members at large. I know OP you weren't the author of the article, now I'll appreciate if you can help tender this reply back to the notice seeking author of the open letter above. With this your statement "A man of God of his calibre should have been accorded some privilege in the position of his transfer" am convinced that what you have for the writer is an empty reply, just take a look at your statement above. Romance › Re: My Funny Experience With Black Girls In Uk Club by ahizih(m): 9:45am On Jan 12, 2016 |
OlowoB: I will go straight to the point. I went out with my friend on saturday night(09/01/2016) in a club called Sugar Cube. Infact, anybody who has been to glasgow or stayed in glasgow for at least a year will definitely know this club. This is the club most naija artistes visit anytime they come to Glasgow, Uk.
We got into the club, bought drinks and told ourselves that we should chill till around 1am before we start dancing with the ladies. Immediately it was 1am, we started dancing with the gals, going to the different sections (actually two and 1 VIP) of the club trying to see if we will get any girl to take home. We danced with some white gals, some of them politely, with smile on their faces turned us down saying they are with their guys or they are just there to hang out and dance with their fellow white gal friends.
To the issue at hand, me and my friend still kept on, we insisted, we must see a gal to take home that night after paying £8 each to enter and buying drinks totalling almost £100. We moved ahead and saw two black gals and we decided to help their ministry, got close to them like we have done with other white gals in the club and guess what, they not only turned us down, they walked out of our fronts and hissed while going. I mean these were just average looking gals dancing close to each other, not holding any drinks and we decided to help their ministry. I mean why couldn't they turn us down politely like the other white gals have done? It took the Grace of God in my life and the Visa on my passport to prevent myself from pulling them back and slapping them. (yes i was that angry)
I have also noticed here in glasgow that most of these average looking black gals hardly talk to their fellow guys. Is it that they are looking for white guys cos of visa? but at least still talk politely to your fellow blacks.
Please i have seen many scenarios and heard many of such but this particular incident in the club made me know that most black girls (at least 85%) in glasgow,Edinburgh and other parts of Uk except England specifically London (due to huge black population) are just suffering from inferiority complex and they lack basic ability to reason well.
If you have any similar experience, please share. Some of those gals may be on nairaland.

Family › Re: Wife's Infidelity; Please Advise. by ahizih(m): 8:07pm On Jan 03, 2016 |
AstuteJ: I need your candid advice on how to handle the various cases of infidelity against my wife. We have been married for 10 years with kids and I have never had any reason to doubt her until the following incidents began to unfold;
1. Sometimes in 2012, I took her to the market on a Sunday morning. She left her phone inside the car while she went into the market. A message dropped and I picked her phone to check, what I saw was a joystick sent by one of her BBM contacts. I dropped the phone aand pretended I dint see anything. When she came back, she checked the phone, saw the picture, deleted it and pretended nothing happened.
I waited for like 5hours to be sure she wasn't going to talk about it before bringing it up. She claimed it was sent in error and went ahead to call the guy to register her displeasure. I believed her and laid the matter to rest.
2. About six months later, I was out of the country. She called about 6pm that she needed to drop some items for a client at City Mall, little did I know she went to meet a man at Swe bar. I got back some days later and noticed she was all over her phone chatting and smiling while I was talking to her. I took the phone from her to see whom she was chatting it. All the previous chats had been deleted and I continued chatting with the guy. I could not flow well because the guy was coding and suspected he wasn't chatting with the right person.
I went through her phone for any prior message between them and I saw an SMS she sent to him at about 11:45pm the day she went to City Mall; "I just got home, please call if you can"! I did further findings before she confessed she went to meet with the guy at Swe bar and had to call to lis to me in case she runs into one of my friends. She claimed the guy is an old friend and had issues in his marriage, so she turned a marriage counsellor overnight to go solve the issues.
3. While I was still with her phone, the guy that sent his joystick pinged and I started chatting with him. The guy went very romantic and I cautioned him not to put me in trouble like he did when he sent an unsolicited pix of his joystick. The guy went "Ah Stella, but you asked me to send it na, have you forgotten? That you even sent me a pix of your laps taken in a dark room when I asked for yours"! I was speechless! He went "and you said you told your hubby it was sent in error and he believed you". I confronted my wife with all these and she still had some "stories" to tell.
