In a bid to tighten their grip on religious activities in the country, authorities in China have banned children from attending churches. The new directive also prohibits them from attending religious sermons and other related activities across the country. Control on the country’s churches began several years ago when places of worship were ordered to remove crosses from their buildings in Zhejiang Province. William Nee, researcher for Amnesty International told MailOnline: “At this point it’s unclear how widespread the ban on children attending church services are in China, but these alarming reports seem to be coming in from fairly diverse areas throughout the country.” Speaking further, Nee said that the move reflects the tightening control of religion in particular Islam and Christianity under the present administration in the Asian country. Her told MailOnline that: “In an important speech on religion last year, the President, Xi Jinping, said that young people must study science, believe in science and develop a ‘correct’ worldview and set of values. “It could be that the government is concerned that young people going to church or religious activities may challenge their monopoly on truth and the government’s ability to instill its own historical narratives and worldview through the public education system.” http://punchng.com/children-banned-from-attending-church-in-china/

one reason why steering wheels are placed near the side of the car as opposed to the center is that it allows the driver the best view of the centerline of the road. Again,it won't be easy getting in and out of the car. You have to be a very fit driver if you are to drive 1 of these cars Mr bean has a McLaren F1 but crashed it ![]() He later sold his twice-crashed McLaren F1 For $12 Million.. What a lucky man ![]()

Petr Cech is arguably one of the best goalkeepers ever to have graced the Premier League, but a fatal statistic has emerged that perhaps suggests his decline in recent years. The former Chelsea player has had his critics over the past couple of seasons now, with many saying the 35-year-old stopper is way past his best. Cech has already been at fault for a few goals in the new season and looked particularly nervous on an opening day against Leicester. After shipping four at Anfield on Sunday, the goalkeeper has actually now conceded more goals in his three years at Emirates Stadium, than he did in his entire 11-year stint as a Chelsea footballer. In truth,it might not be too much of a reflection on Cech - he was shielded by mean defenders over the years at Stamford Bridge such as William Gallas,John Terry,Cesar Azpilicueta, Ashley Cole,Ricardo Carvalho,Paulo Ferreira, Branislav Ivanovic, with a defensively-astute head coach in Jose Mourinho. Cech surely isn't the goalkeeper he once was, but the Gunners' leaky defence have not helped his cause over the past few years, and the harsher of Cech's critics will be quick to malign him again once they feast their eyes on this statistic. https://football.livezone.io/posts/1882-statistics-reveal-an-embarrassing-fact-about-petr-cech-s-time-at-arsenal

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=W-zAq5Rj8Ng Two doctors in India were temporarily released from their duties after a video surfaced of them arguing while standing over a pregnant patient during an operation, their hospital says. Footage of the incident, at the Umaid hospital in north Rajasthan, has been widely circulated, causing outrage. A senior hospital official told the BBC that the woman and her baby are fine. The source of the leaked video is unclear, but the official confirmed that it came from within the hospital. Trading insults After the video emerged online, many media reports claimed the woman pictured on the operating table gave birth to a baby who did not survive. But Dr Ranjana Desai, the superintendent of Umaid Hospital in Jodhpur, said this was inaccurate. "By the time I saw the video and conducted an internal inquiry, the media had already reported that this baby had died," she told the BBC. A baby did die, but not the one the media reported, she said. A few feet away, on another operating table within the same room, a different woman gave birth to a stillborn baby. "These two incidents are not linked," Dr Desai told the BBC. In the video, which has been shared widely across media and online, the two doctors can be heard slinging insults at each other in Hindi before arguing over whether the patient had eaten before surgery. Dr Desai identified the two doctors as Dr Ashok Nanival and Dr Mathura Lal Tak. She said that the two doctors were not formally suspended, but had been released from their duties at the hospital while they proceed with an internal inquiry. Additionally, the hospital is in the process of collecting statements from staff to find out who shot the video and how it came to be leaked. The Rajasthan High Court has ordered the hospital to submit a report, while they proceed with a separate state level investigation into the incident. http://www.bbc.com/news/world-asia-india-41092466

Following the final whistle on Monday night, the 31-year-old taunted the angry City fans, writing on Twitter alongside a photo of himself celebrating: 'Always nice to see a few familiar faces.' Wayne Rooney bagged his 200th Premier League goal on Monday night against Manchester City, and in doing so provided a certain section of the Etihad stadium with a painful case of deja vu. The English striker roared in front of the home fans after putting his side ahead, taunting them by putting his hands to his ears and, inevitably, the City supporters inside the stadium didn't take well to his actions. Photographers were on hand to capture Rooney celebrating in front of the same section of terrace as he did in 2012 when hitting the back of the net for United, with a mixture of anger, despair and frustration painted across the faces of City fans. And after scoring on Monday, the response from the home fans, two in particular, was exactly the same.An older man and a younger supporter(circled yellow),sitting next to each other, reacted in the same fashion compared to how they did in 2012. In both photos, five years apart, the older supporter is seen shouting out at Rooney while the younger fan can be seen looking angrily at the former United forward. Another supporter could even be seen displaying exactly the same fingers up gesture, his face contorted into an identical replica of disguise after seeing Rooney score against his beloved side yet again. The fan, circled in green, flicked the Vs at Rooney with his face contorted in disgust at seeing his beloved side concede. The same supporter is well versed in his reaction to Rooney's effort, responding in exactly the same way five years ago Circled purple, one supporter was left with a resigned, almost vacant look on his face as Rooney scored at the Etihad again And it's no surprise as the same fan is well used to it,seen here displaying the same disappointed facials back in late 2012 http://www.dailymail.co.uk/sport/football/article-4810962/Rooney-taunts-Man-City-fans-scoring-Everton.html |

Albert Einstein was one of the most influential scientists in the 20th century and is the poster-child for both science and genius. Einstein’s Theory of Relativity is arguably the most famous scientific theory, but most of us don't really know what it’s all about. This infographic may not turn you into a world-class scientist, but you’ll get a good grasp of the basics.

