Some fools hiked university tuition fee by 1000%, ranting that education is not cheap in any part of the world. But it's elections season, the hiked fees have been reverted. Education magically could be cheap in this part of the world. They even promise a free meal a day for students.
Meanwhile, those who dropped out because they couldn't pay the hiked fees are still drop-outs.
