We don't have to lose it cos the website is down or some bluepilled mod decides to delete it.

We have to save it NOW in the cloud and drop a link to it here. We have sone Tech Kings here who can handle that.

The people constitutionally allowed to call the NEC meeting are Buni and his loyal secretary who has refused to recognise Sani as the new chair.

Who employed the management of train?

Why haven't the government sacked the manager of the train for this gross negligence?

You didn't know all of this when oshiomhole was removed right? The acting chairman has the powers to convene NEC and that is scheduled for next week Thursday. Everything will be taken care of in the meeting.
Yes,he can call for meeting but cannot move a motion for Buni's removal cos Buni cannot move a motion to remove Buni.
PoliticsRe: APC Crisis: Buni’s Letter Counters El-Rufai’s Narratives by Alexgeneration(m): 8:19pm On Mar 10, 2022
BlazinGlory40:
The letter suggested that Buni transmitted powers to Bello. Now Bello has called a NEC meeting with that vested power. Who says the NEC can’t ratify buni’s removal still?
Just like Buhari transmitted power to Osibanjo, Osibanjo cannot resign or call for Buhari's impeachment cos he is not the legally recognised president.

Assuming the power of the chairman doesn't automatically makes him the chairman cos his name was not what was submitted to INEC as the party chairman.
PoliticsRe: APC Crisis: Buni’s Letter Counters El-Rufai’s Narratives by Alexgeneration(m): 6:38pm On Mar 10, 2022
Nonpartisan1:
The letter didn't counter anything. El-rufai said the same. However, after Governor Bello assumed office at the Acting Chairman, he discovered there was no arrangement for the convention by Buni and his cronies, hence his deference to Mr. President for guidance.

Buni is gone and gone forever.
grin Emotional outbursts will not help you.

If Buni comes back and Sani refuses to handover what was given to him to supervise, he will head to court and APC will be back to square one.

Besides, you don't remove a party chairman without the NEC meeting called by the party's secretary which Buni has in his camp.

Actions like these might lead to jungle justice when next she comes out in public.

Pageantry and other activities are exclusively for convicted criminals cos justice have been served and the victims have gotten closure and it's time to rehabilitate the criminals.

Doing this now is mocking the family of the victims and might have unpalatable consequences.

Those activities are exclusively for convicted people but because we have unintelligent people like you all over Nigeria, it can fly. It is issues like these that encourage jungle justice cos the family of the victims might be waiting in court to kill them cos some might feel insulted and take the laws into their hands but fools like you don't think it can happen cos you lack the range.

Not for people going through trial and you're using this to mock the family of the victims.

Some said why was a murderer that's the lady allowed to participate, well the answer is she has not been proven guilty so for now she's still innocent.
Some even said men were not allowed to contest in things like this, sounds weird.
Shut up fool.

Think before you spew rubbish.

These things are reserved for ONLY CONVICTS because the family has gotten justice and there's closure. You don't rub salt on the grieving family's injury by doing this nonsense to spite them.

That is not the Nigerian constitution that you quoted, that's the African charter on human rights.

Don't take this the wrong way, get a lawyer and beg him to explain to you the different types of marriage we have in Nigeria.

I told you there are 3 types of marriages.... where registry option is the most basic of them all as it excludes the need for the ceremonies. Even the Nigerian Law and constitution affirms this by recognizing 3 diffrent types of marriages meaning they are easy defined differently by Law. Yet here you are continuing to assert instead that there be only two.... why or how? Should we abandon what the law asserts just so you can regale us with that which works only within the confines of your mind? undecided
You're very funny.

Why list only Christian/Muslim marriage?

You've not heard of Amorc, Eckanker, Grail message, Judaism, Hinduism etc in Nigeria?

Why would the constitution be discriminatory to other religions?

The context of my argument is not about the different types of marriage in Nigeria. Basic GNS 101 would have been helpful in explaining what is contextual in every comment/argument.

Even in your derailment of the conversation to different types of marriages in Nigeria, you still failed woefully.

Nigeria has only two types of marriage
1. Traditional marriage.
2. Statutory marriage.

What you called Christian/Islamic marriage is solemnization of the marriage. Worship places (church/mosque/Eckankar etc) get a license from the registry to conduct statutory marriage on their behalf, that's why the couple sign a document (which comes from the registry) during the ceremony.

I am afraid you are the one who has got it twisted, my friend.. undecided

Your traditional marriages and dowry systems are for those who chose to let traditions dictate for them what marriage should be, whereas court or registry is meant or intended for those who would rather not submit to confines of tradition in any way or form where there marriage is concerned. undecided

The problem, however, is that to keep many believing in traditional ways, the lie has been sold them that without paying of bride price, and in some case, doing of traditional marriage ceremony , a marriage agreement cannot be entered into. Sadly, this life has forced many to enter blindly into these unions without clear understanding of the ramifications of submitting to such ideas as they hold. undecided

The truth is just like your church marriages, your traditional are equally ceremonial. undecided
Stop lying please.

We have a way of life before the white people came and tried to destroy what we have.

Traditional marriage is never subservient to whatever thing that the white man sold to the people.
