I also noticed that there is no single toll road in Uyo. Not one! And all the roads are better than our single toll road in Lagos.

You should use whatever elements of common sense left in your brain before you start typing next time. Compare the population of Lagos to Uyo and you and I can start a conversation from there. Look at where Lagos state was before 1999 and draw a comparism to what it is now. The most advanced and civilized nations in the world has toll roads. So do your research well instead of waiting for the governemnt to do everthing for you. When all the oil wells dried up and there is no federal allocation to be shared come back then and compare a self sustainable State like Lagos to Uyo.

And there is plenty of that in Nigeria today. It is called domestic borrowing. For those using USA and Britain as examples, the difference is that over there the government cannot keep contractors money endlessly unless there is mutual agreement to re-structure the loans. Here, government borrows from its own people and refuse to pay, and they then come to you to approve their going abroad to borrow. It does not work that way, sir.
