Provide these documents immediately. If your next resumption date is February, I believe you will hear from them before this month runs out, depending on how fast you furnish them with the required documents you were asked to provide. Most importantly you Grant is rest assured, do not necessarily put an exact date when this will come out. Get your things ready as it might come even when you least expected. Blazegab: |
Yeah. But you can ask the people that obtain theirs in Lagos the exact place. The yellow card is very important. tobe4real: |
This might delay your Visa Grant. Also you will be check at point of entry. So quietly go and get it, notarize it and update it on your IMMI account. Don't give room for any lapses. tobe4real: |

@hpmrentals. Take a clear and clean shot of the letter sent to you by DIBP. The picture of the letter is blurred. From the little that I managed to see. You need a lawyer to put together the response in a well suitable manner to avoid been banned from entering Australia. You had multiple refusal of visa application in the past........ I don't know if you declared that when you filled for your application. On how to upload it. Click choose a file and upload it for the Gurus in the house to give their take on it. I managed to see it because I went to your profile. Please be very fast about it as you have 14days to respond to it, starting from the day you received the mail. hpmrentals: |
He can submit the business account so as long as he is the sole signatory to the account. The good thing with an entrepreneur account, is when most of them were opening their account, it was opened as a personal savings account unlike some big companies or enterprise. So he can use it. Planning on time is very important. Another example is, and this will be initiated 6 or 7 months prior to submitting your visa application. You can start moving fund to your another preferred account that has good inflow and outflow before you print it out for submission. Early preparation is Very important in eliminating the issue of money lodgment. MYLYN: |
@ Ssamuelo, if you say that your sponsors business does not require CAC documents, so be it. There is no business that does not require CAC registration. Even as an entrepreneur, business are registered. For example, if you want to do a partinership with international or local entity, what are you going to present. What's your working documents. If you really want to prove to DIBP that your source of income is from this particular enterprise or business, the most likely way to support and validate your claim is to show your CAC documents and your tax clearance payment. Remember the way we do things here is different from some western countries. Business and tax is really a serious issue. I know you must have heard of the word, "TAX REBATE". Except your sponsor sales vegetables, fruits in one of the village markets. But I can't see a sponsor who sells Vegetables or fruits in village markets having such fund available for him or her to sponsor someone. It will be good if you tell us exactly or kind of business your sponsor does so that will thrash this issue of CAC documents for your sponsor and avoid derailing the thread. "Peace". We have always advocated that questions should be ask on the forum so that other people can benefit, share their own experience and contribute towards the questions that might have been raised. By so doing, the response you will get will not be only narrowed or tailored down to one side but comprehensive and concise in all aspects from different Schoolars on the forum. emmy2164: |
Ok, now I understand. You shouldn't have stayed straight up to 4months. So as long as it was not falsification of documents. You just simply declare that you were refused of US visa before. Your Statement of Purpose should be a strong one to counter the effect of the B1/B2 Visa because actually it was revoked because they were not convinced any longer that you were going to stay temporarily and go back to your home country. You can not overlook what is really happening in the country right now. The international community are aware of our Economic and Security challenges we are facing right now. With your Strong and Convincing Statement of purpose or letter of intent and the course you choose is inline with your first degree. You will definitely get your Australian student Visa. Ultimately, if you are a Christian pray to your God and if you are a Moslem pray to Allah as well surely you will get your Visa. The commonest reasons for revoking Such Visa are but not limited to............ The most common ground for revocation is based on Immigration and Nationality Act 214(b). This is a provision of the law where the visa applicant is presumed to be an intending immigrant “until he establishes to the satisfaction of the consular officer that he is entitled to the nonimmigrant visa status. A consular officer will have to base the revocation on clear evidence of intent to immigrate to the United States. Working and residing in the United States are signs that the visitor’s visa applicant has the intention to reside permanently in the United States and more importantly it is a violation of the terms of his visitor’s visa. emmy2164: |
Revoked on what ground? What was the reason why it was revoked?.. only then can we tell you if it has any effect or not on your Australian Student Visa. emmy2164: |
Amen. Thank God for successful and hitch free journey. Asoasoaso: |
