Truidstar will be the happiest person with the new development.
Glad Dessers came out bodly to declare his unwavering desire to dorn the green white green.

Was shocked to hear him talk about how happy he'll be if called to play against lowly rated African sides. This are the kind of boys we should be going after. He said same while among top scorers in division two and he is repeating it as top scorer in the elite division. Unlike some boys who want to use Nigeria to gain attention. I wish him the very best.

Pundit: Dessers, you have done so well this season, what are your chances of getting a call up to the Belgian side?

Dessers: Belgium? Oh no! they were never an option. With me, nothing has changed. It is still Nigeria. It will be an honour to be a curator in the SEs than play alongside Eden.

Nigerians:This is our boy.

Belgians: E no go better for you. You this bast**d

Nigerians: that is how it feels to loose a top prospect to you guys... Enjoy your Tammys, Sydneys, Tomoris, Ogbonas.

Hahaha...

That will be a huge loss. The guy has been singing our name since God knows when.

Aigbogun should have extended an invite to him and other eligible players to give them sense of belonging.

NAcho's talent is there for everyone to see. He's got it in his DNA. He just need the right environment(in the TheGoodJoe's voice) to express himself.

Nacho is a deadly Finisher. I earlier stated that HAland is what we wish Kelechi is. Deadly.

how well did dessers fare in the colors of utrecht? that your dessers no fit measure up with the best in top leagues and i am not wowed with his performance so far.

no disrespect to him and i must confess his stats are mind blowing this season but he is doing that in a mickey mouse league and club. i will only take him serious if he joins one of the big teams in dutch football or any team in one of the top leagues and sustain his form.

heracles abi na wetin na club?
he struggled @Utrecht because the coach didn't believe in him. He hardly played and those time he did, he scored for them. There were times he came on to rescue his side only for the coach to drop him from match day squad the following week(Those that have been following the lad can attest to this).

I won't call his new found form a fluke cos I watched him single handedly promoted NAC Breda from the Dutch division two. Well, I hope we don't regret loosing him to Belgium.

His confidence etc has been gradually returning. I did mention some pages back that he's now got a right foot. That's one part of his game that he has shown massive improvement.

You are absolutely right. Holding/stopping the ball with his right is one thing he wouldn't do before.

Lad is happy. He reminded me of his first season in EPL with city's pelle. He was the go to guy when pelle's city needed a goal...

A few run of games with the coach's backing will do him alot of good.

Kelechi Iheanacho the most loved Nigerian player. Trust me, everyone on this thread will be happy!

That goal reminds us that he still got the touch. Nice movement, great control and perfect finish!

3goals in 3games. Is he back? Only time will tell. But e don tey wey nacho score EPL goal.

For whom it may concern
Dessers is a player I'll like to see in the SEs. I don't know why Rohr/NFF have failed to look at his side. Perhaps Rohr doesn't fancy his style of football or the league he plays in.

This is a guy who has come out to pledge his full allegiance to the GWG and has been repeatedly snubbed. We prefer to go after those who see us as second choice.

He should be 24 or so now and won't be a bad option as back up to Osimhen.

Hello house!

Glad we rounded up the year on a high note. The SEs did gave us something to reminiscent on as another year comes knocking.

Going forward, We hope the Amaju Pinnic led administration will evaluate the overall performance of the NTs and coaches and make necessary tweaking and alterations to ensure a smooth and progressive sail come next year. The future looks bright.

Less I forget, Sentiment is killing the thread. Objectivity should be key in every discourse. No need for emotive bias. wink grin

God bless all our NTs and all sport loving Nigerians.

Ain't you people tired of going front and back? Why cry over a split milk? Tammy and Tomori are gone and gone for good. That's their choice and we must respect that. This in no way makes them less or more Nigerian than they were.

One thing we all know is that, everyday people make choices. Choice of where to settle down, choice of who to marry, choice of career path, choice of where to practice etc. These choices don't make them less human. We travel and migrate world over seeking happiness. We leave jobs, friends and sometime families but that doesn't stop us from recognizing/Affliating with those we've known in the course of our adventures.

The only thing we can do as a nation to whoever is affiliated to us is to show LOVE and not PAMPER. Our mistake so far has been our way of approaching these lads. We make them feel too important and go begging with caps in our hands thinking that being emotional will sway them to our side and this is turning the whole country into a joke.

Tammy and Tomori are not yet at Alaba's level yet dude regretted not waiting enough before joining the Austrian team. Fashanus, Nedum and Agbolahor chose the English side ahead of Nigeria and from experience have tried to offer the best of advice which is reasonable and acceptable for anyone to do. The consequence of the decision these guys made today will be seen and known tomorrow and they will face it all alone.

We all hope things turn out the best for them. As for us. I will advise we move on,put our house in order and have a system that attracts these guys rather than begging and trying to reap where we didn't sow.

Goodluck Tammy, Goodluck Tomori.

carried away you say? No,trust me saw hunger in his approach and that's all he need to get back to his best considering his talent. I hope he has a good run of minutes. An early goal in the forth coming campaign might be a good turning point in his career.

Tryonne Ebuehi came on at the 73rd minutes for Nuno and played a vital part in helping his team Benfica retain their 1goal lead as they defeat AC Milan in an International club friendly match.

Good to have the lad back.

On a more personal level, Garba was a disciplined player. I listed him because he was part of that generation.

See crowd...

Great reception. The players seeing such crowds welcome them, will feel more like a TRUE HERO-such a great honor. No amount of club trophies can be equated to 1 international trophy for one's nation.

How I wish Nigeria players can don the countries jersey and play with and for pride. But money is their only drive. It's a very rare privilege to lift an international trophy.

Instead for them to learn from their predecessors (2000-2010) generation of SEs who despite their potentials and talents failed consecutively to lift a single international trophy due to their lack of patriotism and loyalty to the GWG coupled with indiscipline. The likes of Martins, Yak, Osaze, Taiwo, Udeze, Obodo, Agahowa, Garba, Kalu Uche, etc will look back and regret failing themselves. Olympic Gold medal was Kanu's saving grace.Quality wise, that generation were the closest to the Golden generation

Can't believe some people here wants to hand over the SEs defense to Ekong and Omuero... Hahaha.

Leon Balogun is still much relevant. He only needs to get run of games and he 'll be back to his best again. Don't forget he is just 31. I mean 31.
