Thanks dear, I will. But I don't stay in Lagos. sistaj: |
We will still find out, if they received such mail and did not act on it. My happiness is that a copy of the letter they issued to my sponsor was also sent to the bank legal department for records because of the nature of the case. So we will still call upon the bank to write to the embassy directly. Mefia91: |
Amen, thanks dear. Your words are encouraging. I will explore all the necessary channels available to me. Aieboocaar: |
Thanks dear, your advice is on point even when sleeping. I appreciate!. Mefia91: |
Thanks dear!.. I will. samakinbo: |
Amen, thanks dear. Most times trials like this really defines who we are. I still believe God. DidoKev: |
The legal department did not notorized the document. The legal department of the Bank was involved because of the nature of the case. After the Branch Manager wrote the reference, he has to send it to their legal department for them to be aware and they went through the letter confirmed that the statement was genuine, they now ordered the Branch manager to sign and release the documents which I went to court to notorized and submitted same to DIBP. So one will assume for the embassy to verify the statement of account, the Bank, be it the head office or the branch will be in position to confirm wether customers account is genuine or not but the bank was not contacted either through mail or call. So the question now is were did Embassy verify their purported claim?.... Mefia91: |
The Branch he printed the statement of account, verified and wrote to their legal department in Lagos for approval with the reference letter attached and I notorized the document. I also sworn an affidavit of fact in court. The embassy did not confirm at all from the Bank and they reached at this decision. The laywer will write a letter copy the embassy, copy the bank and ministry of foreign affairs as well. I ask the bank to write in my own choice of words asking the embassy who confirmed or verified to them that their customers statement of account is non genuine. Mefia91: |
Thanks dear, my Dad have called the Bank manger and he said there was no correspondence either from their head office or any branch for confirmation of such account. sistaj: |

Thanks dear!.. Aieboocaar: |
Diamond Bank Plc. But the issue now is not the bank in question. I want to see if I can convinced the bank to write to the embassy in a separate letter asking them whom authorized to them that the statement of account issued to their customer is non genuine. I think by then, they will have to tell the bank who confirmed to them that the statement of account is non genuine. foliat: |
Good day all, I just received a Refusal Mail and 3 years ban from Australian Embassy. I called them on Friday morning and was told my application will be finalized this week. I callled them today to remind them of my start date. I was told it has been finalized and sent to migration officer for assent. The case officer that actually handled my application is Valdinah. The Devil wants me to turn to evil and believe there is no God. There is God my dear. Action taken already!.. -Called the Operational Bank manager of the Bank, he was expecting good news from me but hearing this he was shocked. He told me that the Branch nor their head office in Lagos received any such mail from the embassy for confirmation from the bank and how come they reached conclusion of such. The letter to my sponsor that I submitted was also cleared by their legal department in Lagos. He has assured me of their support in any way the bank can help. I spoke to a lawyer, we have agreed, he will write to the Embassy and copy the Bank as well, mandating the Embassy to carry out their personal investigation from the bank. Also that if the embassy did not want to give me visa that they should overturn the ban because at no point did my sponsor( Father ) submitted any bank statement that is not genuine. Tomorrow, I will be heading to the lawyers office as today normallly is their Court proceedings for cases in court. I will welcome any input and advice on the way forward. Some persons that knows me outside this platform knows what i am saying. You may choose to believe or you may choose not to believe either. My concern is that 3 years Ban, it will tarnish my record because of their inefficiency, laziness, carefree attitude and poor judgement to verify documents. My mum has been praying, prayer of death to any persons or officials involved in this unfair decision. I can't blame the old woman because she has been part of the process and seeing this one questions if truely God still exists, yes their is God, today, now and forever more. I doubt these guys really verify documents from what has happened to me. Thanks for all support and prayers!.. For those still waiting, be hopeful and believe in God. People's faith and destiny are different!.... I will follow up with the lawyer and the Bank as regards to the letter they will be writing to the embassy. |
Amen!.. foliat: |