It will be enough. Hope the inflow and outflow of the funds in the account is ok not lodge fund. Have you paid your Deposit tuition?.. Please let him submit the CAC documents and the landed property. If he has any other form of funds like bond, fixed deposits or stocks he can tender that as well to show his financial capacity. SSamuelo: |
Safe trip my dear. I will join you in January. Gracias!!!.. Asoasoaso: |
If your mum application have surpassed the processing time base on when she lodged in her application. Let her write to them or probably call them to make enquiry. Each application have its own peculiarities and as such no need of comparison. We have seen application submitted in June but was not attended to but someone that submitted early September his application was attended to..... so let her write or call them to allay her worry. If your sponsor indicated that he or she owns a business company that he or she runs, it is advisable to show company registration documents (CAC documents)and tax clearance to show the genuines of the company, source of income on the part of the sponsor. SSamuelo: |

Along the line if you encounter any thing that is not clearer to you, feel free to ask and people will be willing to give you a reply. Cheers! Maurista: |
@ Capusle......... please read this very well... 1. Applying to change course from AQF level from higher level to lower AQF level will demand you apply for a new visa. You don't need a new visa if what you are changing is in the same AQF level and also with your original education provider. You will lose your tuition fee because what you are changing to is not in the same AQF level irrespective of the Course been in the same education provider. If your headache is nursing, why not apply for Bachelor of nursing from the onstart. Read this and you will understand better...... including the Australian Qualifications Framework level AQF level which is from level 1 -10 . Changing courses If you hold a Student visa and are thinking about changing your course of study, ensure that you continue to meet all the conditions that apply to your student visa. If you have not completed six months of your principal course (the main course of study you are undertaking) and you want to change your education provider, the ESOS National Code explains the circumstances in which this will be possible. Unless special circumstances apply, you usually need to have permission from your existing education provider to transfer to another education provider. If you want to transfer, your education provider must assess or consider your request to transfer. All education providers have documented procedures about their transfer policy. Make sure you understand your education provider's transfer policy, and what your written agreement says you must do, before you attempt to enrol with a new education provider. If your education provider does not give you permission to transfer to another education provider and you are not satisfied with the outcome, you should first use your education provider's internal appeal process. If you are still not satisfied, you can appeal the education provider's decision at an external complaints handling body such as the State or Territory Ombudsman or the Overseas Student Ombudsman. If you change courses and your new Confirmation of Enrolment (CoE) for your principal course has a shorter end date, you must depart Australia or apply for a new visa within 28 days of completing your principal course or your visa might be considered for cancellation. Information about changing courses if course packaging is also available. If you have changed courses or education provider we will be notified electronically by your education provider. You do not need to send your CoE to us. Students holding a Student visa (subclass 500) If you already have a student visa and want to change your main course of study to a lower Australian Qualification Framework (AQF) level course or a non-AQF level course, you will generally need a new student visa. This requirement applies even if the course you change to is with the same education provider. You will not need to apply for a new visa if you are changing from an AQF level 10 course (doctoral degree) to an AQF 9 course (Masters degree). For example: if you are studying a Bachelor of Science (Level 7) at a university and wish to transfer to a Diploma of Accounting (Level 5) at the same institution, you would need to apply for and be granted a new student visa. if you are studying a Certificate IV (AQF level 4) and want to transfer to an ELICOS course (non-AQF course), you will need to apply for and be granted a new student visa. If you are studying a non-AQF course and want to transfer to an AQF course, you would not need to apply for a new student visa. Students holding a Student visa (subclass 570 – 576) If you want to change to a course that is in a different education sector to your current course, for example, changing from an ELICOS course to a Diploma course, you need to apply for a new Student Visa (subclass 500) because your visa subclass will not be appropriate for your new course (or package of courses). If you were granted your visa under streamlined visa processing (SVP), you must continue to satisfy the requirement for the grant of the visa. This means we could consider cancelling your visa if you seek to transfer to a different education provider who was not an eligible education provider (before 1 July 2016) if: it is within the first 12 months of your visa being granted, or you are not from a country that was Assessment Level 1 before 1 July 2016. AQF-Levels: AQF levels AQF levels and the AQF