I have the same problem with our new caretaker, he came last year and change everything to 11months instead of 12months. From one month (July) to the next year June) and we argue with he insist on it. I beliv it is those who depend on the rent for there life that is changing it. May God bless my hustle make I be landlord too.

Hi
I tracked my package from Ali express on PostNL and the last item was DELIVERY OF ITEM WAS UNSUCCESSFUL, prior to the last item was 'receive item at delivery office (lnb)'
Someone said I should track it on NIPOST but it seems like the site is not going through.
What do I do

Guys, please who knows a good and reliable YouTube video download app for androids? Kindly suggest to me. Thanks.

The Customs Auctions website https://app.trade.gov.ng/eauction is live on the web.

Bidding started Monday July 3, 2017.

Here are 8 things you need to know.

1. You must have a valid TIN number from the FIRS to fully participate in the auction process.

2. An e-wallet will be created automatically for the user, when you register.

3. The user is to select any customs designated bank of his/her choice listed on the website and make payments into his/her wallet.

4. The administrative fee of N1,000 per bid will be deducted from the e-wallet.

5. A user is allowed a maximum of TWO bids per bidding window.

6. Monies deposited into the e-wallet cannot be withdrawn afterwards. And if a bid is won, the money in the e-wallet cannot be used for payment. So deposit what may be enough per time for bids to be placed.

7. If your bid is won, you have a maximum of 5 working days to pay up at any designated bank and a maximum of 2 weeks to move the item from the auction site. If you fail to do so, the item will be given to the next highest bidder in that bidding window.

8. Take your time to peruse the items thoroughly before placing a bid.

what made me decide for the oneplus 5 is cos of the lte/4g bands...oneplus 5 supports more bands than oneplus 3t, especially band 28-glo

OP 5 == LTE band 1(2100), 2(1900), 3(1800), 4(1700/2100), 5(850), 7(2600), 8(900), 12(700), 17(700), 18(800), 19(800), 20(800), 25(1900), 26(850), 28(700), 29(700), 30(2300), 38(2600), 39(1900), 40(2300), 41(2500), 66(1700/2100)

oneplus-3t =LTE band 1(2100), 3(1800), 5(850), 7(2600), 8(900), 20(800), 38(2600), 40(2300)

Is it worth upgrading from OP3T to OP5? I saw some comments about the 5, not so good. Hope that you can also share a review about it after using it for some time. Thanks!

Hello everyone, I will be travelling to U.S soon and will be 7 months pregnant by the time when I travel. I do not intend to have my baby in the U.S just 2 weeks visit. I understand I might be turned back because of the pregnancy. Who has had similar experience before?
