Meanwhile I had a local body polish treatment this weekend - WOW-. Its called halawa, done by hausa natives. It involved taking ALL the hair off my body with some sort of sugar dough - like 100 times less painful than sugar waxing!! then my body was scrubbed down with a local scrub (I'll get the ingredients list) and then I was POLISHED head to toe with a fragranced tumeric concotion. U wont believe the effect - I no fit shout!!!! So good I'm going to post the details here! The defuzzing must done by an expert sha, but the scrub and polish can be easily achieved by DIY. Amazing what local remedies can do for the skin - talk about Spa Experience - and for just 3k!!! PS - It was done in my bedroom so I just walked into my bathroom and showered off. Please also post any local remedies here o gurllllll! i no fit wait for the details plssssssssss |

Seun , What has the protest achieved, really, besides blessing us with the very nice cleavage photo above? i can't beleive that am reading this from seun. Anyway, as long as u can fuel your Gen 24/7, buy your water 24/7, atleast the road to your house is still manageable and a lot of security personnels around, you're good to go but for the rest of us who cant afford these 27/7 abeg let us protest and take pictures atlest for record purposes |

kulyie, feel so bad 4 nigerians livin in diaspora,especially d ones livin in poverty.at least if dey were in naija dey still have hope dat someday d sun will smile at dem but livin in another man's country in poverty n dey'll treat u with disdain is really very pathetic.livin in uk is not by force if u cant cope come bak 2 naija afterall no matter how bad your country is,your country is still your country n no foreigner can treat u like a piece of poo in your country.d sad part of it is dat our cursed political leaders travel outside of naija,dey know how uk is,dey even take vacations there yet dey cant take a cue from dem n am sure dey know nigerians r suffering a lot in n out of nigeria yet dey act like all is well.nywayz d blood n sufferings of nigerians is on their miserable lives n dat of their uncontrollable wayward children Which sun pls? can u imagine all the benefits available to both their children, the ones born there and even the one brought over there. pls can u pinpoint just one benefit available to us here in nigeria. If you're in situation like this in nigeria, u're OYO-on your own life! |
i will never advise her to come back to Nigeria. imagine her in Nigeria with 4 kids and in this kind of situations, how many families or friends will come out to give an helping hand not to talk of govt (rule out) with God all things are possible. I pray the outcome of her papers will favour her in Jesus name. Busy_body can pls help this lady in anyway she can since she nows more of the diff benefits available to illegal/legal immigrant like her. Pls rule Nigeria out, is not a place to raise a decent children if you're not averagely or super rich. |
I will call one of my brothers of his size to return the slap, then since the husband wont talk about it, everyone will keep on living as if nothing happened. thats my gurl! i can even arrange boys from outside to deal with him and let c who will voice out first, what d hell! |
do we have security atall in this country? i dont think so. everybody should just cling tightly to the God he/she is serving cos there is no value for life in this nigeria. May his soul RIP |
I also love the mtn advert that had a man and his son(english) going to watch a match in the stadium/going via a lift they met other fans from other countries. (i particularly love the way the man closed his son's mouth) when he wanted to continue singing. my 3 yr old daughter always rolling on the floor laughing whenever they show this advert. I also love it and that of Heieken where ladies were thrilled/shoutin seeing their friends wardrope while guys were screaming on beer. I like d concept, it shows hw guys can go crazy because of heinekez |

Mekusxyz -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Where will the money come from? From the Navy, which implies taxpayers' (you and I) money or from the pocket of Arogundade and his boys? This is trash judgement. Arogundade should go to jail and still pay compensation. Newspaper apology is TRITE. Fully supported |
why dont u let us have ur e-mail address |
whats in this carnival that can attract foreigner to come watch next time? |
londoner @Katsumoto, I think its what we need to do, at the end of the day we have provided a docile environment for them to get away with it until now, we can do this. We just need people who have the information to get it to us, and yes, we need to do it in a PEACEFUL and LEGAL way. If these thieves are using stolen loot to pay for school fees, we have to make it undesireable for respected institutions such as universities and private schools to be associated with that money. Can you imagine groups of Nigerians at the airport in protest when they get off the plane? Even if we simply stand there in silence wearing T-shirts whish symbolise our discontent, how long do you think it will be before they become embarassed, others start asking questions as to why are we are doing it etc? this idea is great if it can be implemented |
well guy, if you're HND holder expect nothing less than 80k but if you're B.sc holder then u can go parry |
eeee yahhh! this pple should av get patiance now atleast for the sake of their baby girl. But whoever the lady is should remeber that 'panso tafi na iyale, o nbe lori aja fun iyawo', she saw cooked soup now, she won siddon abi, God dey |
mendax , Most countries u'll run to, even if they giv u citizenship, u'll still remain a second class citizen with certain shortcomings etc. I understand your frustrations sha! And who told you, you can not be a second class citizen in this country, go and ask HND holders in financial sectors, ask civilians in the hands of military man, u will know that u dont have to cross border b4 u be second hand citizen in your 'father land' shioor! shameless country |
This is quite impresive but hope those religion rioters will not come and burn it down all in d name of religion/politikal riot |
Waooooo! simplicity at its best, even the bride wedding gown and make up is as simple and beautiful as the whole setting. |
How long will take to run for your shadown, anyway, we're waiting, we're watching. One yoruba adage says, Oku oni fi ara pamo fun eni ti o ma sin |
@Obirin, a u in The Gambia or USA |