4. We were at her Mum's place two years ago and she got a call, she told the fellow to come see her there. Her ex came in some minutes later to the warm embrace of the mum. We greeted and he wasted no time to settle in and joined the discussion on ground. The last time I saw him was before we got married and she claimed they never dated. The guy talked about his wife, how poor she is in home keeping, in the kitchen. on bed etc. My wife cut in "and this lady is supposed to be enjoying Andy o, cos I remember Andy knows how to take care of a woman, each time he came visiting in the university days, he always came with bags full of goodies". She even suggested seeing the woman to advise her and the guy said "no you are not in the best position to do that, you know she is not too comfortable with you".
All these happened right in the presence of my mother in law and I kept my calm all through. We left there after the show of shame and I warned her to cut all communications with the guy.
5. Few weeks later, same guy came to our church to worship. After the service wifey told me his kids would like to follow us home to meet our kids; I did not respond. Her mum and aunt was also in the church same Sunday and I drove them and my wife straight to my house. The guy drove behind. We got home, wifey went to the kitchen to cook, her mum and aunt settled in to a good gist with this guy in my own very living room. I picked my keys and left the house for them. I returned late in the night when they had all left and you can guess what happened afterwards.
6. I was with her phone few weeks later and another ex bumped in. "My baby, how are you doing, I have missed you bla bla bla". He requested they meet somewhere on the mainland two days later! After taking a second look at the unsaved number, I remembered the number had sent her an SMS; "can I call you now" about twice in the past. the second time I saw the SMS, I called the number with her phone but the guy refused to pick all thru the day!
7. Last Christmas dat, she gave me her phone to check something on her whatsapp and a chat came in from a guy I have been monitoring his number for a while. The excerpt of the chat is below (I took over the chat from the line he asked for her pix).

Politics › As Kogi Electorates Decides Among Two Unreliable Alternatives by ahizih(op): 6:05pm On Sep 19, 2015 |
With the clock ticking and time drawing close, the people of Kogi state awaits November a slated month for them to cast their votes on who will be their governor. One will rather not be mistaken if he uses the phrase, "next governor of Kogi". No doubt the people democratic party have filled in their flag bearer with their recently concluded primaries. With the outcome of the primary election result, the party in it's entirety should not cry foul if the loose in Kogi state guber race, because they are still celebrating and patronizing corruption. The emergence of Wada as their flag bearer shows that the party is no way close in curbing electoral malpractice and internal politics within the party. Looking at the incumbent governors records, one will hastily wonder if the so called delegates who voted for Wada are from another planet, or it was money bags as usual. That awkward moment when you will collect brown envelope and vote against your conscience, a good mind reader can quickly see it all over your face at the election arena. The people of Kogi state now have the option to choose between two strong opponents, contenders who have been in the lugard house before and exhibited their different leadership skills. The performance of this two competitors can be compared analytically using six categories thus; Job creation, disaster management, tourism, infrastructure, health care and education sector. For the incumbent, one may not have hundred percent knowledge of his stewardship, but what is known is he is far from achieving these categories in the last four years. He joined the likes of other few governors to owe workers their wages, to many he is not a leader to be reckon with, cause when you are in the position to be the distributor of state resources, you not deny workers their wages for most certainly natural laws will catch up with you, posterity will not forgive you and the words of God will hunt you. But at the same vain, some people have also commended his leadership styles and hailed him, noting him as a messiah and will always throw their weights of support at him. While the analysis kept flying, Prince Audu Abubakar the APC flag bearer has long been tested. His first tenure was from January 1992 until November 1993. And the second from 29 May 1999 to 29 May 2003. No doubt he beat some of the comparative analysis used here, he attempted on many of them. But that doesn't mean he left Lugard house without any stain of corruption and misappropriation of public fund. After his tenure, there were many allegations of embezzlement of Kogi fund against him. Immediately after his handover in 2003, and the constitutional effluxion of his immunity, Audu was arrested in handcuffs by the Nigerian Economic and financial crime commission. He later appealed against an interlocutory decision of the high court in that trial to court of Appeal, and thereafter to supreme court. Unfortunately for him and his legal councils his appeal was thrown out . Upon lapse of the appeal in 2012, the commission invited Audu for fresh arraignment in terms of the judgment of the Supreme Court. Audu would later abscond from Nigeria all in the bid to run away from trial. Both Audu and Wada have had the same amount of time in democratic dispensation to prove their mettle and that each candidates track records will greatly influence the choice of the electorates. As has been exrayed, they two did not actually live upto the expectations of the good people of Kogi state, in one way or the other they were viewed as failures, but one thing among they views is that their failures did not stop them from resurfacing again, since destiny have had it that they will both meet again at the polls come November. The big decision of choosing the best among two unreliable alternatives now lies on Kogi state electorates. Comr Ahizi Martins |
