So, I have a small challenge...

Please I need you mamas to contribute to this... Please if you have advice for me, don't pass this post by, I dey kneel down beg una.
Please, you ladies shouldn't bash me, Biko, it's taking me a lot of courage to say this here, and I'm really shy of talking to my gynae about this, cos he's male...

So, here goes!!!

I got married last year, a virgin (please I'm not trying to form holier than thou, I have a real issue here), and in my first trimester, the thought of sex alone was nauseating (and MS didn't even make things easy). I almost couldn't stand hubby sleeping on the same bed with me. If he rolled toward me in his sleep by mistake, I would wake him up to shift.
My libido was (and still is) non existent.

2nd trimester, I felt a little better, but my dear libido still was nowhere to be found.

Fast forward to 3rd trimester, we're still singing the same song.
I for even say make I try, but Hubby's job is very demanding, and he gets home like around 11pm, no thanks to Lekki-Ajah traffic. As soon as he gets home, he sleeps off, sometimes he's even too tired to have dinner.

I can actually count how many times we've done "it" , sometimes, we go a whole month without "action" and whenever we try, it's usually painful. no amount of pre-intimacy or lube takes the pain away. I actually cry sometimes and hubby will just be pitying me...

So, my problem is since I'm still very tight down there (even for hubby to chook one finger is difficult), how on earth is this precious baby going to pass there and come out? I'm really scared, cos I've heard of and even seen women who had serious issues after having an episiotomy, and my hospital says its a must to give first timers one...

Please advice me... what do I do? I'm really scared... Do I just opt for an elective CS?

Please don't read and pass oh... please help a sister...

Dear e-sis, stop ur worries....ur vjay will dilate wen it is time for ur baby to come....it is nt all time dat ftm do av episiotomy but if ur vjay does nt open very well u may end up having episiotomy.....i had it during my two deliveries, and it healed up quickly though i did sit bath every day.....As per ur libido, it may be because of d preggy u ar carrying, even at dat u still need to encourage urself to have sex because it helps especially wen u ar get closer to ur EDD....Dont be surprised dat ur libido may multiply after ur delivery.

Will the one remaining implant be active for two years?
Is it possible i get pregnant with the one implant am carrying?
Should i go back to have it removed or wait for two years?
Pls answer my questions o, because i want to avoid touching story plus am not ready for pregnant now, and av resumed kpekusssssssing.

u r to be given her zinc of 10mg each day for ten days and ors water if she doesn't take it do salt and sugar solution read d procedure from ur immunization card. also try and take her to d hospital. meanwhile take fast action next time 10 days is too much and u just started d zinc therapy 3 days ago, my dear u deserve e-slap for that. The lord will renew her system in no time. kisses to her.

@Aim07, how s ur lo nw? pls note that teething does not cause watery stool. I think ur lo must hv picked it from d creche. Y not provide enuf bottles for them, instead of them rewashing and using?

Thanks, I dont ask them wash d feeder, just use d hot water inside her flask to rinse her bottle. I will try ur option too....tanks alot

I did jadelle arm implant in general hospital, later i went back to complain dat one of d implants has been expelled out. D nurse just removed one and threw it away. She told me that instead of carrying it for 3years, i will carry it for 2years. i did it in March this year. I just want know if this is right. Wil the one remaining implant be active for two years? thanks

Pls mothers come to my aid o, my girl of 3mths plus has been pooing like abt 10 days ago. she poos almost 5 times or more per day, and it's like melon. I am doing xclusively for her. d poo started just a day after she started staying creche. i pump breastmilk for her which i do put inside fridge, wen goin to creche i pack her food with ice blocks to mk it cold. have told the caregiver nt give her left over food and also to ensure she rinses her feeder with hot water before d next feed. i sterilize all her feeder myself. I dont really know could have been the cause of this cos she did nt go to creche since thursday since am at home and the story is still the same.

I have giving her half zinc tablet per day since 3 days ago. Pls help me evaluate this.... what is making her poo like dis cos most time d poo comes after i breastfeed her atimes. i have not been eaten anything that could cause her to be pooing. Pls what do i do?

Let me come out of my behind d scene, and contribute to this topic.

Before I got preg, my lidido was normal. During and after d 1st preg, it ws still okay. though was a bit painful when I resumed abt five wks postpartum.

D second preg came wen I ws not ready for it, libido during d preg was normal bt after delivery I dey fear o. my vjay dey pepper me d 1st time we tried after abt 2mths postpartum. libido has gone down for dat I only feel d urge to do it once a while....abi av not really done it o. it is 3mth postpartum now, my libido is still low even after I had done arm implant.

I will say mine is as a result of many factors... such as financial, stress and lots more.

mute mode deactivated, av really missed dis thread so much and I cud c I av almost 100 pgs to read thru. How u dey my e-sister? vigilante tins nd my own up nd down has kept me away all dis while.

let gist u abt so one nurse wanted to exploit me today in a general hospital. I went for family planing today, I never FP is for free. it was one woman that we got talking while waiting for d nurse dat told me its free bt dey ask each patient to drop 100# naira.
the nurse came around was attending to us one by one. it got to my turn and I entered.
she tried to briefly explain FP methods dat ar available. I chose arm implant, and she asked if she shud write d needed materials for me so dat I cud go and buy it or I would buy it dia. I told I will buy it dia, she later said I would pay 1500# and I said OK.
and she proceeded to start. wen she was done she asked for d moni and I told her I had 1000# on me dat I needed to withdraw wit ATM.
I came out to meet other patients and informed them of wat d woman requested for, they were all surprised. I told them I had d intension of dashing her 1000# since I know it free BT she refuse to take it telling me it is 1500# she told me.
thank God I found out FP is free in gov hospitals otherwise d woman wud collected my 1500 just like dat

they said I shud put camphora in water and b giving her. No matter ao gentle u Ar, dia shud be limit to evrytin, ao will she allow her mil to take full control of her life, thank God d dh is relocating her back to her place. Tell ur frnd before d end of dis she must start working either business even if it involve start small or office work if she is educated, the most available is teaching. so her finances won't lie in mil's hand.
More so, she need to av her own acct so dat dh can send mini to her directly.
no matter what, she has to b strong enough to know wen to say yes or no.

My BS goes thus:
earlier yesterday, I had inconsistent contractns but prepared myself to go to office. my edd is DEC 20 and 22, d contractn kept coming BT stopd at a time. I left office around 4pm, got home and d contraction started again, i managd to prepare amala, ate small nd fed my child. I later called my Dr and explained ao I was feeling, den my contractions were like 10 mins apart. waited for dh to arrive and headed for hospital around 9.15pm. At ard 11pm, it became stronger, vomited once. went to d labour room around 11.30 and gave birth around 12.15am with little tear. no inductn., pushed for just 3 times before my lil came out weighing 2.9kg. bs done finish, follow me tank God...

Alhamdullilah Robil Al amin, gave birth to my little princess at around 12.15am on Dec 22nd with smooth delivery though a bit painful, BS later.
