I got my medical mail on the 03/07/15..i also tracked its saying my processed passport has being dispatched to VAC on 09/07/15

I concur . I got dispatched mail yesterday too.
I beg, does that means medical passed and passport ready for collection. Can't wait again jare...

in all this you did not mention your major tie to your home country except bond agreement with your employer who is also your sponsor.
no marriage certificate
no child birth certificate
no land deed in ur name
no car documents
no adopted child
and if I am correct you should be 30yrs and above. Ties are important

I will be much convinced if I can get some who got medicals email as at 03/07 and has not been dispatched as at 09/07.

I believe that the Processed passport is always ready for dispatch before they send the medicals. I av also deduced that most people do their medicals 3 to 4 day after the medical email and they get dispatched 4 - 6 days after the medicals. (if evaluation of application takes 6 weeks and medicals takes only 4day to get result!)