My dear, I don't have or host any link of such. Visit google and search for Australian universities that offers your Course/Program. I know you to be sound, articulate and a computer friendly person. I have seen some of your write up on Nigeria Stock markets. Narrow down your search to the University of your choice, the school you can afford their tuition fee, the province/State of the institution and the course also been listed under the Medium/Long term skilled occupational list. Averagely you can get tuition fee between 23, 24, to 35 or 40 dollars ( AUS) per session. Bro, that's all I can say for now. Visit Google my dear and we can take it from there. Chibuking81: |
It is a two way thing. If your sponsor solely indicates that he/she runs a business and as such seen that such business is his/her only source of income. In sponsoring or standing in as your sponsor he/she needs to present the CAC/Tax clearance form as the enterprise or entity is a genuine one to counter any taught that could arrive from the CO in judging that the fund in the said account of your sponsor suites the purported claim by your your sponsor been a business man. The reason for tendering CAC/Tax clearance is for you to convinced DIBP of such bussiness been genuine, registered and viable, because in overseas you cant say you have a company without showing the registration documents. If your sponsor is an employee of any entity, all he/she needs to provide is employment letter, pay-slip, work ID, statement of account and other necessary documents to support it. No need of the CAC/Tax Clearance form. But a person who is employed by any organization can also tender or show his/her CAC documents if he or she has a registered company, this will boast your financial power/muscle in sponsoring this person. It creates this background that the sponsor is buoyant enough to take care of all your expenses. If the sponsor does not have a bussiness but employed by any organization, let him tender his/her working documents. I believe from this little explanation, you will know if you need to tender your Sponsors CAC/Tax Clearance form or not. Cangrejo: |
Bro try and put your question in such a way people can understand you, for responses/reply. If you meant Application for admisssion: February intake, June/July intake, October/November intake. You also need to find out from your intended school website which intake is available for your proposed program/Course. Chibuking81: |
Congratulations my guy!.. Next week is my turn!.. which school?.. dapsy11: |

@ Fabregass are you an Arsenal Fan, Arsenal Football Club supporters are known for their undiluted and undisputed calm nature..... lol. @ MACDONALDuzoma have said it all. You will receive your Visa Notification shortly. Be patient!.. You can still give them a call on Monday if you want. Here is the number to call: +27 (12) 4236203 In a nutshell, the Basic duty of a "Migration Officer " is conducting basic immigration enforcement checks and prevent illegal entrants in the country. After that, your Visa Grant will pop up. ( it seems you are not comfortable hearing from the Case Officer that your application is awaiting final checks and approval by the Migration Officer) lol!. All application pass through the same process. MACDONALDuzoma: |
Congratulations my dear, which school?.. I tap into your blessings. emirkingin: |
The truth is that, not in all cases that the CO calls or email your employer for confirmation of their employee or worker status/position in the afromentioned organization or company. This depends on the personal discretion of the CO as well as the merits of applicant's application. Nevertheless, I believe your employer should be able to identify with you as one of their employee/ worker.... Your full name, position in the office, should be aware of the program you are going for in case they ask him/her. Sometimes they do send their investigative team to carry out such journey but as I mentioned before this depends solely on the personal discretion of the CO handling your application and the merits of the particular application in question. In a nutshell, what ever you are doing, make sure that your employer should be able to give a good account of you when called upon, be it through phone call, email or visitation for facts findings. 1. Your Australian degree/ Certificate is what will be assessed by your professional body in conjunction with your Nigeria first degree depending on your professional body mode and criterial of assessment. Please visit the professional body in charge of your profession to get exact criterial of your assessment. 2. Either ways, you can achieve what you want depending on the timeline. You can achieve your PR dreams through Student Visa, immediately after your program or before your finish your program you can start making arrangement, gathering the necessary points, documents, Enlglish proficiency test, evaluations and paying the necessary fees for that. This particular one is not cost effective because you are going to pay tution fees to be able to gain access into the country through Student Visa and on the completion of your program you pursue your PR ambition. You can achieve the PR by going the route of Australian Skilled Migration. Please visit the link below to get all the necessary information needed. This particular one is cost effective. Ok bro, I hope that your Dad's account have been active no matter how small the amount is in terms of deposit and withdrawal before now and not just this recent fund that just entered. If the above is true, then go ahead and present it. Goodluck bro. During your Visa application you should know whom to use as your primary sponsor and co-sponsor if you are to use both as your sponsors. Goodluck bro!.. chimax1: |
Who is the owner of the company or the company's statement of account you presented initially?. chimax1: |
