I dont believe this guy/babe.
Cuz Katherine was on M-net's Moments with Mo just this evening and all she said didn't suggest any such thing.

Christianity EtcRe: Can You Attend A Church Led By A Woman? by AKO1(m): 4:49pm On Nov 19, 2007
Its funny how people come up with all kinds of spurious ideas about christianity.

The Bible talks about the weightier matter of the law.

This is not one of them.

Like women covering the head isn't.

Peace.
Music/RadioRe: Jojo (Beautiful Girl) by AKO1(m): 4:28pm On Nov 19, 2007
If he downloads it thru wap it will cost a bit
Limewire is free and very useful if u hav ur own connection, and a gd media converter where phones are concerned.
Music/RadioRe: Jojo (Beautiful Girl) by AKO1(m): 10:31pm On Nov 17, 2007
If you have access to a descent computer and internet:
1. Go to www.limewire.com
2. Download the free p2p (peer to peer) file sharing program
3. You can use this program to download music, pictures, videos, movies etc uploaded from users around the world. You can upload stuff too.
4. Do a search for anything you want and download. It's this easy.
5. You're not likely to find Naija songs.
6. Give me a feedback.
7. Concerning whether Kingston or Jojo is better, I think both have a peculiar message that applies to girls and guyz respectively.

@Mayobabe that wasnt good enough. try and be more creative next time.
Christianity EtcRe: Should Fuji Music Be Allowed In Church? by AKO1(m): 9:46pm On Nov 11, 2007
God seeks those who will worship Him in spirit and in truth- John 4:23

As long as youre doing this, the style of music doesn't matter. Dvid danced before the Lord so much so that He got naked. And God did not despise him, rather He despised His wife who mocked Him.

Hence, what is on the outside, your instruments, your beautiful voices, your style, etc has NO MEANING to God. It is your HEART ATTITUDE towards Him that counts!

I think that says it all. The argument really should end here
Christianity EtcRe: Can You Attend A Church Led By A Woman? by AKO1(m): 9:30pm On Nov 11, 2007
Honestly you guys baffle me. I wouldnt have expected such a shallow argument like this to continue for this long. It show a lack of understanding of how God operates, and how man has brought the carnal sin nature to bear upon the affairs of the church of God.

D KOKO:::
ACTS 10:34; GOD IS NO RESPECTER OF PERSONS. He created all men and so has the right to use ANYONE who has a willing heart to fulfill His purposes on the earth.
There is no scriptural basis that justifies the claim of the poster. NONE. The only place where the bible gives room for the dominion of the male gender in human affairs is in the home. Everywhere else, God has given the right to each male and female to achieve whatever they set their hearts to.
When Esther was going to save her people, if the men had prevented her just because she is a woman, they would have perished. Period.
God DOES NOT CARE about your gender or your outward appearance. He cares most about your spiritual progress.

Or how do you want to fault great women of God like Joyce Meyer, Paula White, Bimbo Odukoya, Juanita Bynum but to mention a few. I would really love to hear replies that would contradict my stand, just for some comic relief.
And if you ARE able to bring out scripture, it would be an utter misinterpretation and I would prove it to you.
Cheers.

@ kaysmith, beautifully said. A good name is better than riches. i am soooooo proud of Ofunneka.

Same way Nigeria already knew that Yar'Adua won the elections but wasnt voted for. Ofunneka won but wasnt voted for.

I know you think im naive, i know. dont mention it. im not. and if you still do, youre such a loser. shame.
TV/MoviesRe: Big Brother Africa 2 (II)! by AKO1(m): 8:32pm On Nov 11, 2007
Mehn let me just put everything the way I see it.

It was obviously a 50-50 thing between Ofunkz and Richard. Tatiana chances were slimmer than slim; only her country, Angola voted for her. Shows you that the only support she got was based on patriotism and not public opinion.

Ofunneka DESERVES the money. No doubt about that. Richard knows that. every honest person that followed the show from day 1 till 1900GMT today would attest to that.

Simply put, I think Richard won for two reasons. 1, He is East African and more East African countries participated in the show.
Richard received votes from Botswana, Kenya, Namibia, South Africa, Tanzania, Uganda, Zimbabwe. Ghana, Malawi, Nigeria, Zambia and the rest of Africa voted for Ofunneka, while Tatiana received Angola's vote.
2, The outcome of the show is one of the most perfect illustrations of the statement "SEX SELLS"! Not that Richard was having sex, no, Im driving at the principle. The human nature is more inclined to immorality and that explains the paradox. The bad boy won. And I'm not shocked. he really is an adulterer, no doubt about that and Im afraid to say that this trend is very likely to persist in this 21st century we are in.
LiteratureRe: Help:: How Can I Concentrate Better When I Read? by AKO1(op): 11:14pm On Nov 10, 2007
Thanks to you all for your contributions.

@Gwazah: you make a lot of sense, yes its all in the mind. but trust me, its much easier said than done. i also do not quite understand your personal example. i wld generally appreciate it if youre more practical than theoretical.

@olanajim: you were more practical & here are my answers:
Q1; NO. since i started this program im preparing for i barely watch tv, except big brother n sundays. five hours a day is way beyond my average viewing time.
Q2; no, but my mind hitherto tends to stray off into a lot or irrelevant things when i read. these things may not necessarily be worries eg how the day went.
Q3; NEVER. thats one area i know that i cant handle at all, concentrating on something serious with music playing in my ear or in the background.
Q4; sometimes, but if im not able to see the teacher i just take down the notes, and hope that when i read them, ill understand since i at least heard what was said in class. this works roughly 60% of the time.

SAM MILLA:
where and who are you.
maybe a little introduction will help people to know what to say to you and how to say it
Im a student
Currently in A levels
I have exams in like 1 wks time
But really, concentrating when I read could be cumbersome at times
Many times (this may b funny) I end up talking with my self on an issue that takes a cue from the subject matter, but bears extremely little relevance
I'm going to study Journalim in Uni and so I need this skill, badly
I've been doing lots of prayer about it but I need to hear from ppl who can concentrate
Because I envy you
