Like I was in nursery 2 and back then in school he deals with anyone that tries to bully me.. He was slim figured like me but always had strength of a gladiator
I remember one incident in school when he was on the field playing football and a huge chubby guy was running with the ball, the chubby guy tried to use his body to hit him off but ended up falling off... Everyone laughed so hard..
He got sick sometimes in early 2000, died some weeks later

Good question but it would have serve you better if your question could be directed to your state governor. Take Akwa Ibom state as case study. Though not every state can copy them, but i think if the FG is failing us, can't the Gov rise to work?
