PoliticsRe: Group Demonstrates In Lagos For Biafra’s Sovereignty by AjCityOne: 2:54pm On Oct 31, 2012
Zeus I: Fool! Whatever happened then was carried out by your governors(Tinubu and Fashola) with the aid of police force disguising themselves as OPC(OPC has no guts to act independently). But i assure you, any violence against Igbos in Lagos will see a state of emergency declared or reduction of yoruba population both in Lagos and East. Igbos now owns enormous wealth in Lagos making it a part Igbo land. Can you come to east and protest as a yoruba man? Try nou.
Oponu, keep talking like this and it will happen again and just like the Boko Haram slaughters of your fellow Igbo and nothing happened. They ain't goin to be a damn thing done about it. Igbo life is the cheapest to take in Nigeria. Take it or leave it. Omo Igbo Jatijati!!!

PoliticsRe: Group Demonstrates In Lagos For Biafra’s Sovereignty by AjCityOne: 12:36pm On Oct 31, 2012
Zeus I: A ragtag organisation of barbarian states which serves the purpose of cowardly-violence, and a grand dream of Awo and Abiolacheesy. 'O' for 'Odudua'(the mythical yoruba ancestors. 'P' for 'Peoples'(rifraffs actually). 'C' for 'Congress'(gathering of confused men).
OPC don't need defination. Just asked your fellow Igbo people in Lagos what happened to them in 1999, 2011 and 2004 and 2005. Dem no dare say "Lagos nah no Mass Land" again.

take dat: And when will Nigeria ever experience the dawn of justice and accountability if we give political office holders the appeal to loot as long as the loot is reinvested in Nigeria?
Nah step by step my friend. Once we get constant power supply to process their court documents. We go put dem all in jail and then you and me go buy the companies.
Whilst your point is valid, however, any visitor to NL who reads the comments by igbos on here would think true to their words, Aba was another dubai cry ...hence this picture is generating so much bashing on Igbos. Ordinarily, one would think any sane human being would deplore the governor, LG chairman, House Rep, Senator, House of Assembly members than come from that state, constituency, etc, but no.. the igbos are busy comparing it to some other dirty places in Lagos or Ibadan... living in denial of their pigs pegg..
If Aba is Dubai what are you and your family doing in Lagos? Nah by force to live for Lagos. The last time I checked Igbo people constitute 95% of people living in Ajegunle and the surrounding slums in Lagos. If you SE is so beautiful, why come to Lagos to live in the slums. Maybe you know deep in your hearth that SE is nothing but another Mini Somalia and kidnapping is the highest paying industry. lol

jude33084: The bolded is wrong. If you talk about dirty environment like the one the op posted above I might want to agree with you but calling igbo lazy is out of it ♏ãn. The average igbo is very much aware of his business environment while Yoruba ♏ãn stand aŋԂ watch wink

Igbos are not Lazy, they are the most hard working set of people we have in Nigeria.

The Hausa ♏ãn will say; if you visit a place aŋԂ you did not see an igbo ♏ãn there, run away immediately grin

But the picture is a disgrace to the Igboland sha lipsrsealed
Your papa lied and brainwashed you. Look around and see if wetin your papa told you was even closed to being the truth. But be-careful before we deport you go back your Mini Somalia (SE) for writing rubbish like this. lol

perfectsoft: In the last few days, I have noticed that there is an attempt to divert attention from the mess ACN and Fashola have made of themselves in Lagos with some cheap shots at development. Very pathetic stuff. Even theodore Orji of the infamous Abia government can boast of the clownish posts and claims of development I am seeing here.

You ACN folks should grow up. If this is an attempt to prove to us you are developing, please try harder. Watch even the much maligned Uduaghan on AIT and you will see far more development pictures and videos than you guys are posting. Shameful stuff especially coming from one of the chief butt lickers of them all, Eko Ile.
Monkey, this is not a competition between us and them. How much PDP paid you to come here and write this rubbish.

He didn't dragged the whole Yoruba nation to war and dressed like a woman to ran away. Whatever Diya, he acted on his own self interest and not for Yoruba people. Unlike Coward-Jukwu!!!

PoliticsRe: Gov Amosun Allocates 500 Hectares Of Land To Lagos State by AjCityOne: 7:43pm On Oct 25, 2012
Gbawe: My guy, you have done well here and I commend your efforts. The truth is that Governance , above everything else, must always concern the provision of solutions to problems ailing man and society. Food security is one of the greatest challenge of man. It is pedantic for anyone to think, in this day and age of economic and monetary union of entire Nations, that there will be legal impediments to Ogun State facilitating the provision of arable land, perhaps lying fallow, to Lagos State to support efforts that could mean greater food security for the SW and Nigeria.

