-Yes you can have two sponsors for your visa application. -I believe the first sponsor is related to you and who is bringing the bulk money here, the primary sponsor or the co- sponsor?.. - Using a sponsor not related to you can be at times difficult to sale through except you explained the relationship between you and the sponsor, get letter of sponsorship from the said co-sponsor as well as Affidavit of sponsorship from the co-sponsor to have something legally binding both of you. Or possiblly, let the co- sponsor demonstrate his/her geniunes in sponsoring you by transferring the said amount to your account and in his/her letter of sponsorship, that will be stated that he or she has transferred the said money to your account. First of all, we need to understand your discipline or program you are going for in OZ and what is this company that you want to get the said employment sponsorship letter from as you rightly said are into. In your SOP, you have to clearly states who is your primary sponsor and mention in one sentence why this company will or have decided to release a small amount of money for your trip. The CO will want to know the connection between you and this company and why this company is given you the said amount, or have you help to contribute to the growth of the company. What is it that the company have benefited from you in rendering such financial assistance to you. The truth is that most companies do not sponsor an employee to any trip, be it education, medical or tourist without the employee rendering at least 2 years of service to the company. Even study leave, no company will give you study leave without been with them for at least a minimum of 2 years. For you to maunover this, you need the employment letter to be back dated to at least 2 to 3 years for the issue of such company to partially render financial assistance to you to sale through in the eyes of the CO except this company is a family company which you are part of the shareholder and as such don't necessarily matter how long you have been with them as long as your name is listed as one of the share holders of the company, no problem about that. So all you have to submit is the employment letter, introduction letter from the company, reference letter from the company, the financial assistance from the company, work ID, no pay slips because there is no record for it in your account that you have been receiving salary from this company, so you have to remove the pay slips. If you are submittting an employment letter from the afromentioned company/health care related company, of course the Embassy at his/her own personal will, can chose to verify. So use an entity which can be verified in case the DIBP decides to verify. IamphilVitalis: |

Most of us here our resumption date is 19th February, 2018. Automatically our COE will expire after this date of resumption stated on our admission letter. The best we can do is to write to our different schools to get an extension date to resume , most schools gives 1 week or 2 weeks extension after the resumption date. So write to your school to know how long an extension date will be given to you. Getting new COE will be very clear in the sense that the CO did not approved your Visa even after the extension period issued to you by your school. We have seen cases were the CO personally request for new COE when is clear to them that they can not meet up again in finalizing your application before your start date. For the said Bank Statement of account of your sponsor which you said he/she printed online without going to his/her financial institution to get this, stamp and append their signature to authenticate the said document. You and I know that anybody can print bank statement online so far as you are doing online banking but what makes it genuine is the seal, signature and the reference number that comes along on the letter headed paper the bank used in printing the bank statement and the issuance of the reference letter in affairming the authencicity of the document. If I may ask, what stops your sponsor from approaching the bank to get the said documents. For now, it has moved from your reach, I believe you Certified or notorized the said documents when you got it. For the question you asked about your chance, in all sincerity my dear, am not CO. Am also an applicant like you. Just pray to your creator that the CO will never taught of delving into this. I pray for you this day, that you shall scale through in this but do not try anything that will help the CO flaw your application. The statement of account of my sponsor which I submitted the DIBP said is non genuine, more over this statement of account was printed, signed and issued by my sponsors bank. Just imagine were a case of such nature arises, how will you approach the bank to write to refute any claim made by DIBP that the statement of account of your sponsor was issued and emanated from them. This was made possible for me because the Bank issued the said statement of account and attested to it by writing a letter and addressed it to DIBP that the said statement of account was issued to them and they can verify. Am taking my time to type this because I want applicant to be cautious as regards to all their documents via Visa application. Since you have already applied for your Visa with the IELTS that will expire on April 2nd, that one have covered you. It will be part of your documents that will be assessed for your Visa application because is still valid. For you booking and writing another one in March 10th, I have no worries with that. You can use it when you enter OZ to apply for other things, like PR if the score band averagely is 7.0 in all band for you to be placed in an advantaged position. Or if the embassy delays in assessing your application on time and that one you submitted initially expires without your application been attended to, they might ask based on the Case Officer personal description. uckennety: |

Licensed in what sense?.. you said is not registered but licensed by who ? Please explain more!.. for you to get a better suggestion. Meanwhile, if you are only using an employment letter from such company to show that you are their employee, no problem. Also try to get letter of introduction from the company, the employment letter you mentioned, reference letter from the company. I believe you are not really working with this company. Furnish them with proper information as regard to your application, personal data and other information that will be of use to them in case the embassy came calling on them to verify your claim. But if you intend to use this company as your primary sponsor, bro you have to tidy the application very well. Sponsorship by a company without them genuinely elaborating your position in the company, why the company has decided to spend their hard earned money to sponsor their employee and what the company stands to gain by this training they are sending you to. All this should be well defined by the company and of course the owner or the Board memebers have to append their signatures that they are in support of this----(Board Resolution) The statement of account should be enough to show that such company is not nearing moribound. It means to certify your documents that the photocopy you are submitting on seeing the original, then the photocopy will be certified that is the same thing with the original documents. All the documents going to DIBP should be certified or notorized. Notary public uses the word notorize more often but Court uses the word certified but these two words can be used interchangeably. synonyms of Certified: verify, guarantee, attest, validate, ratify, warrant, confirm, corroborate, substantiate, endorse, vouch for, testify to, provide evidence of, authenticate, document; You can go to any licensed notary public or Court to notorized or certify your documents. You just need to engage your self in any social activity and a responsible social group to be precise. Gulf Club, Lawn tennis, or any sports of your choice. Do those things that will make you happy. Bro, so sorry. I know for sure that this things is not easy at all. After waiting for several months and such reply came up. Put yourself together, address the issue raised. She is your wife and definitely you can not abandon her over there. In your next application, write an epistle telling the CO how devastating it is for you not seeing your spouse in a long time. This time you need enough assets to be able to convinced the CO..... boast your Statement of account to at least 10 million, present Stocks or bonds if you have any, get quantity/Estate surveyour or estate management agency to evaluate your landed property and present it. Any thing that can boast your home tie back to Nigeria just try and do it. Our prayers and taughts are with you!... There is always another chance to prove to them that your are genuinely applicant. Oga Bellong, do not worry your self any longer. You have said it all. Most people traveling out of the country just want good quality of life for their family. I can't imagine bringing up a child in an hostile environment were Nepotism, Favouritism and injustice is considered as a way of life. Thereby throwing out hardwork, justice, fairness, and good qualities that makes a good society. Some body will work and at the end of the day to pay the worker nah problem. Just imagine were medical doctors, Nurses, Phamarcist and other Health Personnel will work and at the end of the day, you will be owing them 3, 4 months salaries as the case may be forgotten that they have families and extended families as well to carter for. Any body comparing Australia to Nigeria is just living in denial. If you know that the quality of life you want can be found in Nigeria, please stay in Nigeria but if you know that the quality of life you want can not be found in Nigeria but in XYZ country please do relocate to those XYZ Country and live a quality life. Life is just once and must be explored and enjoyed to its conclusion. God bless you all in everything you do. We are always welcome to share our experiences in OZ to help others make an informed decision. But to talk down, or degrade Australia that I don't support. I have families, friends and colleagues who are testimonies to quality of life they got in OZ, no doubt, there were a trying period for them in OZ but that didn't deterred them in any way.
