Igbanke is made of of 6 autonomous communities and each community trace their origin to different places
1. Ottah: they migrated from Anambra
2. Igbontor/idumi-iru: migrated from Benin during the reign of oba ozuola
3. Omolua: formed by migrants from ishan, ika, ologbo and Benin
4. Idumodin: migrated from Amahor, presently in igueben Edo state
5. Ake: migrated from mbiri in ika North local govt in delta
6. Oligie: migrated from Benin.

As you can read above, there are more places in igbanke formed by Benin people than igbo or ika speaking migrants
So stop referring to them as igbo community.

I trust the wisdom of voters in Edo to vote the very best candidate, and we all know who that is. No sane Edo resident, no matter their tribe, will choose Monday Okpebholo over Asue Ighodalo or even Olumide Akpata.

If by any chance, Monday Okpebholo of APC should garner up to 20% of votes in the Edo 2024 Governorship election, then I will believe the critics of Godwin Obaseki that the PDP did not invest enough in Education.

I was at wire road today when they were importing supporters in droves. They even took attendance as buses brought in supporters from other states and they were paid at the end of the campaign. People in the area didn’t attend the rally.

Oshiomhole first broke that jinx in 2018 when he won the entire ESAN.last year,lp helped APC in winning as they divided pdp votes. APC also won a reps seat and three assembly seats in the central. With the situation now,it is a 50 50 fight.whoever wins will do so narrowly but okpebholo has the advantage due to his popularity,grassroot strength and incumbency
Even though Tinubu performance is bad,obaseki performance is equally bad so things are balanced
