So sowi guyz u've not been seeing me here but am back fully now. @ShehuAba kudos bro really appreciate ur effort trying to make this thread and lively and informative. Thumbs up to everybody too like am now seeing new fringe faces but at all at all we're all one. Yeah *clears throat* 3 days to go. In the next 72 hours, some people future will be decided but i have a strong believe and hope that you shall all smile by His grace. The list was taken to Abuja few days ago and as we all know it would be pasted on fri/sat cos the ICT unit don't really work on sat. They work on sat but they close early so come rain come shine by sat evening we shall have cause to celebrate. Like am getting used to the system already. Met couple of guys i mean students on twitter and we've been relating big tym. Can't wait to start the clearance and admission proper. It's a pity that the school also lost a prof in the Arts faculty may his gentle soul rest in perfect peace.

Got nothing more to say just to come in and say hi to everybody and hopefully within 4-6yrs we shall be corpers rocking the dress code with swag. -You look around while working within the school
-You are eager to go to class
-You dress more than everybody around you
-You don't know when and where too receive lectures
-You are so scared of school authorities

On a more serious the email of a thing is not a determinant of ur admission for the 2nd batch. After everybody recieved email from UI then, i got mine like a week later and i was a bit depressed then. Once u fill ur forms online, all emails submitted are being cached and the institution sends email to the potential students in batches. Some might receive today, some tomorrow while some in a week depending. Also I could remember when the schl texted us to Acceptance filling online whereas we've done it before then. Just exercise some patience and wait for urs too come. I think d emails are being forwarded to students with high probability of admission or those admitted already can't really say. Just pray and see how things unfold... Certainly Oluwa is involve

ShehuAba: @all especialy dose dat av seen d email sent 4rm UI, Pls lets knw wot was ur post UTME score, d course u applyd 4 nd mayb u did change of course. I think dat'l help us ol. Den 2ndly pls who cn find a solutn 2 dis dificulty am encountering with yahoomail. Since ystday if i login it kips on saying Invalid Login ID/pasword, Nd av bin loging in with d ID nd pasword av bin using since i opened d email, Pls any1 wt an idea of hw i could solve shuld kindly help m asap. Tnx 4 ur concern

The best way to login to ur yahoomail acct is using the facebook login button. It connects ur facebook acct to Yahoo for login and after successfully doing that, u need no typing again. Just goto yahoomail and click 'or Login using Facebook'

Kenny2012: Has any direct entry candidate gotten the congratulatory message or anyother message from UI?Please,any such person should kindly indicate.Thanks.

Nope... No msg for DE students yet and don't think they would send #JustSaying

@ShehuAba lolzzzz @zezeny good job hope i can help wif the calculation. Let's say u offering 10 courses. One 4unit, five 3units and four 2units. What matter most is ur grade in each course. If u have 'A' @ 4unit course then u've boosted ur CGPA very well cos d 7.0 will be multiplied by 4 = 28points
GES 101 (4units) ====> A = 7 x 4 = 28
MTH 101 (3units) ====> B+ = 5 x 3 = 15
MTH 102 (3units) ===> A- = 6 x 3 = 18
EEC 104 (3units) ====> C+ = 2 x 3 = 6
EEC 106 (3units) ====> A- = 6 x 3 = 18
EEC 108 (3units) ===> B = 4 x 3 = 12
MEC 101 (2units) ===> A = 7 x 2 = 14
LIB 101 (2units) ===> C+ = 2 x 2 = 4
MEC 104 (2units) ===> B = 4 x 2 = 8
MEC 109 (2units) ===> B- = 3 x 2 = 6
after all these calculations, addition of everything i.e 28+15+18+6+8+12+14+4+8+6 = 119
owk ur total course unit for the semester is 26 units addition of one 4unit, four 3units and 5 2units
Final CGPA = 119/26 = 4.57

Engineering boys just they fall my hand here jawe.... #sober

runaway funny dude... Lolzzzz good job!

For those in anticiaption of the 2nd batch list. I was just informed that the list is well prepared now and has to go through JAMB authorisation before it can be posted on the school website. This will enable JAMB prepare admission letter and admission status to prospective students. As it stands now, the list can be pasted anytime from now with the DE students. Success y'all

tjosh007: Concerning matric day paparazy...why suggest a uniform wear 4 every1. D gist is lets meet on clearance day...get eachoda's contacts nd inform ourselves on where 2 meet on matric day dats all

good idea but the question is how do we all get to see on the clearance week cos it's gonna be tight gan people busy try'n to settle deir various probs.
The uniform of a thing not compulsory just a mere suggestion and hoping it's gonna be lively gan. Any colour works for me

Hardeybisey: @ akby watz up nw ....и̣̣̣̥
ƌ̲̣̣̣̥
y weren't U̶̲̥̅̊ online yesterday?

Busy things man... Once i log off here, we continue gisting on WhatsApp. Nufin do u

Hardeybisey: @ all hp dis is not ɑ̤̥̈̊ problem cos after doing the re-submission stuff и̣̣̣̥
ƌ̲̣̣̣̥
ws abt to print it,the system went off....so want to ask if not printing it won't be ɑ̤̥̈̊ prob....ɑ̤̥̈̊ quick response wȊ̝̊̅ℓℓ be appreciated....

No problem after all u already have a copy of the print out while filling ur post UTME bio data

I really have to say thumbs up to everybody here... U guys are indeed awesome. Yeah remembered i suggested d idea then thanks to nikky for waking it up again. From my own view, i think a black material would do as in trouser/skirt and perharps later we can finalise on a colour of shirt that would fit in. What do i say again? U guys have said it all. Clearance, 2nd batch, DE admission and registration all set to commence in little or no time. A funny story emanating is that hostel might nt work out once u get to 200L and moreover common to virtually all schls but dat is just by the way side. Few hours from now we are in Sept. and it marks the beginning of our journey to the premier university. Of the greatest Nigeria studets!!!

Never knew we have good writers in the thread... Sowi guys u've not been seeing me just try'n to rectify some minor ish. Latest info has is that 2nd batch to be pasted early sept either 1st or 2nd week bt all thinz being equal 2nd week more feasible. Waiting for VC and Registra's approved list. Greatest Uites
