The problem is B.tech is being offered by Universities of Technology. We all know the B.tech in a university and B.tech in a polytechnic isn't the same curriculum.
If not for the Nigerian system, polytechnic would have suited me better as I have more personal skills in tech than what I went through in the university. I used to envy those in poly. They are more practical and have extensive laboratories. The curriculum teaches how to do it. Universities teach what is needed to do it.
They should just stop comparing it.
It is better they ask to be upgraded to University of technology than ask HND to be B.tech. I had the opportunity to attend both. During my poly days we literally go to the lab and field work more than the hours we spent in class. The equipment and tools we had in poly is times 5 of what we had in uni. To be frank, we never use any in the uni. |

Let me narrate how I knew it was scam.
I gained admission this year into this scam school (yes, I was your student you can check my email address to find my name) and my brother warned me about this school but I went ahead until... I went to a renowned Hospital, a reputable one at that and asked the chief doctor and surgeon about this school.. This man shouted in a loud voice and asked me to quickly leave the school. I know a lot of you will still fall victim. GWU (Global Wealth University)or JPTS is not accredited...
They are scamming you.
They don't want all of you to know or believe it's a scam that was why they reduced the price of their school fees to gain more innocent, clueless students...
I pity those that are in 400l.
If you like insult me, call me names but don't forget I warned you... At least, if I can't save you I'll save others.
I don't want to list out all my findings but if you want to hear more of what I found tell me...

It's even better now that there are other jobs that men do that pay more than nursing...such as IT, Project Management, Private owned Logistics service.
That nursing job is a curse. The pride that it fills them with cannot be described adequately. Both male and female nurses.
The men are thrown out because in many cases, the law requires the man to leave wether he owns the house or not.
The way to play the game with them is to let her see clear that you are not afraid to give up the house for the sake of your peace and dignity.