I simply don't get how we think in Nigeria and how some routinely embrace negativity. I think it is a fallout of how our mentality has been bastardized to make folks think the law and processes of governance are greater than man and his interest so a few can keep profiting from that logic-defying nonsense. It is what our leaders hide behind. Here, subsidy scammers who shamed our Nation are running around because folks, on all sides, are exploiting the penchant for Nigerians to hide behind the law. When high recurrent expenditure is killing our Nation, GEJ hid behind the constitution to say "leaner government not possible".

We should then ask ourselves how the UK was able to expedite the prosecution and imprisonment of rioters who shamed the nation like subsidy scammers shamed Nigeria. We should ask why no law prevented the conservative Government coming in and cutting cost, in the best interest of the Nation, while our President hides behind the law to protect his friends and keep it "business as usual" for those who put him in power. The law does not impede Nations. It is put in place to be a flexible instrument that abets progress for society. Food security is very important and it is ridiculous for us to be here discussing legality when we would be better served looking at issues such as volume of yield, percentage reduction in import this move can secure etc, etc. Sometimes I despair for Nigeria because of how many Nigerians are obsessed with focusing on negatives.
My guy say no more

(Tunbu and co) during the past election which brought him to power.
Hmmmmm......politicians! Is always the game of give and take.
Atleast that investment will directly benefit our people including you and your papa. It shows how Tinubu and co take smart pass you and your papa by not investing their money in Dubai and some European Bank account.

Did you even read the article at all? Because if you did then you won't be writing about religion when the writer just pointed out that people like you are the source of Nigeria problems. Why can't we just focus on the real issues facing this country without being sentimental or tribalistic about it. Corruption, Religion, tribal sentiment and ego are all Nigerians problem if you asked me.
Yo-robber and mouth, I don't hate you guys I would appreciate you guys stop lying . Anyways, all these whining Is the effect of one Nigeria. Please allow GEJ to rule and stop flirting with northern Boko Haram. Nigeria's police are been killed daily in south west because they are I'll equipped. A Yoruba minister of Police affairs, stole fund meant for police officers yet people that never benefitted from his stolen fund are preaching righteousness of their kinsmen. Banks are bombed daily by robbers in southwest yet they looked towards other direction. Nairaland is a regional blog and that's why it lacks class unlike bellanaija . We are floating the first private refinery in Nigeria yet you are here talking about how good your region is?
.
Hear another kidnaper dey talk again. Banks are getting bomb in the SW? I wondered who dey bomb those banks. Your fello Igbo. Go back to your Mini Somalia (SE) where Kidnaping is the highest paying industry.

bittyend: Azikwe was a wasteman and the godfather of phaggotism in Nigeria. He was Ahmadu Bello's wife and that rag-head phucked him in the azz everyday! Ojukwu was a paedophilic monster whose claim to fame was his marriage to a 13-year old girl and dude was a notorious cowardly cross-dresser who eloped after leading his gullible people to a suicidal war.

Achebe the cripple has been on exile for over 20 years, talking tough from America and writing senility induced children's fictional lullaby books. I repeat, I have never met a brave Igbo person in my life, NEVER!!
Well said my friend. Igbo Igbo Igbo. Kidnaper, arm robbers, fake drug sellers. Omo Igbo Ole

What you are saying doesn't even make any sense. Read your comments out to your self before clicking on submit. Back to the topic,Igbo will never feed Yoruba man. It will always be that way, master feed slave and not the other way around. Which explains why Awolowo starved your people to death. Lol

Its obvious that free education and free browsing hasn't been the one kidnaping women, men and children, Igbos are. Let's face the truth and hope that the Igbo leaders can call their pikin to order.
HealthRe: Fashola Urges Lagosians To Walk Rather Than Drive Whenever Possible by AjCityOne: 12:49pm On Oct 17, 2012
nifemi01: That's a nice suggestion by fashola.
Here is mine though, howabout u start moving around also with just two or three cars instead of the usual motorcade comprising over 10 cars.
Because when you run affairs of a state like Lagos, you are always a moving target for dangerous people. You people always point out the irrelivant instead of taking in the aspect of the speach that can benefit you and your family. Which in this case the health benefit of walking. This governor is talking about issues that are important to individual citizens. So next time you are walking around with your big belly and thinking that is a sign of good life, just think it about your self as a thicking time bomb that is about to explode with your precious life in the process.

........................................
Bad news for you because u lack progressive mind. I wondered how much you are getting paid by the PDP to come up with this crap. If Lagos no gree u stay go back to your village.
