I will be joining Cranfield too[quote author=oye84 post=109787378]Hello everyone… is it advisable to apply for student visa less than one month of receiving a refusal for visitor’s visa. Reason for refusal was for planning to spend more than half of balance of bank statement submitted for the trip. Got March admission for Cranfield |

What should be encouraged should be living by the rules. That you fraudulently manipulated a system and succeeded should not be seen as a sign of weakness. Canada study permit was easier several years back; fraudulent activities made it tougher now. Visa Officers examine ones file on simple provenance on the balance and strictly by the rules. We should protect today to have a better tomorrow. Stenon's view are her views and does not in any way corroborate the the UKVI rules. Rules are meant to be obeyed and not broken. It is not too healthy to remove any information after you have been issued an ITA. I would advise that you respond by sending and representing all the details and information that you have submitted prior to ITA and I don't think this should be a big deal. Visa Officers are very meticulous. Do not reject or decline your ITA. Documents to back up your work experiences should not be a problem if the work experience earlier represented are genuine. The opportunity here might be coming but once. All the best with your application.. ireneayeni: 2 Likes |

IRCC have their own plan. We are all anxious to relocate to Canada. 2022 draws might come with it's own surprise. I am feeling that IRCC wants to whittle down the NOCs to be invited to apply for PR like Australia and New Zealand does: meaning not all NOCs from the skill 0, A and B category and the forthcoming 2021 TEER 0, 1 and 2 category. The long silence on the FSW and FST draws will most likely come with a big change. My best wishes are with you all. Afolavid: Afolavid: 1 Like |

There is no way he can change it from the go-to Canada tool if he had already qualified for an express entry program that approved of a noc and also produced a job seeker validation code upon which he got a nomination via express entry. The evidence he produced is an imagery from the go to Canada tool and not from the GC Key account. He was only trying to recreate another profile thinking he was editing his account. When you are in the pool, you can only edit your account using the GC Key account. I feel in trying to recreate his account, he mistakenly choose a second job reference from the federal skilled trade segment and he was asked if he has a certificate of qualification or licence from a province and he has chosen no, hence his ineligibility. For you to be eligible in the first instance, you submitted the right information, hence the valid Express Entry Number and Jobseeker validity code with the corresponding NOC code. You can re-examine the information you earlier submitted from your express entry profile account by signing into your GC Key account and you simply don't need to do any alterations at this time. ITAs for PNP will drop next week be careful of your actions. Don't allow ur village people to use you against yourself. All the best Shecuncy: 1 Like |

What you were trying to do was to recreate another profile which is not too good since you already have an express entry profile that has given you a NOC code that has generated you a provincial nomination. Any error in choosing any NOC code from the federal skilled trade segment has been automatically overwritten by the system hence you issued a NOC code from the federal skilled worker segment 2232. NOC codes that begin with 72, 73, 82, 92 etc are federal skilled trade NOC codes. I suppose that your nomination should have generated you the 600 points and you probably should be expecting an ITA by next week. Did you file separately for the provincial nomination or did the province nominate you from the pool? From all indications and because of the job seeker validation code, I want to believe that you have been awarded 600 points. I will advise that you wait patiently for the next PNP and anticipate the normal we have sent you a message from gc canada to drop in your registered email with your express entry profile. I have just discovered that your nomination was through Express Entry. Kindly accept my congratulations in advance Shecuncy:[quote author=Shecuncy post=107341202] |

For you to have been eligible in the first instance for an FSW, it shows your language score was good i.e. a minimum of 6.0 in all the bands. Secondly, if your language score were not good, it means you technically increased your score to make you eligible in the first instance. Thirdly, Skilled trades (FSTP) requires a low language score and this generally requires a certificate of qualification from a province or a licencing body. I am feeling you might have adopted a NOC code from the skilled trade major group 73 or 72 and now wants to use the NOC code 2232. The NOC code 2232 for PNP Manitoba requires low language CLB 5 and it is possible for you to be eligible for a PNP if you have entered your information correctly. Before you got your PNP Nomination: Have you entered the express entry pool? Do you have an express entry profile number? Do you have a job seeker validation code? Lastly, did you file for the PNP without an express entry profile? If you can provide honest answers, I should be able to help you. Shecuncy: 2 Likes |

What do you want to explain? That you are not trying to cheat? If your action is not a deliberate fraud then you should maintain the NOC code upon which you got your nomination. Secondly, can you justify that your intended NOC code can get you a nomination? Your acclaimed mistake is not too good for the Nigerian identity and we have every reason to frown at your action following your sinister colouration. Shecuncy: Shecuncy: 5 Likes |

You got nominated based on a NOC code. Changing the NOC code after the nomination appears fraudulent. Why not build on the existing NOC code. Build work experiences around the NOC code that you got the nomination on. Shecuncy: 1 Like |
