As it's important and commendable not to leave behind a huge bag of liabilities for your successor, it's equally important to know how much development you brought to your state.

We need to know the following:

How many industries did you start and finish. I can't really answer ur number one question,but de rest 3 questions u raised dis man called shema has done all. Am a corp member serving in Katsina, u need to come n see gud roads,schools n youth development centres dis man built, we have one in de camp as well. One thing i observed is leaders frm Katsina are always getin it ryt, check out Umaru Musa Yar'dua records,GMB den dis man called shema. No doubt de incoming governor Masari will do more better.
Provision of low cost housing for the citizens.

Improvement in the literacy level of the state.

Provision of portable water, good roads and other infrastructures all go a long way in determining your performance in office.
