funlad26: Hello guys
Trust your day is going on well
Who knows why there is so much delay in UK visa processing these days , I did my biometrics on the 6th of August , my 15 working days will be completed tomorrow 27th of August. When i tracked my application on TLS , decision still haven't been made .
Is there anyone is the same shoes with me......i keep seeing lots of cheap ticket these days and am meant to travel on the 2nd of Sept.
Please how do i know the status of my application? i did biometric same day with you a tls ikeja... 15 working days has passed on 24th, i think their is too much application because of the summer rush. i think if your application is delay for more than the normal 15 working days and you did not get the not straightforward mail , i believe your visa will be issue... reason i receive my first application exactly 15working days and was denied, but today makes it the 16working days and i am feeling positive about this.. lets wait for the pick up mail i am sure they have issue the visa already... meanwhile did you get the not straightforward email?? |

jennyhumphrey: I registered with TLS and received a message from them on the day of biometrics that application has been transferred. I have also been tracking same on their website and its been on the same spot "received by ukvi" in the last 18 working days. No email for extension or whatsoever. Though our travel date is September, travel ticket is becoming expensive by the day. The wait is tiring since you have register with tls, then no cause for alarm. when your passport is ready they will send you a mail.. are you guys applying for tourist visa?? |

jennyhumphrey: Na wa o, we did our biometrics on 27th July, 2018 got a mail from sheffo 5th August, 2018 and have not gotten any information from then till date. Please what can we do. do you register with tls? have you received any mail from tls? if not, track your application on tls website or better still call ukvi about the progress of your application if a decision has been made cos your application has passed the normal 15working days ... i only received one mail from sheffo in my last application and when passport is ready i received a mail from tls... |

Olugerm: boss pls I was refused today ,I've upload the letter I need your advice hi, sorry for the refusal.... ekpotek said it all.. you shouldn't have declare your employment status, you should have just said you are a student and submit documents . the Eco thinks you just want to use this travel as an immigration intent thinking you will not come back home. my advice is for you to work on your home ties eg. better salary, statement of account with good balance, try and work on this for 6months, but if you think you can't wait and want to re-apply then make sure you submit a cover letter explaining your financial and personal circumstances.. as per the immigration lawyer, forget it its just a waste of time and money consumption... |

Johnokafor10001: it is not true i just left wakanow visa business office and i paid above 60,000 naira just to ask this question and other visa processing procedure . you can use your company account if you have above 10,000,000 and state how much you are going to use from the company account with your bank ref number stating you are the sole signatory. thank you for your suggestion anyway . when you know wakanow why are you now here on this thread again bro if you want to use an agent go ahead and use it and stop derailing this thread.... |

@bimbyabim information is very powerful... i was refused a UK visit visa in may, i acquire the service of an immigration lawyer who wrote the embassy on my behalf to review my application... it took 15 working days before the embassy responded to my application but it wasn't successful again.. the post decision team urge me to work on the ECO decision of my first refusal and implore me to outline the concern of the ECO on my previous refusal.
in a nutshell, i will advise you to follow ekpotek advice and submit a fresh application and outlined the ECO concern on the refusal letter.. |

Khez: Note bro I said I learnt here that I shouldn't send 4times my salary, not that I intend to spend Lemme post it again Thanks Please hear this, so I wish to apply for a 6months visit visa, I work with a salary of 100k, but my boss been paying me 60k since March due to economic downturns, now it has improved, he recently made a payment of the outstanding salaries amounting to 160k and it's a small company, so I don't have a pension account to print for this application, and oh sometimes he pays me with his main account and not the company account I think just once.
I also have a side small business ,I sell wears and shoes on jumia and also dress people up, help people go to the market and buy clothes, which I am been paid for, which explains the other monies that enters my account apart from salary, I have jumia's vendor ID card to support as jumias deposits reflects in my statements and also has a page on IG where I sell too. Which makes my mothly income to 150k 200k sometimes.
Now I learnt here I don't have to spend moredan 4times my salary in a trip , and my brother inlaw is taking up my flight and hotel fee for the five days I intend to spend in the uk, pls what documents do I need to present on my part and his. And would you advice he sponsors or I let him out, I have inflow and outflow, eventho most times I transfer from my fidelity to the main account I intend to use gbt and my closing will be 2m or 1.5 as people are oweing me a lot.. Sorry for the long talks, thanks again sorry for the late response... I think you have a good chance of getting the visa, but your home ties matters too.. are you married or single? do you have kids/child? as per sponsorship if you are above 25 I don't think you should use a sponsor however you can declare him in your visa application... I think justwise, ekpotek, bigbus, FPL and other gurus can advice you further... |

My question now is if the visa was issued, will it be cancelled because of my withdrawal?? sorry about that Bro, like ekpotek said earlier, I don't think they can reverse their decisions if it's been made already.... have you called ukvi if they have sent ur passport to Tls?? |
