Dear all please I was just checking our medical papers and saw incomplete for my wife's 501 Medical Examination. Is this right?
Every other person in the family has required instead.

Also,How long ago should the experience you're claiming be.
E.g If I am claiming branch manager between 2007-2009 but have other roles in the same banking afterwards is it ok?

You might ask the employer to give payslips but if they require for statement you might have issues.Also tax card/certificate is acceptable but I don't know how you will get that if you're paid cash.
By the way, why would they still be paying cash as salary in 2017?.Its archaic.

Nice one! Does one need to get a letter from d pension company again to prove dat one can access 25% of his/her pension fund especially as they are already aware? I think one should just request for his account statement from d company and state it in d LOE dat he has access to 25% of d fund few months upon resigning provided by d pension act. Dis might b a good option especially if d pension coy isn't ready to give any letter.

You can go to the registry where the marriage held. They will issue you a second copy after meeting their requirements (money also involved).
You can notarize it or if its exactly like the original just use.
If you're fortunate and its not Lagos (Cos Ikoyi people said its N25k) you could get it for less.

As far as you don't create the one key account, I think you should have sufficient time to see if you will get direct ITA but once you create the one key, na 14 days ooo.
