A man or lady out of marriage have a full right to re-marry anytime, meaning for anyone to be out of marriage. From my understanding, they must have disolute whatever marriage they have, be it civil or traditional (either in court or the traditional way). If not, even if you dont live together again, even if you dont have a child for eachother, you remain married unless the law of individual country states otherwise. |
E-Banking is a very good idea that can help reduce the risk of Armed Robbery and circulation of Cash in and outside the bank. Although there are some points which needs to be addressed. Are the banks ready to embrace this new development? Do they have a sufficient technology and expertise to service their customer? what happens in a case of fraud, is there any functioning policy or law on ground to manage it? As much as the background (foundation) is not set right, anything built on this will fail |

The Lagos State Government on Thursday said that vehicles brought into the state through illegal routes and those bought from individuals would henceforth not be registered in the state. The government said that a tripartite arrangement in the state only allowed individuals to sell their vehicles to members of the public through registered motor vehicle dealers. It added that any vehicle sold outside this arrangement would not be issued the change of ownership title at the Motor Licensing Offices. The Permanent Secretary of Motor Vehicle Administration Agency Mr. Akin Hanson, who made the government position known to journalists, said only vehicles bought from registered auto dealers would henceforth be attended to. “Unregistered individuals willing to sell either registered or fairly used imported vehicle to go through registered dealers as direct sales transaction is unlawful in the state,” he said. Hanson also expressed dismay over what he called ‘indiscriminate’ display of vehicles for sale in the state, adding that the agency would soon begin a crackdown on defaulters. The Permanent Secretary said that the way individuals and auto dealers displayed vehicles for sale at unregistered premises was becoming worrisome. He observed that the act negated the law regulating the activities of motor vehicle and spare parts dealers in the state. Hanson pointed accusing fingers at fuel stations and eateries, which he accused of allowing such display in their premises, describing them as chief culprits. He said, “There are some individual who used roadsides and kerbs to display vehicles illegally. This attitude constitutes a nuisance to the environment, impedes the movement of pedestrians and free flow of the traffic. “Before we act, we will embark on a campaign to enlighten the dealers on the law regulating sales of motor vehicle and spare parts in the state, which we have been discussing at our regular stakeholders’ meetings. It would be a sheer pretence for any auto or spare part dealer to feign ignorance of the law regulating the business.” The Permanent Secretary warned the auto dealers not to take the ‘humane’ approach of the government in enforcing the law regulating auto business for granted and warned that the government had the capacity to enforce the law to the letter. He said that the agency would soon publish names of defaulting dealers in the national dailies and then go ahead to prosecute them. source: http://www.punchng.com/Articl.aspx?theartic=Art20110701174059 |

For selfish reasons, I prefer driving in Nigeria. I failed my driving test 2 times because of my 12yrs Naija driving experience. The first time was due to lack of respect to pedestrian and cyclist on the road. In the UK, Nigerian DL (not the paper type Intl DL which is valid for 12 months) is not recognized for direct conversion to UK full DL (not Provisional DL which is just like a proof of ID) compared with other countries like South Africa & Zimbabwe in Africa. Anyhow, am proud of Naija! |
''Adidas'' is a 6th generation Honda Accord released in Europe within 1998-2003 with its equivalent ''Baby Boy'' in North America within the year within 1998-2002. Ref;http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Honda_Accord |
This is another improvement on Honda Accord popularly called JUDGEMENT DAY in Naija, now in a 4WD tranny. This car is HOT! check this link for more info:http://automobiles.honda.com/accord-crosstour/exterior-photos.aspx

If U can check those links I sent earlier U will see HONDA herself knows about this gear defect so its no news to them, in compensating for the defect, Honda change ur gear box if faulty under a Millage of abt 130k from 100k which it was b4.(that is a waranty U get from Honda if U buy it new, not TOKS) There is nothing bad in buying or driving a V6,V8 engine, infact if U drive a V6 engine like me in those days, U wont want to drive a V4 engine again, that was what pushed me to buying the baby boy V6 2000 Model when I returned home but when the mantainance was costing me a fortune, I had to sell it off, I lost about 40% of the purchase price after about 10months use. The tip about a good car use especially for someone who travels so much like me, U dont need just a car, U need a car whose mantanance is cheap even if its more expensive to acquire. If U have ever been dissapointed on Nigerian road due to a fault a road side mechanic cannot fix, U will understand me better. Apart from Honda Accord 1991-94(Halla), I dont think I can use another Honda car again unless its Manual sha and V6 Honda cars wont come with Manual gear like the German Autos like BMW or Benz |
Its not about the oil U use for the Engine or the Tranny, this Model of Honda Accord comes with that Factory defect. I used this same Model some years ago but later sold it to buy a Camry(orobo) when I have serviced the gear like 2 times and was later advised to change the gear. Its such a good car with 3.0 Litre, 200hp engine but the mantainance is not friendly even in the US, let alone Naija. Apologies if this truth hurts anyone! I spend so much online to read peoples comment about it.