This family had held on to a profession as a reign for over 100 years now! Flying has been dominating this Delhi family and what the parents started off as their passion, career and a goal to achieve, their kids all follow them. These parents are so inspiring and their only advice for their kids are not to be tempted to land when the weather is bad, to carry extra fuel, and to never be in a hurry! Captain Jai Dev Bhasin was the pioneer in the family to become one among the 7 commanders in India 1954. His son, Captain Rohit Bhasin and his daughter-in-law Niveditha Jain, carried the tradition of flying in the family! Niveditha was just 20 when she received her first appointment letter from Indian Airlines on June 24, 1984. Interestingly, Rohit and Niveditha’s children are keeping up with the traditions and today they proudly look at their children – Rohan Bhasin and Niharika Bhasin who are commanders as well! At the age of 26, Niveditha was the youngest woman captain in the world to be the commander of Boeing 737. She even went on to become the Commander of Airbus 300 and co-piloted world’s first ever all women crew! Her victories are countless and her children seem to keep up their family tradition. Very recently, their daughter, Niharika took command on the Airbus A320. Though Rohan and Niharika’a parents were away most of the times, it did not bother them as they knew it was normal. They were matured enough to understand that their parents have struggled a lot to juggle being a commander at work and being parents at home! Their parents being so incredible, no other profession seemed right the minds of Rohan and Nihariks, thus, pursuing flying was all that they were passionate about. Rohan successfully commands the Boeing 777 and their family is really happy about it! The father-son duo has had the chance to fly in Boeing 787 Dreamliner about 10 times now. Though they only get to spend some quality family time for about 5-6 days in a month, this family has truly believed in themselves and flying has been their primary motto! The years that passed by to this family has seen more of the sky than the ground! http://mb.ntd.tv/inspiring/stories/the-only-indian-family-where-mum-dad-daughter-and-son-are-all-pilots-the-flying-family.html

Apart from the medical hazards listed below, tattoos can also be emotionally taxing.Though many get a tattoo as a result of emotional rebellion,it might be a good idea to also explore the societal constructs before getting inked. For people coming from strong religious backgrounds, tattoos may be a negative sign and cause a lot of emotional harassment, even from people close to us.In addition, tattoos may be perceived as a mark of unprofessional behaviour in a workspace, and one may have to always keep their tattoos covered, something that may not be easy with all tattoos, depending on where one wants to get inked. These are some reasons why tattoos might not be good for you: 1)Infections such as HIV and hepatitis due to re-use of needles Reuse of needles for tattooing can cause severe diseases like HIV and hepatitis. One should avoid getting tattoos done from illegal tattoo parlors as the chance of infectious disease is highest at these places. 2)Allergic reactions to temporary and permanent tattoo inks Reaction to tattoo inks, whether it is a temporary tattoo or a permanent,is common. If someone is allergic to ink they may not know that until the tattoo is done.Studies indicate that red and yellow inks are most likely to cause allergic reactions to the skin, whereas black, purple, and green pigments have been found to be less allergic. These reactions are generally triggered by exposure to sunlight. 3)Scarring Tattoos may lead to scar tissue. As the body attempts to remove the foreign substance (ink),bumps or small knots may form around the tattoo. Some skin conditions can also worsen due to tattoos. 4)Skin Infections Tattoo sites can become infected even with a sterile needle. This can happen if ink is contaminated by bacteria.Symptoms of an infection are: red rashes, swelling, and pain.It can take 2-3 weeks for an infection to appear. 5)MRI Complications Swelling or burning can happen in tattooed areas during magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) exams due to tattoos.Designs containing large areas of black ink can be problematic because black ink contains iron oxide, the iron is heated by MRI scanner either by inducing an electrical current or hysteresis. Newer inks are much safer, find out what your artist uses. 6)Cancer The tattoo ink may cause toxins to enter the bloodstream, which may lead to cancerous results. Though it isn’t a proved medical result, experts do believe this to be a dangerous side effect. 7)Blood donation If you have had a tattoo done within the last week, you may not be allowed to donate blood because of the risk of infection. The wait can be longer if the tattoo parlor is not regulated. 8 )Blood thinners The tattooing process can be affected by a regimen of blood thinners because of excessive bleeding.Ink finds it difficult to get into the skin due to increased bleeding. The aftercare healing is a long process. 9)Hematoma A hematoma (bruise) may appear if a blood vessel is punctured during the tattooing procedure. These bruises can either appear as one large bruise or as halos around the tattoo. 10)Burden on lymphatic system Inflammation may occur if larger particles accumulate in the lymph nodes. However, if the particles are smaller, they are carried away and do not accumulate. 11)Skin discoloration The part of skin where tattoo is done is discolored permanently.Even though over a period of times this discoloration fades away but it is never healed completely. So,one should keep this in mind before opting for a tattoo. http://positivemed.com/2013/08/29/10-side-effects-tattoos/ https://listsurge.com/top-10-negative-side-effects-permanent-tattoos/
