I think for me, PETER OBI takes all the honours. Atleast there is a sense of a little govt presence in ABIA but NONE in Anambra. No local govt system, no govt presence. The capital is heavily lacking in infrastructure and from what ve seen, there is NO LOVE for him from the people. Anambra state is stagnant.
