Add your supervision fees, VAT, contingencies etc

Your rate should include materials and labour cost

This is just all the work needed to be done before and during the landscaping of a house, as prepared by a quantity surveyor. There are a lot of technical jargon which you might not bother too much to unravel, except there is a particular one you need explanation on. Explaining all of them will need hours of writing.
