The last exam was an eye opener and a really gud experience i dont think i have to wait that long anyway since im not a novice in the accounting world, i think wat i need is just seriousness & dedication and i should be gud to go these were the major things that worked against me the last time,

I think i will just write dis again if i wait that long im not sure the morale will still be i may probably get sumtin that will take my attention away by then.
CareerRe: CFA Candidates In The House by Aishabee(f): 9:01am On Jul 27, 2010
Hi guys i just came across this yestr and i only tell myself if i had known, i don't wanna make excuses for failing but i only knew in my heart it will be the miracle of the century if i had passed the exams.

I registered late and not until i got to lag did i knw that the awareness in Lagos was massive and was more like a NECO exam i kept feeling like the local champion in abuja, i never took the exam serious for one day and it was after plenty plenty persuasion i had actually paid to even attempt.

When i saw my result yestr i was like gud for me i dnt have to try again i have my ACA & CISA to work for me but after reading thru this forum yestr i must confess im really rejuvenated to rewrite in Dec 2010.

So im using this medium to call for support from our "CFA Senior" and those that will be attempting in Dec 2010, if i want to get serious i have to strt reading now the best recommendations so far hia has been Schewer & Stalla,

First stop pls i need sum1 to help me with either of this two into my inbox aisha_mire@yahoo.com i will so appreciate it and May God bless you as you do,

SportsRe: Nigerians Wake Up We Are Nigerians Not Ghanaians by Aishabee(f): 3:36pm On Jun 28, 2010
Pls i wud appreciate anyone informing me as soon as Ghana is adopting (Duno which Eng to use oh) Nigerians, i will readily make myself avail,
When i was growing up we had Ghanaian Neighbours who were wondaful

Recently i took a week vac to Ghana all my accommodation, trip arrangement was done by a Ghanaian ( note that she doesn't work for any holiday company and there was no monetary compensation), this was based on referral by several friends she had done that for, even while there she would call every minute to make sure i was OK, all the Ghanaians i ve met have been nice so far if they are hating then i think Nigerians should check themselves,

Nigeria as a country has failed me in every aspect of life, politically, economically even sport i cant be proud of my country i have long changed my name and even family &friends have gotten use to the name before now kiss

IslamRe: The Jos Crisis And The Muslim's Position by Aishabee(f): 9:31am On Mar 12, 2010
I wud have bin so surprised if pple like Davidylan had said otherwise and the odas who responded to my comment,

I ve said it the few times i make comment hia religion or any oda opinion expressed are yours ( personal opinion), For me i know i cant go to the north and make a difference but i will make one within my environment with my little Voice i have decided to be an agent of peace.

Muslims are killing christians and vice versa etc we are all inciting violence indirectly if we don't know.If we all sit down hia and continue dis way there will always be a reprisal attack and is that the way forward?, NO. Rather than going around spreading the news of killing why don't we use same energy to educate on the need for Tolerance and force our leaders to be accountable ( Jos Crisis is ethnic & political tussle using religion as a manipulative tool)

I SINCERELY SYMPATHIZE WITH PPLE OF PLATEAU STATE AND DISASSOCIATE MY SELF AS A MUSLIM FROM THIS BARBABRIC ACT becos Islam tells me to live in peace with my neighbor ( which cut across all religion). lipsrsealed
IslamRe: The Jos Crisis And The Muslim's Position by Aishabee(f): 1:03pm On Mar 11, 2010
Well when i decided to browse thru Nairaland today i wasn't particularly surprised at all the stuff seen hia ( Bashing of islam & all dat) i wud have been so surprised if i didn't see it on Nairaland,

I have reiterated this to whoever cares to listen:

Jos Crisis is caused by ethnic & political interest by some political gladiators and is just so unfortunate that poverty, ignorance lack of Education & many more has been the manipulative tool used by this people.

May God save us in Nigeria, lipsrsealed

We are adults and i dont think we should degrade ourselves to this level of trading insults like this shocked, Please and Please lets behave like responsible dad, mum, uncle wateva u are.You are likely to b a role model to sum1.

I'm a muslim, i condem wat dis guy did and i knw many sincere muslim organisations have done that as well. The boko haram was condemned publicly by the sultan of sokoto ( head of sincere muslims in Naija).

Just like u will agree wit me we cant all be saint, there will always be bad eggs in family, society, country, religion etc.

I don't really like to type much but believe me when any1 utters words like "islam should be banned or similar statements" then there is just no difference between you and those who think christians dont have a right to live because if you are brainwashed and have the means you will do worse than the extremist. lipsrsealed

IslamEnsuring Zero Tolerance For Any Type Of Extremism by Aishabee(op): 9:19am On Jan 15, 2010
Masjids must be vigilant about extremist rhetoric and behavior this year and be at the forefront of stopping them.

We are living in a very difficult time for Muslims in America. Saving our lives and the lives of our neighbors is a sacred duty. We are proud of the parents of the Virginia five, the Minneapolis eight and the Nigerian father who reported their sons’ descent into extremism to authorities in 2008 and 2009.

If a person spouting extremist ideas in your Masjid is not dangerous, you need to immediately counsel him for moderation. But please adopt a zero tolerance policy for any type of extremism in your Islamic center or organization.

Almost all Muslims are concerned about wars and would like to see peace, but no one should allow his or her anger to take the law into their own hands. So listening well within our communities is crucial for all Imams and Muslim leaders.

Ask your board to adopt a formal zero tolerance policy towards extremist talk in the Masjid.

In addition, encourage your mosque’s Imam to give Khutbas to encourage the civic participation of our community members. We can oppose wars by joining peace and justice groups that focus on changing the policies of our nation. This encouragement can channel legitimate anger at injustice into positive action, instead of frustrated community members lashing out in extremism and violence.

Abuzola

I admire your resilience
There are no mistakes, no coincidences.
All events are blessings given to us to learn from.
Let us be grateful to people who make us happy;
they are the charming gardners who make our souls blossom.
If the only prayer i say to you is "thank you," that is enough
May Allah continue to bless you and increase you in knowledge.

Olabowale:

There are no words to match my gratitude,
Above all else, you've shaped my attitude,
You have nurtured us with discipline and light of Islam
Knowledge is the least of what you taught,
Out of your outstanding maturity,wisdom,doggedness,
I've learnt the things I ought,
May Allah continue to bless, strengthen and never dry up your fountain of knowledge.