levels criteria are an indication of the relative complexity and/or depth of achievement and the autonomy required to demonstrate that achievement. AQF level 1 has the lowest complexity and AQF level 10 has the highest complexity. The AQF level summaries are statements of the typical achievement of graduates who have been awarded a qualification at a certain level in the AQF. Click on the level below to see the details of each level’s criteria. Level 1 – Certificate I Level 2 – Certificate II Level 3 – Certificate III Level 4 – Certificate IV Level 5 – Diploma Level 6 – Advanced Diploma, Associate Degree Level 7 – Bachelor Degree Level 8 – Bachelor Honours Degree,Graduate Certificate, Graduate Diploma Level 9 – Masters Degree Level 10 – Doctoral Degree Here is the links for what I posted. Ultimately you must contact and discuss with your Student Advisors and your education provider because they play a major role in making this successful. https://www.aqf.edu.au/aqf-levels http://www.homeaffairs.gov.au/Trav/Stud/More/Changing-courses thank you for the response... what I meant is this... I apply for an M. Sc in Animal Science in university A , getting there, I decide to change course to a bachelor of nursing (graduate entry ) program in same university which is also a 2 year program... will I loose my tuition? will this affect my visa hence the need to visit the DIBP guys... or I should just apply direct to the nursing program?[/quote] |
Ok, but don't make such mistake during your Visa application. j132c: |
Ok, communicate to them that you can't lay your hand on the refusal letter. Are you applying on your own or you are using an Agent?. School can not deny you admission because you were previously refused of visa....... So Communicate to them and explain it in writing to them. Or you can keep calm and get the admission first but when applying to the Embassy, please do not make such mistake again. There is a column when applying for Visa application and you will be ask if you were once denied Visa before........... the answer is simple yes and you state in writing in the space provided, the Country and reason for the denial. Do not feel bad on the reply you get. We always frowned at it and is for your good and the good of others. On the long run this usually have negative response feedback on the applicant from our country when they review their immigration policy and assessment level of countries. "Peace". j132c: |
Do not complicate issues for yourself. To be sincere to you, you have already started lying about your Visa Denial with US. If you don't have the refusal letter again or any other evidence you can lay your hand on to show , at least you can remember when your were refused US visa and the reason for the refusal. Simply put down in the space provided when you were denied, the Country and the reason for the denial. Countries like, US, CANADA, AUSTRALIA, UK and any other one you can think of share information together for security reasons and other internal home affairs for the interest of their country. I urge you to be sincere enough with your denial to avoid been banned if they eventually find out on their own. j132c: |
My dear, first of all this is not the thread to direct your work permit to Australia. Here is the right thread https://www.nairaland.com/3053069/general-guide-australian-permanent-resident Ask any information you need on the thread and people will be willing to answer you. Paying 1.8 million for work permit is ridiculous to me. Do not fall prey to such thing. People have migrated to Australia through Work permit Visa and eventually getting PR afterwards. Visit the link of the thread i drop and you will ThankGod you never did in paying such ridiculous amount. Dgovernor88: |
My dear, I do not understand at all from what you wrote Which MSC are you applying first before switching over to nursing?. Are you switching over after 6 months or first semester of your study or you will want to finish the MSC first before switching over to nursing?. Applying for MSC in Nursing (Graduate Entry) will be difficult. You need a strong and convincing SOP to do the magic for you. Things are changing very fast as regards to admission in Australia in respect to first Degree Course. If you decide to go for an MSC in xxxxx which you did not mention, been that you are in Australia already, I believe you can secure a switch over to graduate entry. The question you will ask your self is wether you will switch over after your first semester and forfeit the initial deposit you paid and be ready to pay another school fees for the graduate entry which the average tuition is between 62 and 65 thousand Australian dollars and above for the two years duration. Always look for Masters program that is two years duration in other to qualify for 2 years post graduate work permit or package course that will span the length of two years for qualification of PGWP. capsule: |
Melbourne, Sydney, Brisbane and Adelaide with the rest of the cities in Australia. You will do well. One thing people should understand is that people look for were opportunities for their program will benefit them more, regardless of these cities mentioned above. Some persons might decide to move to innner cities were they can get more points to apply for PR. You will be fine in Melbourne so go on with your application. Always try to read the thread thoroughly because some of this questions have been dealt with on several occasions by different people. Good luck to you in Melbourne!. beezyboss: |
You are welcome!. All the best. 1neboss: |
