Brazilian media outlet Lance! have a madcap story on Wednesday about a woman who correctly predicted that Germany would beat the Selecao 7-1. 44-year-old artist Anna Guerra, has become a minor internet star overnight, after she revealed on social media that she had won a sweepstake betting on the Mannschaft’s virtually unpredictable 7-1 win. Where the story gets even stranger is how Anna Guerra arrived at her decision to back the Germans. Anna told Lance! that she woke up on Tuesday morning to have a conversation with her husband Silvio Rod, 46, only to realise that her man was sleepwalking as they were talking. Not wishing to wake him up from his sleep, Anna engaged Silvio talking about the night’s football. According to Anna she kicked off the conversation saying“Today is the World Cup”, to which Silvio replied“it’s game over”. Anna then asked”who won?”, he said “Germany”. She thenasked what the scoreline was, and he said 7-1. Following the random prediction, Anna enter her sweepstake with the 7-1 scoreline, which she also posted online to prove the authenticity of her story. Husband and wife die after crashing into each other while driving separate cars! How outrageous is this?! RIP to the couple… A husband and wife in Texas were killed Wednesday when the cars they were driving collided head-on on a narrow rural road, authorities said. Nicolas Cruz, 31, and Kristina Munoz, 26, were driving separate vehicles headed in opposite directions when the crash occurred on Country Road 87 near the Oklahoma border at 10 a.m., NBC affiliate KFDX reports. “This is a very narrow, blacktop county road and there are no markings,” Texas Department of Public Safety Trooper Tony Fulton told the station. “There are no shoulder markings and there are no center stripe markings.” Investigators are still trying to determine the cause of the crash. Neither driver was wearing a seat belt, the station reported.
