I just upgraded to MIUI 12.5 now from 12.0.7 and I switch on the phone, only to see request for MI account password.
I have the receipt of the store I bought it from, please if anyone can help me on this issue.

Since childhood, I've had the habit of noticing every single little occurrence around me.
I process everything, right from words when I hear them and I tend to think a lot over little things, one advantage I have had is my ability to make right decisions most times.
I am the kind of person that you can be talking to and I may not even be hearing you (I may be randomly thinking about solving bug in my codes, a recent tragic incident or just any random thought that may come up).
This has made people think I am too dull or boring to be with, so I tend to stay alone more recently. It is not affecting my academic grades at all, as I am just an average student. Sometimes I get lost in class too, right from primary school, I even get embarrassed by teachers at times when they are teaching, and I'd just be there staring not focused on whatever is being taught. I tend to be very quiet and I hate noise, I love making peace too which makes people see me as a weakling, but I don't care.
The only time I can say I truly I enjoyed blank, thoughtless peace was when I was surgically operated on, lasted for more than 8hrs…
I don't know, I've not met anyone experiencing this before and I know it can't be only me.
Thing is, I want to know if I should visit a therapist, or it's totally normal?

Yes I was tendered receipt and a tenant agreement form to sign.

If it is transfer you made, just keep the transfer receipt. That's your evidence. You can even print it out and give him a copy.

I first deposited in the bank to his account and when I was notified of the increment in the rent I completed the remaining by transfer.

My rent expired April during the strike and after strike, I resumed November and payed up even with serious increment in rent price but the landlord has refused to give me receipt for when I payed.
Is this wrong?
And which date should the receipt carry?

Clearly from your writeup, you came from a family built by love, a mother and a father, whom you seemed close to. The death of your father and the impact it had on you also confirms this. Part of the reason you seem to be a good human being is because of the family you came from and the love that surrounds you.

Why deny another human being (your proposed seed), the same love, comfort and security? At 23 you should be old enough to know money cannot buy everything and is not everything. Neither does the proposed beauty of the child solve or mean everything, unless you would be with your ex, who you clearly seem to think is more beautiful than your current girlfriend.

The truth is you are young, thats why you are being enticed this way. You are intelligent and you clearly know the answer. Besides you living to regret this decision, think about the child who will always hold some sort of grievance towards you especially when he/she finds out you have actively shortchanged him from the onset ( which will only be made worse when you decide to start your "proper" family). If you can live with the guilt, then please go ahead, but if that child causes us in the general society any problems, know you (and your ex that is acting silly but actually being manipulative) are the cause.

My school just ended their second semester leaving the students on vacation...

Am a first year student, I just began my 1 month vacation and am thinking of doing something reasonable with my time....

Actually why I created this thread is because of the state of confusion I found myself in....

Long ago I have this love for programming that Is why I choose a discipline in school that also deals with it. So I had planned to spend my vacation at my mom's basically for two things (To see my dad who is ill and to learn programming)...

But along the line my uncle whom I do stay at his place sometimes (He is also supporting me) told me to go and learn computer hardware repairs that during the december break i could see my mom and do other things of which I didn't agree with....


Please house your advice is needed because I am yet to go.

Good day everyone, i joined nairaland as at 2016 as guest but created an account lately am chuks

i have been going through a lot of depressed feelings......

so i came up with the idea of sharing it with you all like a family.


It all started in 2017, I got admitted in the University at 16 to study electrical engineering immediately after my secondary education. That year i went to live with my uncle in another part of the country. That my uncle promised to sponsor me in school (due to my dad's illness), so i worked a little at the same place before entering school.
When it came for the time settle my fees he gave me money for my acceptance fee and told me i should call my mom to give me the rest since his not my dad, with the little money i had gathered when hustling i thought of a way to add it up then i beckoned on my mother to send money for the rest of my fees of which she complied to (though the delay was much). Later on i got to school all prepared tried to cope up with my studies and i was doing fine, But in all these i wasn't happy whenever the thought of my dad comes (i cry in my quiet times)...........

so i started calling my uncle for money to feed he refused picking my calls but my mom was there for me.....

First semester year one was tough (even as it is) so i had to start up physics tutorials where you just pay ^200 to participate (although people didn't really turn out for it), i do it during exam periods because at that period population turns out to be good.......

we finished our first semester and started up the second one, second semester was okay though i wasn't that serious with my studies (all my thought was on how to make money and stop disturbing my mom) but i was at least good we later wrote exams, i checked my result and i was amazed at the CGPA (3.4) then i knew am heading somewhere if i put up more efforts (as my dad would say) .

I showed it to my mom she was so happy my dad too (although he can't talk but he showed amazement)....


During the vacation i did all kind of jobs to save little for my school, Finally resumption came.

Two weeks after resumption into first semester year 2 the strike came on (i was very happy i must say), i then went to my uncle's house to work for the strike period.....


Later the strike was called off i went back to school with some foodstuff way billed to me by mom everything was going fine my tutorials continued but free (I only collect money during exams period)......

My uncle stopped helping, only my mom was catering for her 4 kids even when am damn broke i don't always have the zeal to call her because i know how things are so i try to sort out myself.

So one day i was in room studying when a call came in from my aunt that my dad is no more i tried calling back but it was no more reachable, So i called my younger sister and my uncle to confirm none of them were picking, Many things including questions started to run through my mind like (how will my best die at this time?)....
I loosed my mind i refused going to lectures for almost 2 weeks even my tests i missed them all......


I became sick my thoughts overwhelmed me, we just finished our first semester exams last week....


Am still sick over it can't think....

its also affecting my mental health



So please i want ask a question in a case whereby you don't have a dad, money and also people to encourage and guide you..
How will you cope? am already filled with thoughts of dropping out because these things have choked....



please family advice me!
