Hey guys, I've been invited to complete the Strengths assessment. Please, what should I expect? I have two days to complete and submit. Any tips and pointers?

The simple truth is that Nigerian employers have no preference for foreign degrees. Hence, it's a waste of money on your own part if you're getting the degree to come and work here.

You should really stop spamming people's mailboxes with your messages. You're very annoying. Whatever you sell, I swear, I won't buy. Why not go do something useful with your life instead of annoying people with your name on their mailboxes?

Get a real job, apply to one. If you have a real job, face it squarely and stop intruding in my space.

I was sent a mail yesterday that their system is down but they will get back to me before 12th with the link to my assessment.

Who had their final interview in June and has been paid their transportation stipend?

I got a mail from Ugochi about 2 weeks back asking me to link my Access bank account with my PayWithCapture application, which I did and responded with the information she required (Last week Tuesday). I resent the information she required on Monday morning and up till now, I haven't gotten the money.

Who has been paid the transportation allowance?

I wrote the test in January for the 2016 programme but failed the assessment.

I don't want to fail again, I applied yesterday and I'm yet to get a link for the assessment.

Help me please, I also want to pass, tired of staying at home waiting for a job.

bro same here. I even called there hr to know my score and she said I scored 57.5 and that she can't disclose there cutoff mark. Pls what is your score and do you have any idea of there cutoff mark? thanks

What do I want a score for? Why do I have to separately enquire about the score when they could have simply sent a mail to every applicant immediately after the test? I'm supposed to call them separately to know what I did wrong and what to do to improve? They should learn from other companies and big organizations, seems they're still coming up.

guys i wrote their test recently for graduate agronomy trainee.. am nt sure if its d same 1 u guys applied for but it ws 10 applied questions, no maths..timed for 20 minutes.. u need a laptop for dis test... drop ur emails i tink i still got a screenshot of it..

Test portal opens tomorrow at 9 AM and closes at 3 PM.

I refreshed and I got a warning that I'll be disconnected if I exit one more time.

But I only answered 5 questions (4 + one more after I refreshed) in Numericals and it said Assessment complete.

What does it mean?

I never said anyone has completed the 2 weeks dedeadline, my post didn't remotely imply that.

Original eligible candidates here are those that didn't receive any form of feedback after their final interviews, they were picked out (cos apparently, they deserved some form of response from Access bank) and rescheduled to take the telephone interview with us, who originally got a regret mail after our final interview.

They received success mails two days back and they're the ones to be considered before we that was reconsidered for the job. Their deadline for getting accounts is 17th August which started counting two days ago.

The guy that took the telephone interview with me in Aba, got his own success mail two days back. He was part of those that did their final interview since May but wasn't given any form of feedback whether success or regret mail, nothing was sent to him until he mailed them, after which he was rescheduled to take the telephone interview.

I, on the other hand, got a regret mail after my June final interview, but was somehow eligible to reconsidered for the job, I'm know and trust in my abilities and I can say I did very well during the telephone interview, but I'm yet to get a feedback from them.

I'm guessing, we'll be considered after the original eligible candidates have fulfilled all requirements or when they're satisfied they have considered them first before we that was reconsidered for the job. So far, only those that didn't get feedbacks initially has gotten success mails from Access bank, ours is still on hold, cos I've not seen a single person earlier rejected saying they've gotten their success mail.

Since we still have about 3 months before the next TS, I'm keeping my fingers crossed for good news from Access bank. It's humans that will attend the November TS, and we're the ones going to be selected, right?
