Actually the dedline for admission into tertiary institution this year is Oct 31 and if u look at it Oct 26 is the deadline for clearance. Our names should be pasted hopefully this week. This will help us pay the 10K in time and as well meet up with 26th clearance date. I won't be suprised if it's even tomorrow but it all lies on the school management table

From what I've been able to deduce, here is a mental picture of how it's gonna look like. First u get ur ₦50 office flat file. Open it and start arranging ur documents.

Original institution copy of JAMB admission letter and 4 photocopies of Candidates copy

N.B UI will never collect ur personal original certificates so u are not going to perforate it with the ones u have in the file. Only the original recommendation letters and UI's copy of the JAMB admission letter will be the only original documents present in the file

DE list hopefully should be out tomorrow or latest the next cos we are doing same clearance wif the rest... Yeah for thos who still have probs with the recommendation letter stuff maybe I should upload a doc. format of like two I wrote but that would certainly be 2moro. In dis case it means u are given a letter headed paper by the person so u can get clues on how to go about urs. Got one from my principal and pastor all in one day which is today but i bet u it's very simple to write. Lemme even try and do an example

UI will never ask of your blood group test or genotype... I know I don't fall sick that much so am a typical AA and for the blood group everybody in my family A so am A too. Simple

@Flawlessheyi tuesday or so... Maybe will go to UI upper week for my clearance. Not in rush mode boss. It's well

'am so sure that the turn out for clearance tomorrow will be very low... Here is it; most people still yet to wrap up their recommendation letter ish. The best combination u can get is one from ur school principal and the other from ur pastor/Imam or dad's friend or a family friend. After settling this stuff u can proceed to board Ibadan bus. Medicals as it is now might not commence until later say 2 or 3 weeks cos it's always done at a go meaning having much students at hand. It's just 3000 of us in the process so it's still fair compared to schools that admit over 7000 students. Everything is self explanatory and if u're d lucky type u can wrap up the clearance within a day and come back later for the medicals. Yeah xray was 1,200 last year and it should be max 1,500 dis time around. Let's see what 2moro has for us

In with a neutral mind... U can't do it all in a day. All i know is dat UI will make it easy for us all and not to contradict issues with personal anxiety

I chosed @ random as for mine cos i wanted electrical so i have to go for petroluem, mechanical, industrial and production and physics electronics sequential... Electrical was 18 initially while pet and mech very few likewise industrial... Physics electronics was even very few i think just 1 or 2. Let's wait till monday/tuesday boss

Four types of blood group... A, B, AB and O find urs dere likewise genotype AA, AS, SS etc

DoctorROTEM: hey guys, pls ao will i convert the signature to .bmp pls helllppppp

Right click on the signature and click edit. It will open default Ms word photo editor... Go up and click on file and scroll down to save as... It will pop a dialogue box where u can select the format u want the signature to saved as. File name call it anything u want and under it click the select arrow to check various options of format then save as .bmp mind u there are various types of .bmp just pick the monochrome or 16bit option so d size of the signature can be reduced drastically. I think mine was about 4.8kb

I won't be suprised if it's monday/tuesday cos u have to pay for acceptance fee and as well do clearance with admitted students between 15-26. Tuesday will be quite feasible

Losib: Good news to all DE direct student... This is to inform all prospective students who applied for DE that the institution will paste 2nd batch for DE applicants. I was mailed this afternoon by the school so if u applied for DE and u've not been admitted kindly check ur mail and follow the step as stated in the mail.

Yeah it was stated that a 2nd list would be released so students with low chances of admission can do something like a fallback before Oct 15... So it's very urgent perhaps. U will do d fillings by replying the mail UI sent with 4 options of courses yeah 4 different courses u feel u can be considered for. Success!

If you finish below 2008 u will have to get ur original result but 2008 upwards, online print out can be used
