This happened around past six pm. The driver obviously had too much to drink. He started by hitting a LAGBUS in front of him before hitting other vehicles. His wife also died in the accident. An eye witness who happen to be a friend was also affected;his car was bashed. Thank God for sparing his life and console the families of those that died.

The police forces ONLY carry the Ak47, so they would be outgunned facing oil pipeline banditos.
