Christianity EtcRe: For Non Catholics: Church Or Bible Which One Came First? by alentyno: 12:23pm On Jul 24, 2014
lacum: if d bible is more important dan d church jesus would have mentioned it and dat wil mean there wont b any need 4 a church at all.
I never said we should not go to church! Rather to me what the bible teaches is above any additional dogma or doctrine!
John 4:20-24 New International Version (NIV)
20 Our ancestors worshiped on this mountain, but
you Jews claim that the place where we must
worship is in Jerusalem.”
21 “Woman,” Jesus replied, “believe me, a time is
coming when you will worship the Father neither
on this mountain nor in Jerusalem. 22 You
Samaritans worship what you do not know; we
worship what we do know, for salvation is from
the Jews. 23 Yet a time is coming and has now
come when the true worshipers will worship the
Father in the Spirit and in truth, for they are the
kind of worshipers the Father seeks. 24 God is
spirit, and his worshipers must worship in the
Spirit and in truth.”

Plus10: Pls can you tell me more abt IPS,uniport...I intend studying Mud Engineering there. Thanks!
I doubt if they offer mud engineering. You can verify on their website tho.
The program however is 1-year intensive.
The new session is about to or have begun. So you need to make sure you are updating yourself so that you won't miss out by next year

PastorAIO: They didn't ask you which one is more important to you, they asked which one came first.

My answer is that the Bible came before Bible-based christianity. However the Christianity that Jesus founded came before the bible.
I know pastor.
If you observe my comment very well, you will discover that I was insinuating that their timeline was not so important to me

ejihand1: i mean you mentioned doctors, nurses and pharmacy and you didn't say anything about medical laboratory science. From your suggestions so far , you kept on giving biochemist and microbiologist a false hope that they will work in clinical laboratory. Your facts are not right at all.
Av not given anybody false hope. Heck! How do you expect to know about every single course on the surface of the earth. Another thing there is that if I were to give analysis of every course you will find in the uni, I don't think nairaland will contain it! That's why I focused on the MAJOR COURSES
As for medical lab scientists tho, my uncle who is a medical doctor working in a teaching hospital told me med lab scientists were being paid btw 100-150k month......its a cool course sha together with radiography. I generally advice people to choose them ahead physiology, anatomy, etc

What is really your motive?? Because these same multinational oil and gas companies employ doctors too and pay them handsomely. In most sectors where u have all the professionals working, doctors are the highest paid
1. 70% of workers in oil coys are engineers while about 1-2% are medics
2. Engineers in oil coy are paid more than doctors in oil coy

adeoladrg: I presently don't have the CONHESS figures.

Community pharmacists work in the communities, while hospital pharmacists work in hospitals.

Thing is, due to the diverse nature of pharmacy, pharmacists don't just sit and do one job. I know one pharmacy graduate working in an industry paying about 140,000. Closes at 4pm and resumes a locum job at a community pharmacy for about 80K and also does drug detailing. At the same time, he used his certificate to register a premise for about 400K annually.
Well if this is actually thru, it then means that pharmacy is not as bad as I thought
