@op how can someone successfully applied for a Schengen visa after been refused thrice for the reason "justification for the Intended stay was not reliable" and "documents submitted regarding the justification for the Intended stay was not provided" and lastly "your intentions to Leave the territory after your visit can not be ascertain"

This are past refusals from Portugal Norway and Poland embassy respectively
