Yoruba will say charity begins at home can u imagine if parents can do that to their children at home, how much more the society at large, may be we should not blame our govt again then. Though our universities is already over floaded but people can still turn to oluwole for help. Atleast there is nobody on earth that want to settle for the least |
Hi Mypeace Can we know who or what that is your new LOVE that is keeping you away from us, abeg we're jealous oooo ![]() I also mean every HND holders irrespective of their discipline are contract staff in a bank but am surprise about that your friend, HND? full staff in GTB? please can you tell me how she did it, may be that will change my feelings about banking industry. Lots of LOVE AND PEACE IN THIS SEASONS OF LOVEEEEEEEE |
This is really serious oooo. @jay bee Abeg wot would have happen if hes in one of this countries you mentioned |
"Even in our houses parents and neighbours discriminate against HND holders; they give more pocket money and respect to kids in the universities than those in the polytechnics." hnmmmmmmm! ![]() |
Congratulations jare my brother, the good Lord who has started this will not stop there in Jesus name. @ his-grace If you have married and have kids, i wil advise you send one of them to Nigeria school to study the best course and let see if he/she will get the best job at the best time. |
Glory be to God for His goodness and mercies in our lives. Congrats my brother. |
Praise God for His goodness and mercies in our lives. congratulations my brother and please always pay your tithes ooo |
Hi people, Am Abosede, I had HND in Sec. Admin. |
Hi people Am Abosede, i had HND in Sec. Admin. |
Congrats ooooooooo Is it easy?Nairalanders abeg me too dey look for job oo, i am a secretary but i will prefer any place apart from bank and Insurance. Hope u understand ![]() |
Yah! that is the word: believe in God and one self. May God help this country. |
Hi soulonfire, abeg is the job still on, i have to change my job desperately. I am currently working in a bank but am not conformtable with the setting at all. Mypeace, i can feel you. Am really enjoying your contributions, very encouraging but our govt must do something about our HND being seconded to university graduates. Imagine the offer from Vinne Sec to be paid 40-45k per month in a bank while somebody that graduated from university yesterday, employ today will be paid 100k per month, honestly it make me sick attimes. Great salute to Secretaries/PAs in the house |
Hello all, I have been enjoying your contributions, so lovely and encouraging but i have to say here that despite all this i am not so excited at all . Because there is no amount of professionalism you can put in, you will still be underpay, secretaries are not being paid very well in this country, is sooo sad. The moment your background is HND you're in for it. No matter how intelligent or smart you are, how good you can safe or rescue a situation, you will be seconded to your mates, honestly is dehumanizing, is not encouraging at all. @"Please does anyone work under mutinationals, I learn t they recruit confidential secretaries for Oil companies. I need their contact, wants to send my C.V to them." Anyone with useful information please help. Don't mind this tooo. |
I love G-string a lot, cos am always in trouser. It always make my bomm bomm look as if i dont wear pant ![]() |
I am the first with a lot of bukatas Meeeeeen is not easy ooo |
well it might be the same company but not the same branch, you know , it can be fun gisting on fone or thru intranet ![]() |
NO. I wouldn't want that for my kid. But our government shld make it understandable to Nigerian children going into polytechnics of what is awaiting them in the labour market instead of deceiving them to believe that is the same first degree like university or better still close down all the polytechnics. |
Hi, I feel more sorry for HND holders in this country. Imagine after spending like 5 years in school, you come out to be seconded (contract/casual) to your mates that graduated from universities, honestly is dehumanizing, it makes you feel inferior naturally. And the gap in the remuneration is 95-5%. At times i wondered if it is not even better to go abroad and do meager job to earn that 5% than staying in your own country and be a slave. At least people that are not silver spoon will have to gather some money to start something even at all you don't want to do this for long. |
Hi guys, i finally find how to post a topic in this forum. thanks to tommyex. Yah! there is this topic that has been bugging my head, can somebody in this forum tell me what could have been the reason why HND holders are being employ as a contract staff in our financial institutions? does is it mean they're half baked bread or they're graduate from advance secondary school, cos i cant really understand what is going on in this country. A university graduate and a polytechnic graduate who serve together as a corper, use the same number of years to achieve the same purpose but on getting to employment market made to understand that the university graduate is more superior than him or her. Can somebody just please explain to me cos i find it difficult to comprehend. |
hi guys, am also new here though been trying to post on other topics. Please who is seun, i mean y is he so popular like that and what make angel be the lady of the house. Mostly importantly how can i post a fresh topic. Abeg feel me in ![]() |
hummmmmmm! bank work can be killing and time consuming really but the set of people that are not paying armed robber salary should be put into consideration. May be they should allow them to close earlier than their main staff cos i cant see any reason why labourer (HND holders) which you pay stipend shld be closing as late as 10pm like pple you pay armed robber salary, is very dehumanizing abeg ![]() |
@mijd 'Will they accept letters from HND holders too?' My brother i doubt that, cos HND holders are now a second class citizen in our own country. Go to banks and check that out ![]() |
